A calm place. Lots of parking space. Garden available. Ventilation and light facility excellent However, construction quality is poor. Seepage in most flats. Certain flats space utilisation is awful. Can't place furniture because entire space is walkway Less market place. But I consider the potential growth is high

Lots of losses occurred due to the water logging happened after rise of Lake water level. No water, no electricity and so old construction. Authorities should have thought about this situation in advance. This issue is still not resolved and can happen again. Posting this just for the help of others.

Went to meet a friend. It was a calm, clean & green society. Security, cctv, parking space, lift, some shops, garden. Spacious flats, balcony, ventilation. 8 (8x2 = 16) blocks are there each one is a 9 floor building. 1,2,3,4 BHK flats. Surprised to see a calm & clean place that too beside the airport running - a very busy highway.

Kendriya vihar apartment itself is a landmark in yelahanka, this apartment was built in the year 2000-02 by central govt project and has almost 500+ flats, Our late president Shri A P J Abdul Kalam had a flat in KV, security is good, cameras are installed and the complex is very well maintained with a garden, road, there was a problem of flooding due to Lake behind the apartment when it rains heavily now it has been sorted out. Greenery inside the apartment, all necessary shops available.

I've lived here for over 11 years and the only regret I have is that I can't get enough of the homely feel this community gives.. There are minor things such as the regular owners meetings which comes to no final decision on any topic..but rest assured this is a great place to live in with all facilities and connections to major centres outside. Edit: After a few terms, the recent committee (2020 onwards) has been doing excellent work.

The ideal place to live in irrespective of age. The friendly proactive community adds color to life. The presence of such vast green lungs in the city is truly rare. Serenity and simplicity goes together. Privileged to stay here.

This is a cluster of residential towers spread over few acres adjacent to the Airport Road (Bellary Highway). This residential complex has a thick green cover of trees, walkways, children's play area, badminton courts, halls and spaces for community usage. Gated community, round the clock security and CCTV cameras make the area very safe for residents.

Nice apartment in Bangalore airport road. It takes 20 min from here to airport. Has 1-4 bedroom flats. Rent varies from 10 -14 k for 4 bedroom apartment. Nice car parking for owners and visitors. The central park has won 3 times best garden award. Many schools nearby. Has nice community hall for conducting festivities. Maintenance within 1600 for 4 bedroom house. Kaveri water supply. Big pond behind the apartment. Nice view from top floor.

Very old complex in Yelhanka. But a nice and a friendly community. Ample places to walk and the garden.

Best community to live in and good amenities with great green belt around.

Great location.. and accessibility. Good place to stay with family. Only downside is the aging buildings. And lack of modern facilities.

Stayed here for 8 years with good maintenance in this community placed right on bellart road. Traditional style but solid construction.
