This place sucks! Only lived here a month and car has been broken into, the front staff is no help when something does happen! Security is an absolute joke here! Homeless everywhere, abandoned trashed cars everywhere, police activity every night, dangerous and reckless drivers ALL HOURS OF THE DAY doing side shows etc. Do not move into this place! Save your time and money, go somewhere else! If I could move out I would!

We moved into Harbor Park in Jan of this year after relocating from our New England area home we sold. I was concerned about apartment living as I have own a Home for over 20 years. Since our arrival I have found Harbor Park to be a Family orientated community with a diversity of tenants. It has been so far a very peaceful and quit area. :) school vacations not here yet :) I like the fact that there is on site Security Team between 2pm and 6am. The team has been very friendly and professional. The Maintenance Service staff ( Lead By Brian) has been very professional & responsive to any request. The Office Staff has made the move in very easy. I'D like to recognize Alicia for her outstanding customer service. She has been Very pleasant, professional and her positive attitude and smile go along way to represent Alliance and the community. I hope the attention to detail and caring for the tenants and community will continue for our tenure here and beyond. Kind, courteous and respectful should remain within the mission statement of Alliance.

My wife and 3 sons have been here for about a year now. And it has been great. It's quiet, my sons can play outside without any worries, and the staff is very nice. Any problems we did run into got addressed right away. I like the upgrades they are doing to the community.

Overall it has been pleasant. I love my town house, I just think they could've done a bit of a better job refurbishing the original apartment. Not to mention I think all of the air ducts in the units are connected? Weird

Living here hasn’t been that great for the cost of rent. The security gates don’t work the trash is always backed up. The laundry facilities don’t work properly. There’s 1000 of fleas in the grass due to 20-30 cats on the property. I tried to terminate my lease and never received a response. I would never want anyone to experience what I did living here! So I totally understand why people move out!

The neighborhood, isn't really all that great, if Ur looking to go outside the complex to the left, away from the School. Everything Stolen or crashed in Vallejo must be lined on Porter Street. The Managing staff are very accommodating, especially, when you have a life threatening illness and have to sign papers in person. They even assisted with visual problems so I could get into my parking stall without problems, by visually assigning our stalls in order to see better at night, when parking. The ducts inside our apartments seem to be connected and I have the unpleasant experience of smelling Marijuana smell coming thru adjoining vents, which tends to be very sickening. Some Residents, as with Anywhere you live these days, need to provide their children Proper Parental training (i.e. learn Manners) so the property we take pride living in, doesn't get destroyed by kids that don't seem to have been trained any better. Otherwise it's okay, considering the alternative for Affordable housing/properties in Vallejo. Don't spend time on the left side of the property or park outside the gate! I give 3-1/2 stars and 5 stars for the Margie and her staff.

Being that we have just moved from Hawaii a few months ago and was able to get an apartment on our own for the first time in our lives, I must say, the experience has been great! The process was short, sweet and simple; moving in was a breeze and living here is all to awesome! The staff is friendly, the security guards are always on top of their game and the neighbors are really nice.

The maintenance staff are great! They always greet me whenever I’m out and about. On the rare occasion that I have a maintenance issue, it is resolved very fast. I trust and appreciate them!

This is my first apartment and I have to say I have been pleased so far with this complex. I haven't had any complaints. If I need anything done here it's done. It's a simple call away. I sometimes find myself boasting about the security and how things work around here

Your personal belongings like car is not safe, cameras are only dummies,. They stole my car for 2x inside the complex.. paying higher rent is not even worth it!

Okay - I want everyone moving here to be very careful. Your safety. Your sanity. Everything will be diminished living here. I paid something like 2100 for a two bedroom. I thought getting a gated place in Vallejo would be safest - so I chose this place. Here is everything that happened to me while I was there: 1. My neighbor crashed into my car and they refused to work with police or help me with information needed to file a claim. 2. TWICE the maintenance people went into my apartment without any knowledge. One time I was naked and sleeping in my room and woke up to a note on my kitchen counter from one. 3. Raw sewage was leaking from a pipe outside of my apartment. 4. The gate is broken about 80% of the time so terrible things were happening constantly. Shootings. Bullets outside of my car. Stolen packages. 5. The washer and dryer rooms and SO nasty and dirty and kids go in and out using the restroom in them. They don’t unlock it during the times that are posted so washing your clothes was a nightmare. I called them to let them know almost every washer was broken and they wanted me to find the serial number behind the washers for them. 6. Dead cats are everywhere. There is a huge colony that I worked of for two years there. However - a lot of them don’t make it. I was getting calls to pull dead kittens from my neighbors garage. 7. They will not respond to emails when you have a concern. They literally just won’t do it. You have to go in the office if you want help. 8. They sent me a renewal for my lease through email and the door. I emailed back and let them know that I would not be renewing because of the maintenance people coming into my apartment and the crime made me feel completely unsafe. I couldn’t even walk out the door without debilitating anxiety. They then told me I needed to pay them an extra months rent before I left because I didn’t repeat the date that was on the letter in my email notice. They tried to send it to collections - but after talking to the city I found out that was completely illegal in CA. 9. RATS. RATS. ….and more RATS! So because the gate doesn’t work and people are gross - the trash would pile up at the dumpsters and spill into the street area where you drive. People illegally dump there and it smells AWFUL. I about lost it when I took my trash out one night and two rats ran past my feet as I stepped in what I think was a pile of rain soaked diapers.
