The elevator and hallway smells horrible. I pulled out the sofa bed and there was all kind of trash under the couch and the mattress on it was filthy so me and both kids slept in the king. I woke up at 6am to use the restroom and saw a huge roach in the bathroom. We checked out immediately after. There was no way I'd be able to go back to sleep knowing there was a roach in my room. As we were leaving we saw another roach on the wall in the hallway. Disgusting.

April 2022-Great value and great comfort! Working A/C with cold air, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds and clean room. Towel service-we had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk when requesting new clean towels. I didn’t mind, as they were short housekeeping staff. I will pack a couple of my own towels next stay because once, the front desk said they were out of towels and we had to use hand towels. Plan ahead, exchange for clean towels ahead of time, don’t wait until the last minute, is my advice. Downside-the sofa bed was broke, so we put the sofa mattress on the floor. Very thin mattress and very uncomfortable. Next time we will bring an egg crate to help with the comfort. Our last evening, dogs were staying in the hotel and the front lobby, elevator and hallway from lobby to the elevator smelled very bad. The dogs needed to be bathed and I’m sure the very hot temperatures outside, didn’t help. The odor was so strong we could not use the elevator. I would Stay again and will plan ahead, bring. bedding items to help make the sofa mattress more comfortable.

My wife and I stayed here 4 nights. The location had me wondering if I made a mistake but it ended up being a very good location for all that we wanted and needed to do. The hotel was very clean and everything worked. Our room (suite) was spacious, the bathroom was very nice (great showered), and the bed was comfortable. I used the gym and although small it had the two machines (elliptical and bike) that I use. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast but I did take advantage of the coffee machine and grabbed yogurt for my wife. The staff was fantastic from the manager to the housekeepers. A big shout out to Avind and Tara who cleaned our room, they were fantastic and such a pleasure to be around. So I don't know if Comfort Inns monitors these reviews but I hope they get the recognition they deserve and the manager should too because I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

It was fine. That's not a dig. Room was clean, nice having the kitchen sink and fridge. Pleasant staff, decent value.

I like this hotel. I rarely give 5⭐️ on 2/3star Choice hotels but this one is exception because its really clean. (I always check first coffee maker, fridge, microwave first) I love the staffs! Old but very friendly cleaners. Reception was really accommodating.

The rooms were clean but outdated. Carpet is nasty feeling to bare feet. The one thing I've always liked about Comfort inn is their pillows and comforters. The pillows in Comfort Inn have definitely declined, no matter what location you visit. This Comfort Inns comforter was nothing more than a glorified sheet. There is no weight, no warmth whatsoever. Our room also lacked a luggage stand so our suitcases had to be put on the floor. The breakfast was also just a breakfast. Same scrambled leftover eggs as yesterdays and the same "sausage" as yesterday too. The rules and disclosures upon entering were very uninviting. Had I not reserved, I probably wouldn't have stayed. That being said, I'll be back in 2 years.

Needed a room at night and had my son book it for me. I wasn't expecting much for the price. I was shocked!!! This hotel is the most friendly, accommodating, and clean place I have ever stayed in. I stay in five star hotels that cost four times the price, so that says a lot. Tom was very friendly and even ensured that he left instruction for Willie. I was in awe when he asked if I was in my room #. Never has a night attendant left information for the next shift. Very professional. Eddie found a box for me that saved me a lot of time and money so I could mail my breakable belonging I inherited which were too fragile to fly with. He was also very caring in helping me ensure my uber doors were not on child lock. I appreciate his high standard and the eloquent way he delivers your room key. Thank you for making me feel safe. The amount and variety of all the items they had to choose from, if you were hungry, was great! No cash accepted so just charge it to your incidentals deposit. Yay! The beds and pillows were so soft an comfy. Thank you for the perfect stay.

This has to be the best Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. Super nice staff, rooms over-sized and very clean. It was located right off the interstate, located near lots of good restaurants and dog friendly too! Forgot to add super low nightly rate and breakfast was wonderful with lots of selections. We will definitely stay here when we are on this side of the world again!

I don't know what it is about the hotels in Texas but.... I can put my "Do not disturb" sign out and I come out in the morning and housekeeping is right there trying to ask if I'm sure that I don't need some kind of cleaning. On a better note... Joe the breakfast guy was so delightful. Great personality. Need more like him.

