This hotel and it's staff are top notch! The lobby smells amazing, the rooms are nice, there is some plane noises, but you super close to a military base, there's gonna be plane noises. I got breakfast at the bistro and Tameka made me the most amazing breakfast burrito according to my diet restrictions and then, when I was looking for a luggage cart, she helped me with my bags instead!! Way way above and beyond the call of duty!!

COCKROACH. Not so good. When we arrived, they did not have the information about our room preferences right. There is only one cart for luggage in the hotel, and I am disabled, and the cart was nowhere to be found. I’ve never known of a hotel with only one cart. Now this evening I saw in our room the first cockroach that I have seen in 20 years. I’ve never seen one in a hotel before. Not so good. Not so good. PS My wife found another this morning…

We came to stay at this hotel because we were in town for a event. They had great customer service the rooms was pretty spacious. The beds could be upgraded however they did the job during our stay. Didn't go to the bistro or the pool however they were both open. The room was clean and we got fresh towels from housekeeping.

When I booked it on booking.com it stated that it offered free breakfast this is why I booked this hotel. When we went to ask for breakfast they stated they didn't offer it and they wanted me to show them where in the reservation it stated free breakfast. I showed the lady in the front she said she didn't know to ask at the restaurant. She stated no they didn't do that. Very disappointed. False advertising.

Older motel. No free breakfast, corporate greed. Fairfield across the freeway has free breakfast. Won't come back here.

I paid for my reservation through Trip.com. When I checked in the attendant at the front desk ran my debit card and I assumed it was for incidentals like all hotels do. However, a week later the $102 charge has not been rescinded from my checking account. I’ve tried calling both numbers on the website and both are non-working numbers.

Friendly staff and easy check in process. Beds comfortable and rooms clean. However, there were several things I would expect better from a Marriot hotel. The shower heads were horribly designed and the hand soap smelled terrible. Our window was broken leading to very loud noise from I-30 all night. Lastly, the only breakfast option was grab and go from the front desk for a fee. Not impressed.

Between the constant road noise (which was all night), the less than stellar shower in our room, the sheets feeling not clean on both our beds, and a broken refrigerator (that we had to clean on arrival ourselves), lack of free breakfast, and poor wifi (even by free hotel wifi standards) I wouldn't stay here again. Staff were friendly, location is near a restaurant and grocery store within walking distance, but that didn't make up for the overall condition. Second Courtyard experience that wasn't up to standards, think the brand is slipping.

I’m a Marriott member for years and live on the road and came here to spend a weekend with my husband. When came in (2:15) and before I crossed the threshold the girl says “if you’re checking in there’s no rooms.” So that’s the professional greeting I got. Then she just kept letting me stand there and I said ok we will wait for a room while I work in lobby, I guess. But it gets better, I went near the desk to show the girl my ADA service animals and she says “you are not allowed behind the desk.” I’m sure there’s security footage showing there was no intrusion. So then I get mad because I’m getting treated like garbage. I call my husband to come in because she is arguing with me and being nasty saying “are you really speaking like this to me?” She refused to help me and walked off. But she changes as soon as a witness comes inside. I said now let’s get back to giving you my ADA paperwork. She wants to again start arguing about the earlier instances. I am expecting a call from hotel management. I filmed her lecturing me. The kicker, ironically I teach hotel franchising! This was unacceptable.

Sad Marriott property. In addition to the poorly maintained amenities, the refrigerator in the room didn’t work, there was a bad odor in the room upon arrival, and the staff was not great.

I have only stayed for one of my two nights when writing this review, but so far, so good! We stayed here for me to see a friend that lives in town. We are staying 2 nights and you couldn’t beat the price. The service when I arrived was AMAZING. I was asked if I was a member, floor preference, all that. Our room is sufficient. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable. The water was hot enough, but not enough to burn your skin when you shower (which I prefer 😂) but it was still good. The bathroom has the most signs of it being a renovated hotel. So, expect that to look the oldest. Over all, I recommend this hotel. The stay has been comfortable, the staff polite, the establishment clean, and the the price is great!

Beware of this hotel! I had the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel....I booked a room for 1 night and decided to extend stay for another night and moved to a room with 2 beds . Within an hour the hotel manager was at my door saying I had 10 minutes to leave the property. Supposedly they found drug parafanalia in the other room. I have never even done any kind of illegal drug so I didn't even know what "they found" But it was very humiliating to be drug through the lobby like a criminal for something that was left by whoever stayed there before me. Completely ruined my 2 day stay in Fort Worth.

I made this reservation while traveling from Houston, Texas, but I probably should have read the reviews first. The hotel rooms are unpleasant, filthy, and outdated. Never in my life have I stayed in a Marriott that was in such bad shape. Please see attachments!

This Marriott location needs a lot of maintenance. There's only one working ice machine on the first floor and they put my elderly mother on the third floor. HOWEVER, what lacks here is made up for by the staff care. They went above and beyond to accommodate ME - not a guest - when I needed their help to find her wallet when she lost it and brought her a hair dryer when she called me complaining about not being able to find one in the room as part of the amenities they offer. Their grace and kindness made all the difference in her stay.

Close to downtown Ft Worth with amenities and all the comforts of him. Greeted by a friendly efficient check in. Room comes with a desk, couch, coffee pot microwave and mini fridge.

Good, modern hotel near items I am in the area to see. Getting there is only problem because of all the one way roads. Doable though just a lot of circling the area.

Probably the worst Marriott-brand hotel I’ve stayed at. Wifi didn’t work at all, they’re very short-staffed, and the TV didn’t work at all. Instead of getting me to another room they had their internet provider call me 3x a day for almost every day of the 2 weeks I was there.

Extremely rude, condescending, patronizing bichy, lazy "customer service"- room was prepaid for my son, they charged his card anyway, then basically told him GFY when asked about it. I called corporate and got points. I'll be updating this when I get her name so I can publish it right here. Lose some weiht in the meantime sweetie-pie.

I don't reccomend this hotel for work or booking a room they do not change the comforters they put the same one back on that the last person used before you which is very disgusting latasha the general manager hired me on the spot but only used me for 3 days called and told me she no longer had room for me I never even made it into the system that day she called I had to bring my id and social and also had to sign I paper to receive my check which is something I should've filled out the day I was hired that day I asked latasha why she didn't let me know she was only going to use me for those days and she then told me I wasnt cleaning rooms properly which is a lie because she told me I was doing good plus I was training with some I didn't do any rooms by myself but I should have known she was crooked because she also used another man to work for the day she needed him then let him go so don't waste your time trying to get a job here if you are not Hispanic because her and the man over the hotel will waste your time

Great hotel near a lot of different amenities! Stayed here for 2 nights as we were seeing 21 pilots as well as Panic at the disco and they were very kind and helpful with everything. Hotel room was nice and clean, and the amenities are great. Parking is plentiful and the hotel is right off the highway so you kind of have to look for it but it makes things more quiet shall we say. Didn’t have any problems at all with the facility and will happily stay here again as it’s close to family.

We had a great visit in Fort Worth this weekend. The staff was very friendly, Armand was specifically helpful! I was sick with food poisoning and he was eager to provide assistance and did so with a smile on his face. This definitely added to our experience with his welcoming personality. We appreciate the hospitality.
