If you don't mind having your request ignored, room not cleaned or replinished your entire stay, simple breakfast offering and freezing indoor pool water this is the place for you!!! Started off well. Nice clean room with plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. Dishes and kitchen seemed clean. Gym is excellent but indoor pool water was freezing. My teenage boys kept trying but said it was too uncomfortable. Breakfast had simple supplies but they need more than one waffle maker. People are always inline waiting on it We went at different times during our multi day stay and the supplies were always sparse. There's always plenty of people waiting for food and while the staff look like they are listening they don't return with replacement items for a long time, if at all. They usually just look at you before walking away. Seldom did I hear one speak in response to a request. I originally planned for 5 stars, but after following the posted housekeeping instructions and being ignored. Given the run around about towels, trash removal, and supplies being replinished it went to a 4star. It became 2 when the fire alarm battery started dying in middle of night but I was told they couldn't do anything until 8am when maintenance showed up and I wasn't allowed to touch it. When maintenance finally showed up, well after 8, He played with the alarm but didn't change dying battery. I had to call them back and he just removed it. I could have done that if they'd loaned me a ladder! He kept saying "sorry, everything here is broken."

Have never experienced this from any Hilton line. Always stay at a Hilton line hotel. Too many dogs at this hotel. I asked twice if any floors or rooms were non animal and the answer was no! So if animal allergy do not book! The first night so much dog? hair was showing up we called front desk and they moved us. Pool is too cold but better than too hot in TX summer. NO LIGHTS IPERATIBG in parking lit! Not safe. Not sure if using highway lots nearby or if broke? Plan on asking. Very disapointing in my local getaway with grandkids. Will never book again. The dogs are huge and not always leashed crazy!!!!!!!!

There was blood on the shower curtain and when my wife brought it to the attention of the owner he screamed at her and told her it wasn’t his job to worry about that to talk to the GM so she talked to the GM and she said the blood was fresh so obviously we cut are selfs to put the blood there? Also very unprofessional and rude stay away!

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. We reserved a room about 9am and when we went to check in about 11:30 that night they told us they had given the room away and there were no rooms available. We were traveling with 3 kids including 2 5 month old babies. It was cold and rainy out and very inconvenient to have to fight with the front desk about not having a room we had already booked. Eventually they told us they did have a room available and we were accommodated. Immediately upon walking into the room, we were hit with a very strong urine smell. The hotel is pet friendly but I still expect it to be well kept and cleaned between guests. It was so strong it was hard to even sleep. If we had not had babies with us, I definitely would have left to find a better hotel. On top of that, there were puddles of urine behind the toilet. At check out, I informed the front desk about the strong urine smell and the pee behind the toilet and was assured that the manager would be contacting me and the room would be taken care of. I was never contacted and was still charged. I contacted the manager and was told that because I didn’t have pictures of the issues that I would not be compensated. Definitely find a better hotel to stay at, this one is not it.

I’m a Hilton members. Front lady yesterday isn’t a people person. Didn’t even offer complimentary water. Room was nice. Tv remote had a stain. Lamp had a bulb out. Refrigerator had condensation. Cleaners knocking on the door at 9a when checkout isn’t til 11a. Front desk during checkout just seem to be in bad mood. Won’t stay there again.

After a long drive we were looking forward to a nice rest in two queen beds. Unfortunately the following went wrong… - our room smelt like dog / urine - the shade would not go down in the room and the main event sign was lighting it up with all of the brake lights from people coming and going - toilet would not flush - phone in the room did not work to call the front desk We ended up getting out in another room and one of us had to sleep on the pull out couch which was absolutely less than desirable. But that was the only option The gal at the front did her best to help but if was terrible. She was amazing!! I left feedback at the front desk but no one has reached out. Feedback through a follow up email survey. And you guessed. no one has reached out again. Edit - after talking with the front desk, filling out a card with my name / number / challenges for the stay, replying to a survey and posting here. No one reached out..