Front desk was okay they gave me a room upgrade which was initially free but when I booked for additional days I ended up paying that extra ultimately so that I didn’t have to switch rooms so that wasn’t really a “deal” for me. The breakfast was horrible. There was hair on the utensils (on 2 different days) and the food made us sick. The room was clean upon check in and the bed was comfortable. Didn’t see any critters or bugs like other reviews mentioned. House keeping was not good. We only requested service 2x out of a 7 day stay. Mainly to freshen towels, vacuum and clean out the jacuzzi. The first time we requested service we got it no problem but the second time the guy did not want to service us. They took the trash but left what they spilled on the floor, they folded up our dirty towels and put them out like they were clean and he refused to clean our jacuzzi stating they would clean it when we checked out. So therefore we couldn’t use the hot tub our last 2 days. I will say the HK manager did attempt to make it right by having some one come back but we were over it at that point. I also didn’t receive any points for a 7 day, $600+ stay.

My stay was absolutely the best. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Great amenities, which include free breakfast, fitness center, pool, business center, and a laundry room. Not to mention a mini convenience store with the option to pay with your card or charge it to your room. I'm definitely staying here again. By the way, there are feral cats nearby. I hope someone rescues them.

Nice clean rooms, staff is very accommodating and it's in a good location. Also a good selection for free breakfast. One of my personal favorites is the free iced lemon water, it is made perfectly and is available anytime near the front desk thanks to the gentleman named Joe who also does all the breakfast. Shout out to Joe!

The area is questionable. It doesn't seem safe for this part of town. This hotel was not the best. There was a foolish guy in the parking lot who reversed into another car and left. I hope that was on camera. The pool was not open. However, they did upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi. Even though they did that, I still did NOT feel safe to leave on my own to go outside.

First off the room and Housekeeping was very nice and polite. I picked this hotel because it close venue I was visiting amd that it was quiet. It's definitely not quiet. The surrounding area is bit sketchy looking like a ghost town I didn't feel safe here kept checking on car. By the 3rd night room started to smell like smoke someone in a room on the floor was smoking it was so strong it started to give a headache. Walls are paper thin you won't get any sleep here. Was kept up til 2,3 and 6am I'm exhausted. If you book here get a top floor rm so you don't have anyone above. Check out was smooth. Edit thank-you for the response explaining the holes in the shower wall. Can't be too careful now a days with the crazy stuff going on. Thank you again. See photos

Advertises hot tub & indoor pool, they had neither. Decided to see the room it was not even ready nothing on the beds ect. On top of that they said our certification ESA didn't matter and would have charged $39.95 per night for the certified ESA.

Our room was perfect, pool was soo nice. Custoner service was beyond excellant. But breakfast was below average. No bacon, runny eggs and biscuits were stale. Would like to see fresh baked biscuit, and fresh scrabbled eggs not liquid eggs. And if course bacon.

I SO wish I could give the place a FULL 5-star rating, but the beds... oh my! If you like a firm mattress, this is the perfect place for you. Personally, I can't sleep on a firm mattress due to spine issues. However, the property is well lit, felt safe arriving late in the evening, CLEAN and beautifully updated furnishings, free breakfast and wi-fi, pet friendly (for a refundable deposit and extra fee per night), and great staff! The rates were excellent at the time we stopped overnight on a road trip. They have a king suite with a whirlpool tub for 2, but not sure how many rooms are configured in this manner. There's a great mix of rooms to fit nearly everyone's needs. Convenient location that allows you to bypass the busy downtown traffic, if just passing through. Just keep in mind the mattresses. The bedding was excellent and room was clean. But, it was a rough, toss & turn night for myself.

Very clean rooms. The young ladies at the front desk were very professional and polite. Slept like a rock and had a very warm shower in the am. I would definitely recommend this Hotel

We stayed there for 10 days and the whole staff was great. Very friendly. the breakfast was good and the cook Joe was very cool always smiling and wanting to help. When we go back again we will stay there for sure. Thanks for a great time I won’t ever forget it.

The room was small but clean. Wish it had a couch instead of a chair. Breakfast was running 30 minutes late with some patrons waiting in the dining area and left. Front desk guy didn't smile or sounded friendly. Parts of parking lot was fenced off so I had to walk my dog around. Glad they allow pets.
