hotel
has
several
positive
points
including
the
location,
the
cleanliness,
the
quality
of
the
building,
the
configuration
and
equipment
of
the
rooms
(suites),
the
swimming
pool,
the
waterfront
beach,
the
kindness
of
the
reception
staff
and
their
responsiveness;
acceptable
quality/price
ratio;
unfortunately,
however,
the
rule
does
not
fail
to
stand
out
for
trivialities
which
harm
the
level
of
professionalism
required
and
the
comfort
and
tranquility
that
customers
seek,
especially
during
short
stays
(3
nights
from
August
14
to
1723);
meager
breakfast,
butter
of
very
questionable
quality,
over
a
3-day
stay,
the
customer
finds
himself
claiming
for
this
or
that
right;
for
example,
on
the
2nd
day,
breakfast
was
finished
at
9:30
a.m.
instead
of
10:30
a.m.,
trash
not
available
in
the
rooms,
rooms
cleaned
but
towels
not
replaced
and
toilet
paper
not
left,
pool
security
staff
and
others
from
the
restaurant
(
breakfast)
lack
tact
and
hospitality
towards
customers;
finally,
so
many
banalities
which
inspire
regret
for
a
structure
which
misses
so
little
professionalism;
it's
too
bad;
although
I
like
myself
and
my
family,
I
would
not
have
renewed
for
the
3rd
day
if
it
were
not
for
the
commitments
I
had
made
for
activities
at
the
beach.
We
then
wonder
whether
it
is
so
difficult
for
owners
to
remedy
situations
that
are,
however
easy,
likely
to
cost
them
dearly
in
the
medium
and
long
term.
I
would
have
liked
to
recommend
it
to
you,
but
I'll
let
you
check
the
other
comments
to
make
up
your
own
mind;
finally,
in
terms
of
rating,
we
rate
it
below
average;
the
client's
peace
of
mind
must
be
the
first
concern
of
a
hotel
structure
intended
for
vacations.
