It's a famous company from many years, now a days their shoes quality are not good. How ever the place has become the local address of the locality. They also have brought in casual slippers for daily wear basis and parties. The shop is big and you get verities of collections of slippers, shoes, flats, heels

I recently visited the Bata shop, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff members were friendly and attentive. One highlight of my visit was being offered a 15 percent discount, which I found to be a great deal and certainly added value to my purchase. However, I must mention that the collection at the store was somewhat limited. While the quality of the footwear was good, I was hoping to see a wider range of options to choose from. Despite this, the discount offered made me feel satisfied with my purchase. In conclusion, the Bata shop provides a good shopping experience with its friendly staff and attractive discounts. If they can expand their collection, it would make the store even more appealing to customers.

Good shop with reasonably good variety of shoes, floaters and sandals. The staff were cooperative and well mannered. But parking for four wheeler is a problem. It's on the main Bagalur road.

Its a good shop but i am unable to find right size here for my feet. All are small even the premium ones too. But shop is good

I think this is my second or third visit to this store. They have wide collection of footwear. The staff are professional and customer-friendly. They are ready to show as many choice you want. It was pleasant experience altogether. I strongly recommend this Bata Store.

Earlier I use to buy Bata products, it was good. Now I will stop buying Bata Products. Quality is too bad. I purchased a 2 costly sandal 15 days ago, the quality was so bad that it stitches gone and broken. Within 10 day itself the stitches came out and shop owner not sticking on his words , before buying the product he said he will replace the product anything happens within 3months , now he denied to take it back WITHIN 15 DAYS PRODUCT AS PER INVOICE DATE and telling me that he will do stitching for that worst footwear And Worst experience. All the products which I bought were costly. Still. Now I will switch to other brands. Worst experience.........

I had one of the worst experiences here,I had ordered a pair of sandals for my little sister,not only they delivered it late but it was dirty and looked used on confronting them they said they'll replace it but again they delivered it late and it looked the like the one I had returned but cleaned it,very disappointed with the service.you can see in the picture how dull it looks and still there's some dirt around it

Bata and hush puppies shoes available. Currently 20% discount incase you buy a second pair of shoes/sandals. Although buying it online you will get it in much cheaper price. Staff are polite and helpful but will try to lure you into buying costly models.

The worst experience Bata show room This is a franchise outlet and they don’t exchange product or replace if you have bought for someone else Also they don’t give credit notes like other Bata showroom They don’t have decency and basic human decency for treating people with customers.
