    Ankita, trainer in dancercise is very humble and polite. She gives training very nicely she focused in overall wellness of body and mind. She always makes everyone comfortable in class first then she gradually increase the level of excercise which is very good. After joining the class i feel very happy and energetic all day long.     Awesome fitness sessions. I m very happy with this experience. Ankita is very good mentor , she will always push us to work more on our fitness. It's not at all boring because it's dance+yoga+ zumba. I m enjoying the dancing session. I truly recommend this fitness program.

    I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainer (Ankita) is really awesome and helpful, she makes you feel really comfortable n confident. You really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.👍🏼

    Dancercise is an amazing place to stay fit and healthy. Thanks to Ankita who is a very good trainer and a person. She understands everyone very nicely She made exercise so much fun. From day 1 I never felt that I am new. Dancercise not only helped me lose weight but it also helped me to stay active and positive. Last but not the least you get to meet new people and now it's like a small family. I really enjoy my time spent with Ankita and team.

    Dancercise helped me to remain fit physically and mentally with Zumba, Yoga classes. Classes are conducted well on time and in a peaceful environment. Ankita who is a professional fitness trainer, motivates all of us to give our best to achieve fitness goals.

    It was an amazing experience for me.Seriously I can see some difference in a week by doing fun exercise class comprising of yoga and aerobic .The instructor takes the individual care with everyone .I love the way she teach us.Thank you

    Its not even a month and i see difference in my body. All credit goes to Ankita for the motivation and support. The HIIT workout session along with Zumba is the best combination to burn those extra calories. Everyday we have something new for the session so its never boaring. I would strongly recommend Dancercise for those who aspire to be fit and strong.

    I have been recently taking online zumba classess on weekends for almost a month now . This is really relaxing. Our instructor Ankita always gives us a wonderful classes knowing we are new bee's. Makes us feel comfortable. Looking forward for a long journey. Cares about our health, diet and gives a holistic development. Thanks a lot

    Dynamic Dancercise Review! I recently attended and it was a high-energy and enjoyable experience. The instructor brought infectious energy and created a vibrant atmosphere. The dance moves were easy to follow, yet still provided a great workout. I left feeling energized and had a blast. I highly recommend trying out the class for a fun and effective workout!

    The best and awesome experience. The workouts we do , the yoga which clams us down , the dance moves we do really keeps our body and mind stable physically and mentally. A good and energetic trainer who always encourages us on all activities we do . Hope to get my workout continues for a healthy lifestyle.

    It’s been a year since I have started my journey with Dancercise, and I must admit that there is a drastic change in me, physically and mentally. My postpartum journey being hard, weight gain had made it even harder, I was unable to lift myself and move comfortably, also my mental health was getting bad, as soon as I got to know about Dancercise I joined immediately. Now I am proud of my decision as I have lost weight and have got my original shape back with lot of energy, confidence and positivity. Thanks to Ankita who is the founder and trainer at Dancercise, she has been a constant support throughout, she is a true motivator. She encourages and build in the confidence, helping to believe in oneself. She has made every day interesting at Dancercise. We have dance, yoga, Zumba, aerobics done each being very effective and helps release stress. I highly recommend Dancersice for a healthy, stress free life filled with positivity and confidence. Take care of your body it’s the only place you have to live.

    Dancercise class is very good fitness class. I feel very happy at class. I reduced 2kg within one month. Before class i had leg pain. Now completely reduced no leg pain. Ankitha is motivate everyone. It's gives more energy to do excercise.special Thanks to ankitha.
