Me and my family came from Arizona to stay here so we could visit family for a 10 day trip. When staying here we thought the room was great and the bed was so comfortable. I would have given this review a 5 star stay because even the cleaning crew was so awesome and nice! Here is why I give them 1 star, we had given a deposit for our 2 small dogs that did not in anyway destroy or mess up that room they were great the whole trip and they are potty trained and have a crate they go in as well. The problem was not with my dogs it was when we left they would not give us the deposit back at all and said that we took items from the hotel. It was very disturbing to me because we cleaned it so very nice before leaving and left all the dirty towels and blankets and even undid the bed for the cleaning team and left it all nicely on the couch for them. We were shocked how we were treated after the stay but the front office. I know it's only 50 bucks but it is the principle that we ddi not take anything and we deserve our money back... very horrible front office team and I will be contacting corporate about this. We did take pictures of how the room looked after the fact of us leaving.

The place was very nice although some stuff in the lobby didn’t work restrooms, water fountains. Also they don’t have free breakfast and the only food they had available(to purchase) were bags of chips and muffins. The room was nice and other than that I can say it was a pretty comfortable stay

Honestly was not sure how our experience would be based on reviews however I’m so happy I decided to book the room. Our stay was AMAZING. The woman working the front was super friendly and welcoming. The room far exceeded my expectations. Given the price and location, I wasn’t expecting what we got. The room was immaculate and beds were comfy enough for a hotel bed. The only complaint I had was the pillows and lack of pillows. But I typically travel with my own anyway so not a huge deal tbh. Overall it was an amazing experience and stay. I will definitely be staying here from now on when visiting Fort Worth.

My stay here was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I was exhausted from driving and decided to stay here for a night to regenerate my energy. The room was clean and the ac/heat was working properly. Surprisingly the bathroom was pristine clean. The bed I inspected and was clean as well. I have had no issues. Parking is a bit of a hassle but again, the price you get what you pay for. Price was also affordable I paid $60 for a night.

Do not come here !!!!The room was disgusting it smelled horrible was infested with roaches . The furniture and bedding was stained and had holes . The bathroom was moldy and when I asked for a refund because I could not sleep in the unsanitary conditions the employee yelled in my face and refused to give me a refund because the room was “used” even tho all I did was walk around and once I saw how nasty it was I went to request a refund. I will be reporting them for health code violations. I have video evidence of them yelling in my face as well it was incredibly unprofessional !!!

Mostly alright but man this place STINKS. Not as in sucks. Like it literally smells bad. Idk what it was but for a smoke free hotel it reeked of cigarettes incense, what smelled like mildew, and sewage. The bed and floor was clean but if it weren’t for that I would’ve left. The nightstands were disgusting, crumbs and residue of who knows what on them and the lamps also. One night stand has some kind thick oil on it so I didn’t use that. The bathroom door also had an oily greasy substance all over it. Do not recommend.

Let me just say, the room was nice. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was beyond firm. We wouldn't have been able to sleep on it another night anyway. We booked three nights. We know we would have to pay the night we stayed (of course) and even the next night because that's only reasonable. But the 3rd night was well before the 10 pm cut off to consider a refund. The hard bed is not the reason we had to leave (I just want to warn anyone that decided to stay here.) The reason is because my husband is in stage 5 kidney failure and his dialysis machine malfunctioned. We had to hurry back home because it's a 6 hour drive and we needed to get our hands on a new machine before nighttime for him to plug up. We called Travelocity, they said it was up to the hotel and they called them. The hotel refused. So be warned, any emergency comes up, they don't care. This is the first review I've ever left on a hotel. Mainly because we're new at dialysis and we are so scared. This just blows my mind and breaks my heart.

I would give more stars if I could. This is a budget motel that doesn't feel like it. Clean, quiet ,friendly , low priced. The property is kept immaculate, the night man and the x a Nebraska

If I could give it 0 stars I would. When we checked in he was friendly but as we got to our room it looked clean until we went to the restroom and noticed dried pee on the toilet seat and stains on the tissue box. When we was going to bed we noticed yellow stains over the sheets and blanket. When my husband just got out of the shower and I was going to I noticed yellow stains all over the towels and the towels he went to get from the front desk also had stains. I didn’t even shower we checked out at 7 and ask to cancel the next night and she was rude saying she didn’t know how and that we booked two nights. When I asked for a refund they sent me a email saying I got a refund (which I never did) and I was lying and making the story up. That the head housekeeper checked the room before and I highly doubt they did. Worst hotel experience in my entire life.

Pretty average hotel. Very clean. Room service is a little confusing. We were told when we checked in that room service was only on Mondays. Then we got a call asking if we wanted our room cleaned on a Sun. We see house keeping in the hallways every morning….not sure what is up with that. We did not have any hot water the first night but that was quickly resolved. If you want a cheap place to stay that is decent, this is right for you!

Front desk was very accommodating in getting us a dnstrs room for my elderly mother, assisted w/ reduction of deposit and helped us w last min booking! Thank you so much. Room was VERY NICE AND CLEAN and they check rooms before getting your deposit back to cut down on theft and of course the price increase due to theft. We had no problem getting our deposit back! Thank you! Wonderful place to stay. Very economical!

Stayed here while in town for my daughter's wedding. Very clean and accommodating.

I used Hotels.com and got a great deal while passing through for the night. Clean room, very nice front desk lady. Would definitely come here again.

I’m in the military and spent a few days there while I was in Fort Worth. The hotel absolutely reeks of pot and the carpets in the hallways have stains everywhere. Room was ok but if you can afford a nicer place DONT come here.

This is an economy hotel so don't expect more. The rooms were clean & the people working were helpful & courteous. This is not the best part of town. There are people that approached me wanting cigarettes, lighter & money.

Nice little place. A couple takes care of it with passion. Everything was clean and looked like a more expensive place.

Let's face it, sometimes economy is of value. Rooms are being remodeled with new flooring. Staff was great. Easy access to freeway, gas and stores. No businesses behind so it was Quiet. Enjoyed the rodeo and Texas Rangers games with easy access.
