So I’ve been visiting Oliva for LHR services for over 6 months now. While the results have been good, I’m very concerned about their appointment management skills. Today I had an appointment at 10am and whilst I requested for additional services I was denied (by Geeta?) for it stating there weren’t any available slots however I was made to wait for 1.15 mins just to even start with the procedure. Upon sharing this experience with the front desk, I got a robotic response of “sorry for the inconvenience caused, we’ll ensure this doesn’t repeat again ” Throughout this experience, what was disheartening was, no one bothered to inform there was a delay, nor did they come in and check in on me (I obviously couldn’t step out) or even offered water etc. But all things aside, I think Richa (my therapist) is a wonderful and knows her craft really well and is patient and customer friendly (5 stars to her :)). And so is Meena from front desk as well, very efficient in maintains clients and their due appointments.

I came to clinic with the distress of having facial hair. But the laser hair reduction treatment the clinic offered was very effective. My hair growth reduced tremendously. They ensure that your skin problem if any is diagnosed and treated. I am definitely satisfied with the services.

I had visited Oliva Clinic for my accident scar treatment. I was given a proper consultation and was explained about the procedure in detail. I had a very marvellous experience with my laser treatment of face done in this clinic, though the price is bit on higher side but it’s worth your money as they have excellent equipments which will definitely provide you with a proper and visible change. Don’t go there acne and pigmentation treatment , if your have budget is less than 60k.. I would suggest you to show to your nearer dermatologist. There prices are unreasonably high, after all they want to cover there ad and sponsor prices from there patients only. If you have good budget around 80thousand, then it will be the best choice. Otherwise I would recommend you to go to any local dermatologist.

Hi, I have been under Laser Toning treatment with Dr Hema for past two years and it was fruitful with her.. Yesterday some new doctor refused to give treatment as I have two active acne even after mentioning am from other state and came for treatment only. In the past I used to go with one or two active acne ( pretty common ) But Dr hema mam will do the treatment accordingly. Even after explaining all the concerns front desk employees booked me the same new doctor for further schedules.. Here am explaining concerns hoping to get a treatment for what I paid or refund back the money if you provide the same doctor.

I have taken Hair Loss treatment, 2021 to 2022 PRP treatment, lot of tablet I taken, i spent 1.5lakhs for treatment and medicine expenses, but there is no much effect, most of time they give lot of tablets 6-10 tablets daily, still hair loss continue there is no changes after all treatment, may be doctors very young and not enough experience and Hair Loss treatment not correct place or choice , this review given only for purpose of if anyone serious looking for hair loss treatment my experience may useful, find good doctor then clinic, and because identify the root cost of hair loss is very important, based that doctor will prescription medicines or treatment, if doctor cannot enough competency to identify the hair loss issues waste of time and loss of money for us....

My Initial consultation was with Doctor Rithvik who is so friendly and down to earth . Dr explained me well how laser session works and how many sessions required to get out of my body hair dysphoria as I’m in my transition phase from male to female , in short (Transwoman, my pronoun she/her) . This point makes you clear it’s lgbtqia+ friendly and I had never faced any discomfort . Then Karthik (Manager) briefed me well about cost and best offers available . It’s was very effective and good conversation . Agree, compared to other competitors business they are costly but trust me the outcome/result what I got also was very fruitful . That’s really magic in my life and helped me get rid of dysphoria. Each time I visit Oliva clinic with Dr Rithvik guidance , his assistant Richard handles my laser sessions well with patience and dedication. I visited this place for PRP treatment. I spent close to 65k for the PRP sessions, consultation, blood reports and medicines. I took 6 PRP sessions and there were zero improvements in hair growth. After the sixth session, I was asked to take more sessions to see the results. When there were no differences in 6 sessions, how can one see results by taking more PRP sessions? They also say it’s a painless procedure but you’ll the pain only when you experience it. It’s not a painless procedure for sure. Maybe the other services provided at this place have good results but DO NOT get PRP done here because it’ll only waste your hard-earned money. It’s a painful risky procedure with zero results. Please don’t take your chances and waste your TIME AND MONEY here. Thank you!
