Tapak Padri (sometimes written Paderi) beach is located near the fort Marlborough and is easy to reach by angkot (public city transport). It is a nice place to wind down a few hours to talk to the locals and to watch the sun set. Sometimes it is possible to surf here at high tight. The swimming here is not too bad. Tapak Padri beach is crowded with young locals and street vendors on weekends and public holidays. Local surf community members could be found here at 4 to 6 P.M. From Tapak Padri beach you can get to most the nearby tourist attractions on foot.

except the trash still everywhere anywhere, this beach could be an option for outing. There're new photo-spot too, made by local fishermans from preloved-stuff 😍

Tapak Paderi Beach is located in Bengkulu City which is located at Kebun Keling, Kec. Pls. Segara, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu 38115. The marine beauty of Tapak Paderi Beach is covered in historical value. As far as 200m, there are historical remains of Fort Marlborough, making this beach not just an ordinary tourist attraction. Tapak Paderi Beach is directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean and has a long coastline that adds to the charm of the beauty of this beach. This beach, which is geographically a bay, has a fairly shallow depth, making Tapak Paderi Beach a water tourism attraction that is safe for all ages. So that makes Tapak Paderi beach suitable for the development of surfing activities or what is also called surfing. This beach has potential wave spots suitable for beginners that must be tried for tourists who want to try, what it's like to surf on the waves. Tapak Paderi Beach, which is commonly called Bengkulu Point surfers, this beach has a concrete breakwater, which is called the local community. The charm of the sunset on this beach is fairly beautiful. The area around the beach is also clean with fine sand texture. Apart from the amazing sunset views on this beach, it turns out that Tapak Paderi is also a beginner class surfing destination in Bengkulu City. The wave conditions here, which reach three to four meters, are perfect for surfers of all levels. While surfing on the waves, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the green mountains and the cool breeze. The right time for surfers to visit this beach is from May to December. Because at that time the weather and waves were considered ideal for surfing. But in other months, between January and April, although you can't surf, the beauty and charm of Tapak Beach is very interesting for visits and tourist holidays to unwind your daily activities. Another unique phenomenon that can be explored here is the moment when 1,000 baby turtles were released by Marine Natural Resources for the Nation (LATUN). This beach is preferred as an attractive family tourist destination, it is also a favorite place to enjoy the sunset and sunrise and the typical beach breeze, take pictures, play sand, sunbathe, and so on.

Located near the Fort Marlborough historical site of Bengkulu. Best to bring young children here or to take a rest under a tree shades. Not so attractive compared with what you can see along Pantai Panjang.
