5 stars for food and hospitality. Really sweet and hard working staff, tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The cook lady was brilliant! The homemade coffee is amazing! Rooms are very basic, meant for backpackers, so don't expect luxury. Due to monsoon, couldn't do much activities there. All good trekking places are at atleast 1 hour drive from the property.

Our stay at Veeras was for 2 nights. It’s a beautiful property, close to nature, huge coffee estate, good parking area. Food and few activities are included at reasonable price. Rooms were clean. Food was okay. We enjoyed the bonfire 🔥 They make all arrangements just outside your room. Owner is very helpful and he himself takes care of all your necessities. Staffs are also kind and helpful.

What can I say about the place. Coming from Mangalore to experience the Vistadome train and then staying at the homestay was quite a good experience. The location and the ambience of the place was phenomenal along with the cool breeze. The food was pretty good , staff was very friendly and the rooms were not bad. The only things I would probably fix is the gas geezer situation, the rain dance lasting only 15 mins or less and some delays in snacks and the lack of it along with drinks (soft drinks and juices). Overall, the stay was pretty good and I highly recommend it if anyone wants a quick getaway from home.

Had a very good time with family at Veeras. It is surrounded by beautiful nature. Highly impressed by the location. All thanks to Sharath for the welcome and taking care of everything. This will be a memorable trip for sure. Must try jeep off road drive!!

Very good experience on my recent stay. The hospitality was nice by the caretakers. Sharath was professional enough. Very comfortable stay cottages. Lush green environment. Coffee estate is too good. Far away from chaotic city life. Only a little expensive (5000/- for 3 members per night). Totally recommend staying here with friends and family.

We went 4 of us for vacation. And there is no doubt we choose the best property ever. The Manager is more like a friend who is always there to help , Naveena was there he was very helpful and with them one more friend I met there it's MB. Overall food was really good, the ambience, rooms , bonfire each and every thing was breathtaking.. The sitting area was mind blowing each and every corner of that has some kind of peace and we enjoyed a lot . Totally recommend the property. We had two night stay at this resort and the experience was amazing. The resort is very beautiful, lush green and peaceful (Some of the beautiful pictures of resort are attached to give an idea of the greenery). The services were also very good and all the staff members were very helpful and understanding. The owner of the resort Mr Sarath has very good innovative ideas and he has given the resort an unique look by decorating the resort. Collecting the locally available heritage items and using it to decorate the resort is a great idea (Some of the pictures attached will give you the feeling). He is also a very helpful and nice person. Wish him all the best for future.

For 1250 per person per day with 3 meals for relaxing a day, this is more than you can ask for. Food was really good. Property is nice. Very good service, drive to hemavathi river for 200 per person.. what else you want.

Beautiful place. We had an awesome time there. Location is beautiful. Lot of greenery insode the resort. Bonfire, rain dance, zip line, indoor games, tent stay. Kidd had time of their life

I visited the resort on 1st December 2022. Around 4 pm in evening except my gang no one else was there.Ambience is good you can explore the coffee estate. Food is average service was poor no one will ask what you want. Rooms were not so hygienic 1300 they charged per head with breakfast dinner and cottage....over all average.... if u go with gangs you can enjoy the place very pleasant spot to explore............

We two families 👪 visited with our two children, had nice time. Sharath the host was very nice person. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Food was also great, We liked it. They cooked separately for our children as per our request. We have done rain dance 🌧 💃 🕺 with our children is the best memory now. Camp fire 🔥, Music 🎶 and much more.....

First- I connected over the phone with owner Sharath for booking, then once I entered the property, warm welcome by staffs and impression was best, we were group of 37 people and 28 people with cottages and rest people had to stay in hiking tents which had great experience, food was great and night music to cherish moments with team, thanks Veeras and 100% recommendations to family and groups

It is a beautiful resort, we loved the dormitory & the whole ambiance. It is surrounded by coffee plantation, They arrange for bonfire every nyt in front of ur room. Rooms are also really nice, blankets were absolutely clean with no odour. Prices are reasonable including food, Sharath is an excellent host, and their staff is also very good took care of every lil thing during our stay to make us feel comfortable. Their food menu is noteworthy both very and non veg items are very good, they will provide both veg/nonveg starters if needed which will be charged extra. Overall had an amazing time. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice place in a great location. Room has the basic amenities you need, shower is only cold but there's a hot tap and bucket provided so you can put warm water on you to warm you up while showering if you need. Staff are friendly.

Very pleasant owners. The most peaceful and clean hometay we have had in India yet! Separate entrance, spacious room,, comfy bed, quiet street but central spot. Only stayed one night but can good

Sharath was completely helpful and so accommodating to all the requirements that we had from the beginning till end. Change of date requests was accepted without a hesitation. We entered this place late in the night after a long ride, and to our surprise we were greeted by a very excited dog ( I will be honest , it scared us all ) but had real fun with it. We stayed here for two nights, loved the rooms and food and facilities. They provide hot water, in-campus kitchen, play area. The place was tidy, hygienic and peaceful. A great place to spend time with familes or friends.

Positives- Great location and service, can trek to a river nearby, food is good,simple and timely. The decor of the common area is rustic and interesting. Negatives- Rooms are small and not well lit, internet barely works and bed linen can be better. Considering the remote location perhaps net issues are understandable , however room lighting and linen can be improved considering the room costs come close to 3-4.5k per day

Went there to stay in a tent. Had an awesome experience. The place is full of lush green and looks great. There are coffee plants also, you can a walk amidst the green and get rejuvenated.
