Worst experience ever. Came back to the hotel and the room smelled like cigarette smoke with a strange overlying smell of candle. Checked with the front desk who admitted that a guest had smoked in the room and they had been airing it out for 3 WEEKS!!!! She then said they had to charge him extra. It is so bad and the odd deodorizer smell is almost as bad. I told her I would like another room as I paid for a non-smoking room and that the hotel was supposed to be non smoking. She said she had no more rooms and that she was sorry. I said, I can not stay in that room-the smell is sickening. I then said, I think I may need to find another hotel. To which which she responded, 'Well you do what you have to do.' Ummmmm seriously!! I am here for a moms weekend with my son. This is not okay. I am a bonvoy member. I am outraged and have now spent over 30 minutes trying to solve the situation. What was supposed to be a fun weekend with my son has turned into the night from hell.

OMGGGGG, i have found my hotel in the forth worth area. Very clean and breakfast is worth stopping over. I barely know any hotel that provides whip cream at the breakfast table. Walkable distant to restaurants and quick bites. Smart TV, stove, pots, plates, dinning bar all clean , lovely and well set up.

This hotel is a great value! It is a new and well designed facility. The room was very nice and clean with a great kitchenette with all the basic items you need. Love the location! Attractive and convenient to shopping and restaurants but quite. I like this place.

If you’re looking for luxury this is the place but you’re going to pay for it. Expensive and beds are super firm and they hurt but super nice hotel and staff

Beautiful New Hotel, built in 2021. Very clean and close to everything. Management is very professional, as other staff is very helpful as well. I'd highly recommend this Hotel.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions....for weeks at a time. Perfect location. Great staff. Rooms are spacious. I appreciate the hands free door operations. Free laundry. Outside spaces are nice. I would like to make one suggestion....pet elimination stations with bags and a trash can, which might guilt those "irresponsible" pet owners into picking up their pet pooh. All in all, out of all the places I have had extended stays throughout the country, this is one of my top 3 hotel stays. And this includes VERY VERY high end hotels in LA.

Clean room and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Curtains do not block outside light very well. If you're trying to get some sleep during the daytime, you will have to get creative with blocking the daylight. At night, most outside light gets blocked but does not get as dark as most would want it. Parking is small and a bit tight. The location is near a few stores and restaurants.

As of October 2022, brand new hotel, everything is new, fresh, clean, and looks and smells great. Friendly staff. Parking is a little odd (e.g., inconvenient for people with disabilities). I love that it's near a biking and running trail along a river.

I have stayed in many a hotels 2, 3, 4, 5 star......this is such a great find that I made sure to make time for a review. The staff are extremely professional and pleasant. Particularly, Victoria, who was kind and courteous to me despite it being a late check-in time. The hotel is directly across from a few stores/food joints plus a nice walking trail/river that allows for a perfect atmosphere for decompressing after a long drive/workday is right by the riverside. THE ROOMS/SUITES ARE IMMACULATE AND CLEAN. I felt very well taken care of and so very comfortable in the evenings after a longs day. I do have a few complaints though....the fitness center was nearly impossible to workout in. It looked like they had a portable fan in place but it just wasn't enough. That definitely needs to be fixed and I'm sure it's in the works, but was definitely noted. Lastly, the 2nd entrance at the far side of the hotel was broken so guests seemed to keep the door propped open all day which leads to concerns for safety and security. Those at that end of the hotel were SOL if it did end up closed causing a hike all the way to the front so you could get to your room. All in all, still a 10/10 JUST because the rooms are that well kept..I had a standard suite/room. If it weren't for the few negatives I would've been upset that I couldn't give more than 5 stars but it's still nearly perfect. Enjoy!

Nice place and close to quite a few restaurants and stores. Stayed here for a work related conference, rooms are modern with decent furniture. Not sure if it's standard in all rooms but my room had an additional pullout queen bed and a decent size kitchenette.

For a three star hotel, this hotel is great. I’m guessing it’s brand new because that’s how it feels. The suites are big, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is clean. The staff has been really nice and accommodating. The breakfast has been good and typical of pre-Covid warm breakfasts. The fitness gym was surprisingly larger than I expected and has several treadmills, an elliptical, a recumbent bike, dumbbells, kettle bells, large exercise balls, and mats. Missing a cable machine, which would allow for well-rounded workouts. The hotel is in a great location with lots of wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance that we have enjoyed.

Nice rooms,kind staff and great location. The only downside was a $100 pet fee for one night. Pretty outrageous

Nice new hotel. Room is big and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as a free breakfast gets with a clean eating area. The location is very convenient and walking distance to several good restaurants. I would recommend it highly

The hotel is still pretty new and our room was nice. The location to other restaurants were within walking distance which was nice even with a 2 YO. The pool is small but it was better than nothing. It says it holds 37 people, but there is no way I would want to be in a pool that size with 36 other people, nope. They also supplied some pool toys for kids, super thoughtful. The provided breakfast was really good for a buffet. I haven’t travelled through the pandemic and seen some really bad breakfast, but the was was nice.

This is how to run a hotel. People were nice rooms were terrific breakfast in the morning couldn't have been better. Who's ever creating the culture around this hotel has done an outstanding job.

We had a fatastic week here & loved every minute! With a Whole Foods right across the street, what could be better?? Every single staff member here deserve our most gracious thanks for a wonderful vacation!!

I’ve been coming here for awhile now. This hotel is in a great location. I use the running trail behind the hotel and walk across to the restaurants/stores. I’ve always felt safe in this area and will continue to stay here. The staff at the hotel, especially the front lobby young ladies (Victoria and Christyanna). Those two ladies are absolutely amazing and make you feel welcomed. I hope this post gets them recognized for their customer service skills.

Much like little Red Riding Hood, this was the third hotel my wife and I tried this time. It was great! Comfortable and packed with the amenities I want. Everything was excellent. I only had one complaint. The back door was not working for entry with the room key. Someone would prop it open with a rock all night long, not very secure or safe. I asked at the desk and was told about their difficulties getting it repaired. I am sure they will take care of it soon.

Great experience so far. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and esthetically pleasing.

The only gripe I had was that the side entrance/exit door never worked. We stayed here for over a month for work & they never fixed the door. Such a huge inconvenience. (3/1/22-4/4/22) Visitors would often leave a rock to keep the door open to no avail at times. This isn't the first Residence Inn that has this door issue either. Maybe they need to change their maintenance company. If you like your room really cool (especially for sleeping like I do), the thermostat doesn't go below 64°. Laundry is Free!! 2 washers, 2 dryers.

Everything was clean. The continental breakfast offered a great variety daily. It was quiet. The room had just as much space as I needed, and was laid out well. It was a nice place to be, while on work travel. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to the office.

Great property in the heart of Fort Worth. Walking trails right outside the door. Rooms are modern and well kept. Across from great shopping, restaurants, and a Whole Foods. Definitely recommend.

Best Residence Inn I've stayed in! The service is friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and very quiet. Tracee, at the front desk was very personable and welcoming.

I've stayed at this property before, and had a great experience. However, this time, I had to check out early because my room had roaches. I noticed on the first night a bunch of small flea sized things on the floor next to the shower, but paid it no mind until i saw them moving. I believe they were roach eggs hatching. The next day i saw a full sized roach on the kitchen floor and the last day i saw a full sized one in the bathroom. I immediately checked out forgoing my full stay.
