I reserved a room through Hotels.Com for a night which I regretted the minute I spoke to the desk clerk. He was rude and very nonchalant about they're not being a ice bucket. Because and I quote "the ice machine doesn't work anyway". The next morning I left for work and try to call to inform that I may be late and it went straight to voicemail like a cell phone number. So I went back to the room to retrieve my personal items at 10:30am and they were in the dumpster. My valuables we're never retrieved from the dumpster however. Month later and a police report following several phone calls, there is yet to be satisfactory.

This place is a scammer becareful I pay my reservation through online I pay everything even they sent me a confirmation number on my email I when I arrive to that place I talked to front desk guy and he told me I was lying that my email was fake so I call the online page on where I paid for my reservation and they told me that they were going to call him I was there when the phone was ringing and he told me he was not going to answer so they call me again from the online customer service and told me that he was not answering them I told them what he said and the told me we are going to call you in 5 minutes and then they never called me back I called them and they blocked me that not right this is stealing money from people

Tweekers nirvana. Rooms smell bad. But if you need to buy some controlled substances you'll be approached every time you go out to the car.

They do not Actually leave the Light on. You Have to Turn it on Once you Enter your Room

Our stay was actually decent the room was clean for the most part not roaches or any bugs were in the room we stayed. However as soon as we arrived we were met with fire trucks and police cars. Not only that but a fight happen to brake out not even an hour of us being there, when we stepped out to go get something to eat another fight broke out. However besides all the noises and other people yelling the room is pretty decent to stay in our room was $81 by the way for a one bed.

I booked a room through booking.com. When we had the snowstorm I showed up to the front desk. He told me he was out of rooms. I told him I had booked a room online. He said he don’t care that I need to cancel it there’s nothing available snarled at me and rolled his eyes. The rudest man I’ve ever encountered. I was driving around in my car for six hours looking for a hotel for me and my two small children. And he straight up told me basically he didn’t care and then I need to go somewhere else. The rudest dude I’ve ever met I hope I never see his face again

Not a single drawer to put things in which I thought was odd...I've never seen a hotel room with no drawers for clothes or anything. 3 days in, maid service finally came to my room at 9:30 am. Checkout time is 11:00. She asked if I was staying &I said I wasn't sure yet, but could I please get some fresh towels. She literally walked away and went to clean the next room. Refrigerator is not cold and has no shelves so good luck stacking stuff if you are staying more than a day or 2. And the front office just td me that if you are staying for more than one day you do not get maid service so you have to come to the front desk to get towels n such...probably would be a good idea to let people know that when they check in. I would NEVER stay here again PERIOD!!

No microwave, fridge not cooling very well, no lobby coffee, a/c good, tv good. No pool. Stayed in a lot of motel 6s, definitely not one of the better ones.

The rooms are big but damaged and I've stayed twice first time no problem this past time nonstop noise all night I believe they let the undesirable in

Very clean and inexpensive. Great getaway place. Only thing I didn't like, they didn't have any little hotel shampoo and conditioner. Other than that it was great.

Everything is great about this place!!! I love the location and Cha Cha the owner is wonderful!!! The rooms are not what I expected and that's a good thing. I recommend this place any time any day

Had reservations but the desk clerk refuse to look up my information almost felt as if it was because i was black he handled me like i was a crminal or some type of wild animal i almost sufficated standing inside the door that leads to the lock door no ac while waiting no customer service skills people that look like me dont come to this place they will treat you like a 3rd generation step son im taking my busniess else where motel six is falling off anyways i will never return

I'll start by saying that even 1 star is too much, this place needs to be close until they do pest control service and they receive a proper inspection from the health department. I stayed with my wife from Thursday tru Monday, first thing we noticed that the room had a bad smell and room was full of roaches, so we couldn't rest properly due to the roaches crawling everywhere. We have to contact the front desk couples of times because the wifi was not working, during the entire stay no one came to clean the room or to fresh'em up some towels. We end up going to the front desk to ask for them, it is such a unfortunate that having a good location that leave the facility in such abandoned state.

I just paid my room ..🙃 terrible place to stay. I don't understand why I'm paying $85 tonight when I can just sleep in my car in the parking lot and sell drugs for free like the people outside my room

This place really came in clutch since I didn't have an ID but they rented me a room anyways it's also a great place to buy drugs and disassemble your vehicle

I stayed in this hotel recently and found it to be quite pleasant. The staff are cordial, accommodating and friendly. Even the housekeeper Lorraine, was friendly and had my room exceptionally clean and smelling great. Over the years I have stayed in different hotels ranging from 1 to 5 star hotels and found this hotel to be a 6 star. Thank you for your clean rooms, quite atmosphere, and friendly caring staff. As Arnold Schwarzenegger says "I'll be back"

This is our second time to stay here at this particular motel 6 and like the first time they were very professional and courteous. Which comes a long way with us considering we are having to stay in a lot of hotels right now due to our situation and by far they have been the most gracious and cooperative out of all of them. Just a little bit of what I'm talking about because I could go on forever and we just don't have that much room on here. The day we checked in we had to be out of our other hotel by 11:00 so check in is not until 3:00 p.m. but due to the 113° temperature that day here in Texas the front office staff was very gracious and compassionate and let us check in early so that we can get out of the heat and that right there goes a long way in my book so thank you Motel 6 in White Settlement we appreciate you.

The towels had stains all over them and one looked like it was picked up off the floor. There was cigarette holes in the comforter and there was a blood stain on the sheets. It looked like there was coke or something spilled on the wall and the refrigerator had old dried food on the door handle. The service was not friendly and didn't seem to care about whether anyone stayed or not.

I was going to go stay there tonight, I am so glad I read these reviews first. I will never stay three, then there and then there generic responses like they don't care. Place sounds horrible

Not clean--floors were dirty, the room and furnishings smelled of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room), bed headboard fell off as I got into bed, bedspread was stained and smelled of smoke, bath tub had a broken whirlpool, there were shady people in the parking lot until 3am playing loud music and screaming. I was very disappointed and do not recommend at all.

This place really is out of control. People out in parking lot all night. Running from room to room. Just a no good situation

It was okay. $75 per night seems a little steep for the service and amenities they offer.

Been to a lot of motel 6s all over Fort Worth Saginaw benbrook just everywhere White Settlement is my favorite really enjoyed the room . Everything was working it was clean didn't have a bunch of party people hanging around outside I felt safe and comfortable