So the shower head in room 305 needs a good internal cleaning or to be replaced. I think it’s a calcium build up behind the spray holes. I’m not sure if they are cleaning the bathroom or just wiping the surfaces down. Before I got in the shower, I noticed a long red hair on the wall and another dark hair trapped between the glass doors. On my last day, the cleaning lady tried to come into my room more than once. She barely waited a second to enter my room after lightly tapping on my door. We normally stay here when we come into town to visit family, so we are really disappointed in our stay this time. Front desk is always friendly and still being their best… thank you ladies.

Everything was good but two small issues. The first one was the charger on the nightstand did not work. I found out in the morning when my phone was dead. The second issue was there seemed to be a lot of long hair on the bathroom floor and it wasn't mine. Staff was nice and made me feel at home.

Horrible Customer Service. They charge you multiple times for the same stay. They try to justify their charges, when they are not valid. Would not recommend this hotel. I stay with Hilton all the time and this location is not up to Hilton standards. Save yourself the hassle and find another Hilton hotel in the area, bypass this one.

Location was great. Very expensive, Room was horrible. Bed was worn out, pillows were non existent, Sofa was chewed up, room was tiny, water pressure was horrible, appliances were loud, hallways were muggy, breakfast was a joke. Worst hotel I've stayed at in my life to date.

We requested 2 extra pillows and they did not want to provide it to us, because apparently there were 2 extra in a piece of furniture. Yes there were, but dirty. In general, everything was dirty, although at first glance it looked clean, it was not like that.

Not a clean hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The rooms smell very strong like dog pee. Staff and management don’t care.

While the stay was decent it does not meet "Hilton standards. Breakfast is not a full breakfast, just waffles and breakfast sandwiches which were usually cold. My kitchen was useless as there were no pans to cook with, which is one of the reasons I reserved that way, to be able to cook. Requested some but was told they had no spares. They will not refresh your room unless you stay 4 nights. The only reason it was decent was because we had beds to sleep in and a restroom to shower.

One of the newer hotels in this chain. Efficiency and decor in the design. Rooms are spacious, furnished, good taste. Kitchenette included. Bathrooms are modern. Good place to stay. Too bad they allow dogs in rooms.

My family and I used the H2S as our base for my wedding weekend. My kids loved it. The location was near several restaurants and bars. Close to all my wedding venues. Service was as expected. no issues, no extraordinary efforts required.

I rarely take the time to write a reveiw for businesses, but I felt like I needed to after staying at this Hilton Home2. April L treated me with such kindness and went out of her way to help me get my laundry done. She was kind and respectful, not just to me but everyone around me as well. Thanks again, April, if you ever see this reveiw. I've stayed at many hotels, and this is my first Home2, but not my first Hilton. I felt very at home at Home2 and is by far the Best Extended Stay hotel I've stayed at yet, in my honest opinion.

Prices were HIGH, needed to stay over one night, price was even higher.. I am a Diamond member. Not used to those prices. Only received points for one of the nights. I did not use points to pay for room, paid over $350 for 2 nights. Let me know if I am being a cheap skate.

Have stayed here quite a few times. It seems to get worse every time I stay here. It's a great location and the staff has gotten way better than before. The rooms are very used to put it nicely. Always stains on everything.

Very nice rooms for a short or longer stay. The room has a nice little kitchenette with most everything you would want or need if you were on an extended trip for eating in. Conveniently located by a super Target for any items you may have forgotten to pack or noticed you needed.

The front staff was super friendly and helpful. ! I was very pleased that there were plenty towels for me to use during my five night stay. The coffee here was great! Perfect temperature and not to hot that I couldn’t enjoy it.

Taylor at the front desk is the most helpful person..during my stay she is always friendly and Talkative, polite, happy, willing to help and everything I needed some thing no matter if it was small or big she took care of it.. best service I ever had at any hotel...thanks Taylor, if you read this, for everything made me feel right at home!! And Vanessa is the best of them all when it comes to housekeeping very friendly person always had joy in her eyes and job, even if I had a bad day when I got to hotel and if she was working she cheered me up with just by saying hey, such a good vibe she puts off but with all that and good environment all around and great staff working here, easy to get to and all kinds of places to eat close by

Love this hotel. My daughter and I stayed here while finding an apartment. The only issue was our room was very warm! Had to buy a fan! Other than that I loved it!!! I will be back!
