I
joined
Enduralab
back
in
September
of
2018
after
working
out
at
two
high
end
gyms
in
Dallas
for
over
fifteen
years.
I
thought
I
was
in
reasonably
good
shape
until
I
went
through
the
first
week
of
classes
at
Enduralab.
Owner
Lee
Hargrave
is
meticulous
when
it
comes
to
coaching
specific
lifts
and
providing
variety
in
the
daily
workouts
-
I
always
feel
accomplished
when
I
get
through
a
class.
The
classes
are
extremely
challenging,
but
all
the
coaching
staff
is
there
to
encourage,
provide
modifications
when
needed,
work
through
any
nagging
sports
injuries,
and
help
you
achieve
higher
workout
goals.
The
challenging
classes
and
great
coaches
would
be
enough
to
keep
me
as
a
member
for
life,
but
the
bonus
at
Enduralab
is
the
sense
of
community
that
Lee
and
the
other
coaches
have
created.
You
really
feel
like
you
are
part
of
a
fitness
family
that
cares
about
each
other.
The
members
are
genuinely
nice
people
that
share
a
common
goal
of
reaching
new
fitness
goals
together,
and
new
members
are
quickly
welcomed
by
all.
The
Enduralab
culture
is
everything
that
is
good
about
living
in
Fort
Worth.
I
look
forward
to
attending
my
classes
daily,
because
they
help
me
improve
my
fitness
and
balance
my
state
of
mind
from
the
stresses
of
everyday
life.
I
am
in
my
late
forties
and
can
honestly
say
that
both
my
cardio
and
weight
training
strength
is
the
best
that
it
has
been
in
all
of
my
life.
I
have
achieved
PRs
on
lifts
that
I
would
never
have
dreamed
of
reaching
before
and
can
run
and
row
with
power
and
pace
that
I
could
not
pull
off
in
my
twenties.
I
would
encourage
anyone
considering
joining
a
challenging
gym
and
looking
for
life
transformation
to
stop
looking
and
sign
up
now.
Don’t
be
intimidated
and
enjoy
the
journey
that
is
Enduralab.
