Mr MD Jaffer was nice and accomodative. He gave us ample time with paitaince. It was an overall awesome buying experience. Once again tanishq stood up to my expectations.

Good collection but bad experience with tanishq store representative. No transparency at all and not at all customer friendly. When asked about order cancellation and return/exchange. He told, they can issue credit note on item return which can be used within 3 month and can be activated even later, but he later went for some other clarification and immediately flipped. Said only 7 day exchange we accept, and no return on custom order that's company policy. No credit note will be issued. Highly unprofessional. I would never make any purchase. Other Tanishq store is much better in customer service.

Hi. I have purchased few products from Tanishq, Marathahalli. The sales officer was Rajesh. He was very friendly and helpful. A really nice service that I have got. I appreciate Mr Rajesh's patience. Overall, that was a really good experience.

We visited this store on festival day - Sankranti. It was not crowded at all. Overall 3-4 customers when we visited. So we had ample amount of time to look products which we wanted to purchase. Attending person Mr Jafar helped us to select product that we want & he has patience too to listen our queries. Parking was available at basement but lift was not working from basement to store which is negative point. I hope tanishq team will rectify this ASAP.

Disappointed. I have purchased jewellery from multiple Tanishq stores. Every Tanishq store will have an option to pay through Tata Neu coins as Tanishq is Tata Product. This branch doesn't have that option. Also, I feel something odd(may be little less professionalism at billing section than other stores) in the store than any other Tanishq stores. Since it is a new, it might requires time to become better.
