I
went
to
Taco
Cabana
for
my
birthday
for
my
free
tacos.
The
cashier
was
unprofessional,
rude
and
brusque.
I
wanted
to
add
cheese,
lettuce
and
tomatoes
to
my
order
and
she
rudely
told
me
that
it
couldn't
be
done
on
free
tacos.
I
told
her
twice
that
I
would
pay
for
the
extras.
I
also
told
her
that
I
wanted
to
add
a
small
rice.
She
told
me
brusquely
"I
didn't
hear
anything
you
just
said!"
All
the
while
she
was
entering
the
order
into
the
register
and
not
paying
attention
to
what
I
was
saying.
She
told
the
staff
member
who
was
fulfilling
the
order
to
add
cheese
to
the
tacos
and
I
had
to
correct
her
to
also
add
the
lettuce
and
tomatoes.
She
ran
up
the
sell,
handed
me
the
change
and
that's
when
I
had
to
inform
her
that
I
wanted
a
small
rice
(LOVE
THEIR
RICE!)
as
well
in
which
she
responded
in
a
flustered
tone
"I
guess
take
it
out
of
your
change?"
I
have
never
encountered
any
staff
members
at
this
location,
over
the
years
that
have
had
such
an
attitude
problem.
I
don't
think
she
is
suitable
for
a
customer
service
position
and
needs
to
adjust
her
interactions
with
Taco
Cabana's
customers.
As
for
the
food,
the
steak
tacos
were
way
too
salty
and
I
was
given
only
a
tiny
bit
of
lettuce,
tomatoes
and
cheese.
The
rice
however
was
good
as
always.
P.S.
I
did
reach
out
to
Taco
Cabana's
Customer
Service,
so
not
just
venting
on
here.
Just
disappointed.
