    I placed my order online. It was ready when I got there. There was a couple in line and the area where my order should have been was empty. I could see my order but there was no one at the registers to help. Finally after about 4 minutes a man comes to wait on the couple. They were obviously not in any hurry, the register didn't have enough change so they had to go get change then the woman wanted to place a separate order all while I'm waiting. Than a lady employee comes from the back and locks the door. After the lady places her order the man at the cash register leaves the register to go lock the other door. Finally I get to tell him that I had an online order, he begins explaining to the couple behind me that just walked in that they are closing because he had been there since 4 in the morning and he only had 3 employees because no one showed up, but he would take their order. Finally Finally I get to tell him I had an online order, he points to the order( the only order for online and wasn't in the online order area) he's looking at me like I'm supposed to know that was my order than asks me it's one item right?? At this point I just say yes and leave. Thank goodness it was the right stuff. What should have taken all of about maybe 5 minutes took at least 15. I'm sorry your employees didn't show up but if you would put the online orders in the pickup area I could have picked it up and never had to wait.

    I grew up eating at this location but the past couple years I’ve been let down. The food itself is relatively good but there is little to no organization. Once when we ate in the restaurant we waited almost 30 minutes for our food and saw other people walk out and demand their money back because it was taking so long. That time we didn’t complain because there was clearly not enough staff so we blew it off and let it slide, they were clearly struggling to keep up. The past few times we’ve done drive through and the order has always been wrong or missing something. The workers seem disorganized and I feel like management is part of the problem. There’s no one leading or order set so it’s chaotic. I’m disappointed and maybe other locations are better, I’ll have to try those out and hope this place gets it together soon.

    I came to the drive thru @0558 and a older Hispanic woman comes out to my car yelling that I cannot pull up to the drive thru until 0600 and I needed to move my car out of the drive thru lane. It was so rude. By the end of the conversation it was 0600, and no one ever answered the drive thru intercom. I drove off to another location. So rude, I won’t be back to this one.

    I have been going to this location for years but hadn’t been in a while. My wife and I went here about a week ago. The customer service was good but the restaurant smelled horrible. This should have been my indicator to leave. We both ordered the new single stack pizzas. Ten minutes after eating , my stomach started hurting something awful. I stayed in the restroom at least 30 minutes. The next morning, the same thing with my wife. It was definitely food poisoning. Never again.

    Didn't get the main mangers (Mexican guy glasses black shirt) name but he was a well mannered, politeful, orderly dressed man, that had blessed my day. I've been coming for years, and left a review already, but the service was splendid, 10/10 keep it up young man.

    Second time visiting this location and the food was fresh and hot both times. My mother LOVED Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza at first but due to them changing the ingredients of the shell a couple of years ago she wanted to try another restaurant who sells them. After her third bite of TC’s pizza immediately says “I’m never going back to Taco Bell again!” She’s a picky eater so this says a lot!😂 I love the taste of the tacos here. Even though it’s a fast food restaurant they do not have that processed taste to them. It’s more of a homemade taste. Will definitely be back soon!

    I went to Taco Cabana for my birthday for my free tacos. The cashier was unprofessional, rude and brusque. I wanted to add cheese, lettuce and tomatoes to my order and she rudely told me that it couldn't be done on free tacos. I told her twice that I would pay for the extras. I also told her that I wanted to add a small rice. She told me brusquely "I didn't hear anything you just said!" All the while she was entering the order into the register and not paying attention to what I was saying. She told the staff member who was fulfilling the order to add cheese to the tacos and I had to correct her to also add the lettuce and tomatoes. She ran up the sell, handed me the change and that's when I had to inform her that I wanted a small rice (LOVE THEIR RICE!) as well in which she responded in a flustered tone "I guess take it out of your change?" I have never encountered any staff members at this location, over the years that have had such an attitude problem. I don't think she is suitable for a customer service position and needs to adjust her interactions with Taco Cabana's customers. As for the food, the steak tacos were way too salty and I was given only a tiny bit of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The rice however was good as always. P.S. I did reach out to Taco Cabana's Customer Service, so not just venting on here. Just disappointed. 😕

    Ordered three street tacos. Cashier was nice. It took 15 minutes to get my tacos. Employees were too worried about delivery orders. People that ordered after me got their food before me. Cook was kinda rude. I took it to go since I've been there so long. The meat was horrible, through the tacos in the trash. Worst street tacos I've ever had. Won't be back.

