Great backpackers hostel in Bangalore in terms of maintenance, facilities, infrastructure, location, cleanliness & room space. Everything is so perfect here. Kitchen is very well maintained, it’s always clean and tidy. And so the washrooms in dorm. Dorms are very spacious with enough racks to store your luggage. Loved their work space, they are comfy, nice and big enough for everyone in hostel. They even have a small closed work space if you wanna attend meeting without any outside noise. Location is also a plus, closely located to all well known eateries of Indiranagar. Only improvement point I would suggest is hosts could have been more interactive and organised some in hostel events.

It was a wholesome experience of being at an amazing place like this. The USP of this place- cleanliness, Humble and approachable staff, pleasant atmosphere around and the local walks. And simple and deliciously home-cooked meals. My personal favourite was the locul cultural & heritage walks. Location is close to city center and to the IT parks around the ORR. Food and cafes are plenty. Ranging from all levels of affordability and taste. Kudos to the team for impeccable and diligent efforts in keeping the property clean and fresh consistently every single day. Appreciate and grateful for being so considerate. Only sad thing is the price is a bit beyond reasonable amount.

One of the best hostels in Bangalore. Extremely clean, vibrant and the staff is super friendly. Cozy nook's all around adding a beautiful vibe to the place. It has less occupancy but a great place to work and stay. The bathrooms and rooms are well maintained. I would 10/10 recommend

Stayed here for few days in Feb 2024 and i genuinely enjoyed it. Big Pros: - Ideal for Workation : Super Fast internet and dedicated workstations. I usually work late nights and the staff is super nice to keep all the lightings and fans on during that time. - Location : Right behind the famous Rameshwaram cafe and near to 100 feet road of Indiranagar - Staff : the front office crew Mahesh was very courteous, polite and helping in nature. - Hygiene - Top notch. they maintain the hostel pretty good. similar to their chruch street property which i stayed in covid times. They do organise food and city walks to cubbon park etc. do check at front office for the same. Would love to be back here.

Local.midtown has the best location and a better atmosphere. When my group visited, there were a lot of remote workers and Locul.Midtown was designed well to support great remote working spaces. The place was very clean, cleaner than other hostels I’ve visited, and the kitchen area was very well stocked. Staff was very kind and gave the best recommendations, and there was space to store luggage for a late checkout. I definitely recommend the space and would stay here again!

Had a very disappointing experience here . They gave a non AC room where in it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking website that it will be a non AC room, and the fan too was not working well, 6 ppl in the dorm and zero ventilation, was suffocating. Rooms are stinking and the linens are not very clean. Bathroom was not very clean. Geyser didn't work . Location is great, but will not prefer to stay here again!

Poorly designed exteriors.. travellers will talk while food that is entire meaning of travel.. if neighbours issue make sound proofing.. why you should scold and once bad behaviour to stop group talk? What is our fault if you designed hostel not sound proof..

Nice Hostel with great Design and a lot of love put in. Interesting activities Like Walking Tours every day. Located in a quiet ans green street, with a bustling restaurant scène just a 1 min Walk away.

I wouldn't recommend the private room to anyone. For the price, a business hotel room is a much better option. The front desk person and manager are poor communicators and can come off as rude and cold when you approach them with a concern. They initially refused to send help to carry our massive suitcases up the steep stairs stating hostel rules. The room was clean but extremely bare - they do not even have glasses in the room to drink water and eating or having tea/coffee in the room is not allowed. The bathroom has a very strong odour and it does not have a bucket or mug. Also, the mattress is poor and can cause back pain.

Just 200m away from the 100 feet road, you have everything you need at a walkable distance. They have a separate working area which has been built quite practically, with proper comfortable seating and numerous switch boards. Their kitchen area is really organized as well! I think they could have put in some more thought on designing a common area where people could unwind after their working hours, and could get to know each other. It was a rare hostel stay where I literally did not find many people to talk to, even though I stayed here for a week! People were either busy in office in working area, or inside their rooms, because there is just no designated common area where everyone would come together. Also, they HAVE to improve their wifi range. It was good in the working area, but hardly usable in dorms!

Mr Yogesh at the reception was friendly and cordial. Ever smiling and always smiling. I enjoyed my stay.

It has been a fantastic experience at Locul Midtown. The staff are courteous, professional and understanding. This is an ideal go-to place for anyone who is gonna stay at Bangalore.

Best things are cleanliness in dorm literally surprised that the room service is done everyday! Staff is super nice & always helped out. Security is top-notch with RFID access. I personally feel it's more of a business type of hostel as it's kinda strict and all so might be a vibe-killer for some. But I was ok with that. You will never have to worry about food, as it's super close to all good cafes.

I have amazing memories from here, stayed over 9 days. The people I met are here still in touch! Great rooms, very cleanly maintained spaces, clean washrooms. Would recommend 100%

There are 6 and 8 sharing rooms separate for male and females, and they are good. The receptionist is very good at guiding and talking. Prices are ok . Ambiance is so clourful.

Stayed at this hostel, and I must say, the staff were extremely polite and welcoming. They greeted me warmly and ensured that everything met my expectations. The interior ambience of the hostel is well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bathrooms were also well-maintained, resembling those found in a high-end hotel. Additionally, there is no curfew as long as you have your room access card and the provided wristband. Location - center of Indira Nagar. Most of the pubs and shops are walkable distance from the hostel. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangalore. Pls note - no smoking or drinking inside the premises.

Very well maintained place. Neat and tidy. Bathrooms are well maintained which is not the case with other similar hostels. Ideal place for backpackers, very much affordable considering the location. Enjoyed the stay here.

Stayed there for 5 days. Cool ambience, Nice locality, mostly everything around. Friendly staff. You would meet mostly working people there or who has come there for work related thing. Smoking or drinking is not allowed in the premises. Wifi could be faster.

I have stayed at Locul Church Street and it was a lovely property. Compared to this, the Indiranagar building is way better and bigger. So many common spaces, close distance to restaurants an everything. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Nice location, helpful hosts, good facilities in the hostel, but pretty pricey dorm beds (considering this is India). Cheaper dorm beds in hostels with better facilities are easily available in tourist hotspots like Thailand & Vietnam, so why Indian hostels can't up their game?

Neat and clean. I'll recommend this place specially if you are travelling alone, here there are many people travelling from different countries and India also. You'll never get bored and will have new friends while leaving the place. This all happens in their common area which is a awesome place to chill rather than sitting in your room.

First thing first they don’t allow you if you are not having any travel tickets with you. So I actually travelled from outskirts to city for some work and they are asking me to send travel tickets . They did so much drama over that. Second thing rooms are not properly ventilated actually there is no ventilation. Third things beddings are not clean it was dirty either they are not cleaning it properly or something else. Fourth things private rooms look so spacious in picture but is it is very small as compared to pictures. My major concern was travel ticket , room ventilation and cleanliness of beddings.
