Rumaldo introduced us to two amazing chefs named Martin and Rut. Our group and I didn't expect such amazing service coming from Canada, but we suggest that future guests ask for the server Rumaldo! He was very kind, attentive and positive. 11/10 service from Rumaldo.

Amazing Mediterranean cuisine! A must when visiting Cancun. The lamb, brisket, and Salmon in my opinion were delicious! You won’t be disappointed. And our waiter, Rumaldo gives the best service. He makes you feel welcomed, very friendly and we were impressed with his professionalism. We look forward to coming back.

My bride and I celebrated an incredible 3 course meal graced by the terrific service of Victor Maravilla. How fantastic! We feel very lucky to have such good food in this lovely atmosphere. I had the brisket, and she the ravioli. Started with Mediterranean appetizers, finished with chocolate cake and sparkling wine.

First and foremost, Roberto was an absolute pleasure. His service was fast, kind, respectful, and genuine. The food here is extremely flavorful, hot, and prepared to perfection. The brisket explodes with flavor, and milk cake is the perfect finisher.

Top of the line service! (Jesus) was our server He was wonderful! Ask for him!Very tasteful food! We will return to try other things on the menu

The main and dessert (lavender ice cream) were amazing! Our server Baltazar provided great service to us!

A must to stop for people staying at Krystal or guests on the strip. The brisket was particularly noteworthy. Additionally, Rumaldo’s service was top notch! Would come again

Great service and beautiful restaurant. I, personally was late to my reservation so I didn’t not have many options. I did have the soups and they tasted great. I also had the brisket which was quite filling but for my taste was just a tad salty. Delicious dessert. Had the white wine and for my taste it was great (I like sweet wine). Rumaldo was our server who was attentive and very accommodating! Overall, good place to visit.

One of the best places I had the pleasure to dine in. Our most professional waiter Rumaldo made our experience delightful. A side from being extremely hospitable and professional, he knew what we needed and when. We didn't need to look for him once. Definitely recommending dinning here and if you can, ask for Rumaldo.

We messed up with our reservation, but they were still nice enough to accommodate us. Balthazar was an amazing waiter and did a great job at making sure our glasses were always full and gave great recommendations. The food was great, no complaints. I highly recommend their lamb shawarma, and their spanakopita! Over all I would highly recommend!

Had a great first evening in Cancun at Restaurante Mediterraneo at Krystal International. Rumaldo Was our waiter and did a tremendous job. Had the octopus and shrimp. Both were excellent.

The service was bad. The waitress wasn't very nice. The food was okay. Nothing exceptional. And not expensive, but not cheap either.

Our serves Rumaldo Baltimore Leydi were exceptional in their service from helping understand the menu, through ordering and serving. Not to mention Rumaldos talent in presenting me with a beautiful rose he made from a Coral napkin and made complete with stem and leaves from a gorgeous green color napkin. Very pleased with service, food and atmosphere. Thank you for the great experience!

My whole family who is from Mexico, stays away from this kind of food. Everyone loved it. Our server Baltazar helped us pick out what to eat since we have no clue about Mediterranean food. It was delicious!

This restaurant is amazing! We came here for all inclusive plan as hotel krystal cancun . Food is all delicious and looks like fancy. And server Rumaldo is very kind. We love Biriyani and Spanakopita.
