Pleasant ambience and friendly staff!! Food is fresh and lovely and strikes your taste buds well!! We had garlic prawns , awesome chicken salad, grilled chicken burger, and tiramisu . Every item was top notch combines with fratelli white wine. Must visit! There is no entry to the restaurant from inside the mall, you will have to exit from the gate and go there from the side, but don’t miss it if you are looking for a perfect lunch or breakfast!!

Thanks for valuing the feedback and trying to make amends and improve. —//—- It was all fine till I asked them to pack takeaway… you can see from the pics how they packed the food. Had specifically asked them to pack the food properly in leak proof containers. It was mainly dry food…if only they’d use proper containers..😢🤷‍♀️ This completely killed the experience for me. Have bad stains on my clothes thanks to SHD. The food, ambience and service overall isn’t bad. Hence 2 stars and not 1.

Long review: Went there for our anniversary dinner. Our server Pranab was a kind person and they gave us complimentary sangrias and house breads. Then the Head Chef Arvind came to our table and we requested him to suggest the best food for our special night. He served us Peri Peri Combo and Prawn Platter and it was brilliant. He also made sure we end our dinner with a beautiful and delicious chocolate mousse. We combined the food with their orange mimosas. Overall the experience was memorable. Food 5* Service 5* Ambiance 5* Head Chef 50* Thank you Smoke House Deli for making our experience so special. Definitely visiting again and again to try out everything on the menu. Highly recommended

The nice restaurant to hangout with your friends and family. The food is really good and the staff are really polite. They can improve on the overall ambience and upkeep of the restaurant.

We visited for lunch and we ordered Pan seared Salmon with creamy spinach and potato mash, and they refused to give the potato mash. It was clearly written in their menu that it's part of the dish but they kept telling it was either/ or. How difficult it is to add a word as either / or if that's the case, and after an argument they agreed to give everything that's mentioned in the dish and not at their convenience decreasing food items. The salmon dish tasted pretty good and so as the spinach cream and potato mash. The free sangrias that were mentioned by easy diner is just colored water. Useless. We ordered mutton burger which gave a bad smell and was too chewy which tasted more like beef. My friend felt the same that the mutton burger wasn't mutton but beef. Now, that's wrong serving beef burger as mutton burger to the customers and as a person who don't eat beef for religious reasons it hurt my sentiments. Waste of money and serving misleading food. Will avoid in the future, better to stick to chicken and sea food definitely not mutton.

Visited with kids on one of the afternoons, as usual good food. We ordered Risotto, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Alfredo Pasta and beverages. While Ravioli and Risotto were spot-on, Pasta was not their usual stuff, it wasn't like what they make at Indiranagar outlet. Ambiance was fine, seating could have been a bit more comfortable. Overall good experience.
