It
was
one
of
the
greatest
places
in
Benghazi.
It
was
well
known
for
entertainment,
relaxation,
fun
and
joy
;
however,
its
not
the
same
anymore
because
of
poor
services.
customer
services
and
food
quality
dropped.
Despite
its
quite
expensive
but
there
are
no
maintenance.
For
example,
you
pay
150
LYD
to
get
a
spot
at
the
beach
but
the
showers
don’t
work
and
the
lineups
are
huge
(
4
showers,
only
2
works).
Washrooms
are
horrible
and
flooded.
We
pay
for
entrance,
for
the
beach,
for
food
and
drinks,
still
we
don’t
receive
good
quality
food
or
showers!
The
quality
of
the
food
sucks
and
the
attitude
of
the
staff
is
very
poor.
The
staff
at
the
main
entrance,
some
of
the
waiters,
and
person
who
is
in
charge
of
renting
a
spot
at
the
beach
don’t
know
how
to
deal
with
customers
at
all,
they
are
disrespectful.
More
importantly,
they
hold
the
best
spots
in
the
beach
for
the
owner
and
loved
ones.
Lack
of
customer
service
training
and
poor
food
quality
is
obviously
a
major
factor.
Its
extremely
disappointing
especially
when
the
start
was
excellent!