    I really like this location-- the food and service. The problem is with Uber Eats orders. My order has been incorrect every time yet I am not given the opportunity within the app to register the complaint (other restaurants provide this option). I called customer service, got a recording saying all reps were busy and to leave my number and message, and no one got back with me. Obviously, the company does not care about service.

    Do not visit Taco Cabana. I visited a location on Camp Bowie amidst of getting my tire changed at Tire discounters. I ordered a steak burrito that had the toughest cut of steak that I have had in a long time. I shared it with the kitchen staff and they agreed that it was tough and one of them even said the steak was even cut wrong. They offered a refund which I agreed to. I fully intended on finishing the burrito because I hate seeing food go to waste especially steak. Cue in assistant manager. Assistant manager was rude about the entire matter. He asked me if I wanted them to make me another burrito and I said no that I would just finish the one in that was already in front of me even though the steak is tough. He said “Then I can’t give you the refund.” I told him I don’t like wasting food and that there are way to many hungry people in Fort Worth to waste food. He said that he would need to still take it from me and throw it away. I then open my burrito in front of him and grab a strip of steak and bite into it and show him in front of his face that the steak is tough. He then proceeded to tell me that he still needed to take it. I told him to take his tough steak burrito and give me my refund and that I won’t visit a taco cabana ever again and as tough as that steak was…. #chipotleisbetter #badmanagement #foodisnttrash

    I have never experience a bad visit ever!! I love this place i want this location to keep Martin forever and ever he is the best!! Making my food and at the Drive Thru taking my order very pleasant my Taco Beef Salad was perfect and my Chrizo n Egg burito KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB TACO CABANA AND ESPECIALLY "Martin""

    We stopped in the day after mother's day and was able to get the mother's day special which was 12 flautas, Nachos Supreme, and a margarita. The food was served hot and was good plus it definitely was a good deal for the price. The margaritas were good but could be better. Basically you get shaved ice, whatever flavor syrup you choose and then they give you a small bottle of tequila to mix yourself. It taste really good but having mix it yourself and between the syrup and the alcohol being added it melts a lot of the shaved ice. We tried the dragon fruit and also the orange creme sickle both are sweet but dragon fruit one was very good.

    staff is friendly, but boy are they unorganized. i ordered online and I got a text saying my order was ready. came to the front to ask for my order to find out it wasn’t made. Lady quickly made half of my order and called it done lol because she was rushing through looking and making the order. I overheard from another worker that my order was already made and they just made it twice. The lack of organization and professionalism is astronomical, there is no leadership present and no one taking orders at the front so there other customers peeved with the service too. What a shame.

    Type of visit: Drive Thru Date & Time: 10:15ish pm Aug 11, 2023 Time from order to completion: 11 minutes (approx) Order & quality; 2 Steak Fajita Tacos: These were for my dog, but they were hot, just cooked fresh with plenty of meat. Smelled awesome, too 2 Eggs and Steak Burritos (& I requested cheese & salsa Roja) I enjoyed the burritos flavor, appearance and aroma. The issue was the salsa, I requested salsa Roja at the speaker. When, I was being handed my order, I asked if there was salsa Roja in the bag. The drive thru person told no, there salsa Verde because it was all they had. However, it was said with like a sassy matter of fact way. This is not a deal breaker, but if he was a little more personal and apologetic, my would of had a better experience. Customer Service: In my opinion, the drive-through service was slow. Especially when there appeared to be, no inside counter traffic. I could be wrong as other employees were making other orders and no one was behind me in the drive thru. No suggestive sell attempt. Me being Petty: I appreciate a ,"Thank You for stopping by!".Accompanied with a smile 😃 Especially when everything has gotten more expensive and a decision to eat out comes with serious thought. I will go back, I love their food!!

    I’ve been going to this location sir several years. This is the first time I’ve experienced bad food. I went through the drive-thru to order. I had the flauntas plate. All 3 of my flauntas tasted very old and were not crunchy at all. The rice was just as horrible! My husband had the steak tacos. He said his was decent.

    The best taco cabana I’ve ever been to. The restaurant is so clean inside and all employees are very nice. The food was fresh and service was fast. The manager humberto was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend and will come back to this location. Thank you for great service!

