Not as good as it was, somehow they lost in touch but it doesn't mean it wasn't good. So in love with their chocolate fondant and kwetiaw siram. Good place to have ur event or small bday party, but no outside food/drink allowed (bday cake). A bit pricey but highly recommended.

Cozy, Comfortable, good for hang out with your date or your friends, or maybe alone. lol. Quite expensive price for a Cafe in Bengkulu region actually.

The location is very reachable and the food is nice. Although the price is over the standard a bit, mostly for Bengkulunese, but the taste of the food is worth to be tasted. Honestly, I would like to say that Dine and Chat has the best "Fish and Chips" in Bengkulu. So, I recommend this place for those who is looking for Fish and Chips
