The TownePlace Suites offered a great stay for my husband and I during our weekend visit. The hotel is located in a very nice area close to several highlights such as the zoo and botanical gardens. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and the room was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. All the amenities you would need were available and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast room was slightly cramped with not enough room to access the items without bumping into guests but I understand the space issue and it was what it was. Food served was decent and acceptable. Overall very good experience and would return!

The only complaint I had was trying to get clean towels. Tried to call front desk several times on my second day and the phone was never answered. Other than that small issue, everything else was above what I expected for the price. Room was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Right behind Hulen Mall, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The cleanliness has went above the requirements for CDC and its noticeable. The room I got was a Studio with a queen size bed, and they are catered for long-term stays, with a nice sized fridge, small stove/oven, a dish washer, and a full size coffee pot. I would say the room would be perfect for a small family of 3 whose planning to stay for 3 or more days. Although there are 2 separate buildings, the gentleman at the front desk allowed us to choose between the two and the floor. Lucky us, maybe, but just goes to show their strive for excellence in the customer service department. Was a wonderful experience

OK place. They were out of a lot of brake fast food. Room was not cleaned very well. T.V. did not work, room phone did not work. Tried to talk to the front desk. Was told good hep was hard to find and they were going to see about getting us some money back. Never happened. Will not be back

Was there for family business. The rooms were clean and I really enjoyed the the stay. The front desk was welcoming except why don't they acknowledge you Marriott status anymore. Oh yes please remember everyone doesn't est cheese in their eggs or omelets.

First stop in my monthly business trip and using a booking site, it selected this hotel as my best option. Those can be a hit and miss, as I'm sure everyone experiences but this selection was definitely a hit. The room is spacious, immaculately clean, and far more extras than the booking site had. The bed feels very comfortable with perfectly firm pillows and soft sheets. A great stay in a busy part of the city.

Not the best and not the worst, but not worth the hassle. A few bad apples in customer service obviously spoils the bunch. The manager/GM I am assuming is the older gray haired gentleman was a wart. Very rude and ornery and lacks the respect for guests keeping the lights on. He made it his business to enjoy his breakfast in the middle of the walkway and after saying several times “pardon me,” so I could exit the corridor, he combatively said “you are excused.” Easily could have been a different outcome for this man, but he wasn’t worth the back and forth or the charges. Additionally, the middle aged gentleman who I did not quite catch his name, but works the overnight shift and dresses in layers was very inexperienced. He would benefit from less talking over the guests and listening to the actual inquiry or concern before offering feedback as the issue was swiftly resolved once I spoke to a more knowledgeable and patient representative. Their accommodations are not at all up to par and honestly not worth the money. Many times I had issues with amenities that I was paying for and even after several complaints and pretending that the issues were fixed by staff, I just stopped caring. Wouldn’t rent again. Wasn’t very clean. Sheets were dirty, tubs were filthy, dishes were not clean, you don’t receive housekeeping, the air and environment in the rooms smells of mold and mildew, etc. I would consider other places even if it meant paying more for more hospitable and welcoming accommodations.

Great location, lots of parking. Too much carpeting in rooms and hallways. Full kitchen. Breakfast was good but did lack vegan oat/almond milk and vegan yogurt options.

Unfortunately was put in 2nd building so had to bundle up to get breakfast. Had to be careful with the creamers, got some that had went bad and ruined my cup of coffee. My bed was so hard I had to go buy a egg carton cushion so I didn’t feel like I slept on the floor. Internet worked on our laptops but not our smart phones.

Very simple down to earth place. Good rooms spacious and luxurious bed...good breakfast. People don't disturb u unnecessarily. All that is missing to make this hotel a buzzing busy spot is "happy hours"

One of my best hotel experiences. This property is located close to many stores and eateries. In addition, access to major highways are close by. Name one of your favorite places, and you will probably find it close by this property. As far as the room; it was great: it had a stove, microwave oven, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, eating utensils, and cookware. Front desk and housekeeping staff provided exceptional service. This will be my go to place whenever I am in the area again!

The best layout I have seen for a business traveler such as myself. I feel like I’m at home! Checking in was effortless, super easy, no hassle. They have a laundry facility on site 3 washers and 3 dryers. Free breakfast and the young lady that checked me in was very professional. Free convenient parking. I’m most impressed with the kitchen and my huge office area with cabinet space and drawers. Even space for my printer!

This is a great and comfortable hotel. I love the breakfast and calmness. This hotel was great. They didn't hound me at checkout.

Our room was very clean. The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. At some hotels, you can hear everything through the walls. This was very quiet even though they had a full house.

Incredibly disappointed by the service the GM Michael gave me. The fact that I was told at 4 pm on a Friday thar a manager wouldn't be available until Monday morning is absolutely unacceptable. As a hotel manager I know what good service is and this is not it. I will be speaking to him first thing Monday morning.

Had to extend business stay, chose this at random. Lucky. Nice, spacious rooms (I was in a q suite), clean, good hot breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Lots of good places to eat nearby and a self dog wash minutes away. Room was nice. Good size and has a kitchen. I was there on a busy weekend and got a full bed for myself, hubby and baby. But glad the room was spacious and had a kitchen. Room was mostly clean. There were some strands of hair on the sheet but they apologized and offered a discount our next stay. Paper towel holder was a bit dirty in the kitchen. Stove controls were dirty. The bathroom shower wall had something on it. The bathroom door handles didnt match. Breakfast had a good selection and hot food available. Other those minor thing, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back.

This property is clean, well kept up. The front office people are fairly awesome too! Stayed for over a month due to medical need, and couldn’t have been more pleasant. Pet/service dog friendly and safe area for walking them. Nice patio with grills as well. Michael the GM is an exceptional person.

Friendly Staff. Good location w/ lots of food and shopping right off the expressway. I've noticed it's very clean but also has very thin walls. I loved having a kitchenette in my room plus a pull out couch.