    Highly recommend avoiding this place. Lately the quality has dipped significantly, and the accuracy of their order fulfillment has been really paltry and sad. We ordered burritos, flautas and one of those new double crunch pizzas to try. The only thing we had asked is that they leave the pico off of the pizza because I have an onion sensitivity and raw onions make me sick. Get home to find pico all over the pizza. Okay, no big deal, we also have flautas. Except they're soggy and undercooked. I had to throw them in the air fryer to warm them and crisp them up. I was more than content to not leave a review tonight at all, let things sink in and readdress this the next day or perhaps on the next visit (if we ever go back). Except I went to open my sour cream, and there are traces of tomato and avocado. Guacamole. Onion city. So now they've proven to me that along with their careless and apathetic nature toward making peoples' orders accurately, they've shown that they cross contaminate, as it clearly looks like they used the same spoon to dish out both guacamole and sour cream. Last few times we've come here it's been consistently bad. There's always something wrong with our orders, whether through inaccuracy or lack of care in cooking/serving. I wouldn't in good faith recommend anyone eat here unless they sit in and can walk the food back up to the counter to be corrected. 100% of the time at the drive-thru we have been disappointed with the service we've received.

    The food was good. Service was exceptionally slow. Stood at the counter almoat 5 minutes before anyon3 came to take my order. And don't go for the atmosphere. Salsa bar ia not in use, furniture seems old, interior feels very dated. I suggest getting your food to go.

    This is the best Taco Cabana location I’ve been to. The manager Humberto took care of our group. The food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back. Always good service when we’re here.

    Great place for some fast Tex-Mex! Not the most authentic or the best tasting, but consistent. The taco bowls are pretty darn good, and you get all the salsa you could ever want with your meal.

    THANK YOU QUAY (I'm so sorry if I spelt that wrong) AND THE LADY WORKING THE DRIVE THUR WINDOW AROUND 5PM!!! My husband lost his ID due to the wind and they ran outside and caught it. Definitely deserve a bonus or raise!!! Thank y'all so much!!

    I had a fajita steak taco bowl, it was pretty good. The guacamole was good. The service was good. I gave a low score on the atmosphere because it just felt plain inside, no decorations I guess. Ill go back though, just the drivethru. 😁 The food was pretty good.

    We don't eat here typically. My wife had mentioned this place for a few days so yesterday we went. The service, and knowledge of the items was refreshing. I got the new hatch burrito. My wife got chicken taco. The burrito was large which pleasantly supeised me. The flavor was better than my expectations. The pork was tender, the burrito was a challenging mess, which for me is a good thing. I would of liked a little more hatch presence. The fuego salsa. Tasty. The wife's chicken tacos I got to try tasty as well. It was quiet few customers, if you have thought about this place and just drove passed, next time give it a shot. The flavor is in the food. We will be back.

    I have eaten at this particular Taco Cabana for 15 years plus. I have always been satisfied with the meals I have ordered until last week and then again last night. Last week I ordered bean and cheese tacos. They had less than 2 tablespoons of beans and a few sprinkles of cheese. Last night, I thought I'd try enchiladas because the tacos were a dissapointment. I first tried ordering the new Blanco Queso enchiladas (big advertisment in the drive thru) I was told they didn't have Blanco Queso. I ordered a cheese enchilada plate. The enchilada was flat, hard and tasteless. The amount of queso sauce was minisquel and the rice was hard from being undercooked. Very disappointing.

    Usually pretty decent, but they appeared to be slammed this visit. I waited over 20 minutes for a steak quesadilla, which looked like it had been cut by a first grader. Maybe they were priotitizing the drive-through?

    Wife and I are here recently for the first time. Food was typical quick-service Mexican fare, fresh and VERY well-prepared. Wife really liked the Churros - along with the fact that they appear to be a regular menu item. A definite notch above most other places with "Taco......" in their name. Prices a bit higher that the also-rans, but worth it.

    Taco Cabana. The Sunday morning go to bribe breakfast for hungover restaurant employees. Gotta love what a couple of breakfast taco boxes does for moral! I actually (hehe) stepped outside of the box this evening and had a Cabana bowl for dinner. I wanted something no-nonsense and simple to eat. The quality was good, flavors were on point, and it was the perfect portion. Most importantly, the tortilla bowl it came in was fresh, tender, and crispy-not stale or over cooked.

    Most of the burritos had a good flavor. None of them were very warm at all. I had 1 at room temperature and it was the warmest. The chorizo and beef taco was so greasy that i just left it on the table. Didn’t even try it. The chips were stale. Its 24 degrees outside and I think its warmer than the inside. So pathetic for such a slow morning.

    Quality of experience has declined since pre-pandemic. They brought back a disappointingly paired down salsa bar. Tortilla chips were rancid, I asked for other chips, that were also rancid/stale. Not a great value anymore. People were friendly and accommodating. Will not return to this location.
