My 12 year old daughter had to get her second ear piercing ring changed and she was very scared as her second piercing hole was small and the ear ring she wanted to put was a big one. But the staff was so polite, gentle and patient even though my daughter was making it so difficult to put the new earing, she managed to do her job almost painlessly. Great team! Kanakapura show room is where we visited. The store has decent collection for ladies sectuin, but items for men is very limited. Staff are really good and are prompt in giving service.

Has limited but good distinguishing collections that are easy to shop and purchase without much confusion. The customer service and support was excellent. Mr Kiran attended us very well, and he was very patient to hear our queries, and is well knowledgeable about the items in the store. They will also arrange alterations of the jewellery if required and provide personal suggestions. Gold exchange was hassle free with all information provided infront of us. Overall worth paying a visit.

We walked in intending to buy a bracelet, but ended up buying earrings in addition to it. The collection was quite intriguing and the variety of jewels was what drove us to go out of our way to make the extra purchase.
