I was a little stressed after reading the reviews, knowing I paid in advance.. but, it wasn't that bad. I knew from the cheap price alone that it wasn't going to be the best place, but it was affordable.. So I took a chance. The fridge was clean, and functional, and apartment size. The microwave was clean and functional. Hot water was extra hot, cold water was extra cold. TV was functional and had good picture. Drapes are blackout. A/c and heat both worked awesome. The floors and dresser were clean and in newer condition. The closet was huge for a motel. And despite all the reviews complaining about towels and sheets being worn and dirty, mine were like new. Mattress was soft and comfortable. Not a single bedbug, roach, or rat. The tub and walls need new paint, but otherwise I didn't have a single complaint. Other than, I wish they had coffee before 8am. But, 7-11 is right down the road..

Most run down, scary place I have ever stayed at. Cigarette burns in the comforter and on the bathroom sink. I slept on top of the comforter because the sheets were not clean. Plumbing was in disarray. I refused to shower there. You get what pay for. Note to self.. pay the extra 20 bucks for a clean, secure, place to sleep. I would sleep in my car if I had it to do again.

Checked in and the bed was covered in blood, had visible holes, and the AC and TV were duct taped together. I'm not too picky when it comes to cheap motels but blood is my limit. Only positive is that the front desk didn't have an issue giving me a refund. Ended up going to another motel in the area for $30 more but no blood. Honestly would recommend avoiding the entire area and staying somewhere else.

This place has so much potential but is sadly neglected and poorly taken care of. There were a few things that I just couldn’t let slide and here’s the list… 1. The people before us must of had a dog because he decided to mark his territory before leaving. (Why was I the one that had to clean up the mess?) 2. The front door had a gap from it and the floor. (At least 3 inches so huge draft) 3. There were dead and alive bugs everywhere. (The gap at the door probably didn’t help with this) 4. The bathroom walls were coming apart and the tile in the shower was bulging out. (Real safety concern, that tile could fall right onto someone while showering anytime now) Such a waste of a perfectly good building for contractors and travelers to stay in because like I said it has so much potential..

Do not recommend blood on floor no pillows roaches bed was not made and soda cans in the windows. All I did was walk in the room and walked right back out and dirty towels in the drawer. And do not want to give refunds. Don’t even want to give them the one star

Nice for the price, a lil heavy on the incense, but I’d rather have that smell verses some others…

Do not go here it is the most dirty and nasty place not to mention the company that comes with it when we pulled io someone was crawling out someones window and there was crime scene tape on the stir case and our room had gun shot homes in walls and broken in half bathroom door and was so nasty we turned around and left right then it's in the worst place possible bad neighborhood

The room was dirtiest I've ever seen a motel room! By far!! Didn't want to be barefoot at all! Seriously will never rent a room here again!!

Pulled a gun on my sister and had hole in the bathrooms horrible place bed bugs. Roaches everywhere never stay there

Mold and pest in all rooms, service was terrible, and location is no good lot's of drug activity and homeless causing problems

This place isn't even worth 50 bucks a week bugs every ware can't sleep Cold water no cable no wifi don't come here lol

Run! Room is nasty! Poor customer service! We just opened the door and left, couldn’t stay. No refund!

I wanted to do something real bad to that lady in the office lastnight! I had booked a reservation bc I had nowhere else to go.. trust it was the last option! But I get there to check in and she yells “read the sign” I do t have any rooms!” I said well give me my money back then! She says I have to get it from whoever I booked through! Then I said you’re very unprofessional and she’s yelling bye bye bye!!! I really could’ve knocked her head off! Raggedy motel didn’t have one car in the lot!

My lights went out and I'm in Texas and it is the summertime it is June I needed a place to go this place stinks like cigarettes everything is broken in the room everything is broken I would advise you if you have $60 spend your $60 somewhere else this room is awful do not waste your time

Honestly we were not that impressed. We stopped in order to get some sleep. As we enter the room we found that the door to the actual outside was not locking we had to shove something in front of the door in order to get it closed. The television set didn't have a remote control it also didn't have very good reception we actually were only able to get one channel to come through. And there was people conjugating in the parking lot till 4:00 in the morning making it impossible for my six-year-old to actually fall asleep.

This motel still has major issues. Conceptually the double rooms are a great idea but it is as if they were built on a bed of roaches in the midst of a swarm of well fed flies. I have been waiting on maintenance (which includes someone's wife and 2 kids) for 3 days.

This is absolutely the worst place to stay on planet earth, rooms smell like pot, beds are dirty, lights don't work, bathroom is a total mess with no water, holes in walls. There is a Americas best in right next door that is the save price for a better room. I made a reservation for 3 adults, they gave us a room with one bed, and they charged me extra to get a double occupancy... which is what I booked. I don't know what pictures they posted, or from where. But those pictures on the website are not of that place, mine are, they were taken June 1, 2019.
