The customer service here is world's away from the large store in Jayanagar. We were assisted in our selection by Chaitra. She was polite, knowledgeable and responsive. We asked for a hand carry of a piece from another store. They arranged it for us at no expense. The showroom has decent collections, there is a scope of improvement though when it comes to collection of gold Rings, having verities would definitely help customer for selection.

My experience with Tanishq is over 2 decades. Kanakapura branch of Tanishq has varieties to select from & the staff especially Vijay was highly cooperative to us. By nature he seems to be very soft & accommodative. Place is neat and clean. Covid protocol is followed meticulously ( recording contact information, temp check , dispensing sanitisers). Sales team was courteous. They dont have a seperate car parking as it is on the Kanakpura main road.

Very poor customer service. They even lied to me about additional 10% discount being extended by the franchisee store,however in reality a 10% discount is offered to customers twice in a year on their Birthday and anniversary. They even charged my date of birth and anniversary in the records to their convenience and fraudently offer discount. #Tanishq HQ you need to have strict process on your stores. If they can change customer's personal details, I believe they can change even the products.

Tanishq Kanakapura road is one of the best Tanishq stores I have been to. The collection here is very good and the service is excellent. The staff are very knowledgable, speak multiple languages and explain the charges clearly. They were able to provide me a private space in their eating area when I wanted to breastfeed my baby, which I really appreciate.
