The rooms are very small suitable for one double bed but they put two double beds and two single beds no space left to walk around in the room. The service was very poor check in time was 2pm but we only got to our rooms at 3pm we have been waiting for them to clean the rooms. Only one person service one table of 9 people we had to ask for food, toilet papers literally everything.

the owner doesn't respect clients. Infact when we book we were told that we can bring along our food and cook for ourselves. things changed when we wanted to cook. The lady was so arrogant infact he doesn't respect blacks at all. The condition of beds was sooh bad some broke when others where sleeping. You can't even smoke your hubly outside because they got the one for hire

The owner is a mess. They made us pay a booking for 55 people for a conference knowing that they only have 12 rooms and no conferencing facility. The owner did not want to give us a refund. She had so.e weird solution of putting 4 to five people per room. I actually found her to be so racist. She is polish. We had to bring police and every law enforcement agency to come and help us yesterday. This is definite no go

I am utterly disappointed with the owners, they are greedy, rude as hell & inconsistent to say the least & the place is not properly cleaned & the service is horrible. I dont recommend this place its beautiful for nothing

I have been in and out of this hotel for years. They have just revamped the place and it looks amazing. Their staff always been kind. Anything I need there are ready and willing to help. They have awesome food. There swimming pool and the hotel atmosphere is out of this world especially during there marvelous parties. The vibe is the best. I strongly recommend to come and have fun or host any event at this incredible hotel. YOU WILL DEFINITELY HAVE LOTS OF FUN 😉😍

Way too many rowdy, noisy parties. Guests carrying on until 2am in the morning and hotel staff continously having to go and quiet them down. Should advertise as a party venue rather than a hotel. Seems management is intent on making money rather than a good hotel.

Ideal safe location in a boomed area near many restaurants. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The massages, jacuzzi and pool are stunning. Breakfast was very delicious as well as our romantic dinner. Room are clean and comfortable. I can recommend everyone to come to this hotel. You will not regret it.

Excellent stay for special occasion We booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was really worth it. We got very clean modern room with fantastic view of the swimming pool and beautiful garden. The birthday package made the room really unbelievable. The jacuzzi and massages were truly enjoyable, specially during these cold days. The room service was exceptional and free with delicious food. The atmosphere is amazing. You need to try this very special experience!

High standard of accommodation and excellent customer service from all staff.warm and attentive. Great massages. The food was delicious. Gorgeous clean room with perfect amenities. The swimming pool and entertainment were awesome the best place to enjoy with a dance or a quick dip and a cocktails.

Overall we had a good weekend. Excellent service especially from Sophia and Zime. The male white manager needs to learn how to talk and respect to both staff and guests. He is very rude and grumpy!. We were squeezed in one tiny room, all four of us. We could hardly move. You could tell that the two single beds didn't belong there. We couldn't open the wardrobe because the bed was pushed very close to it.

The place is wonderful. The food is lovely. The stuff is very kind but The Owner treats people like TRASH😢. My partner booked for us for a weekend and he called us non stop for telling us that if we don't settle the balance we will lose our deposit but at first he is the one who said we must pay deposit then settle on arrival. However we made payment but still when we got to the place everything was fine until he was came. HE IS FULL OF HIMSELF, HE HAS NO HUMANITY, HE TALKS TO PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE KIDS

Africa Paradise is amazing in every way, stunning location and wonderful staff, happy and ready to help at all times. The room was big and very clean. They have Crystal blue swimming pool with relaxing garden area. Food and beverages are very good. We were very impressed with our party celebration. Their service was on point. The place is beautiful, peaceful n we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was on point. The manager was kind, welcoming n helped were we needed him. Kids were swimming when ever they wanted. Rooms were taken care(meaning cleaning was done immediately when u left your room).

First thing first we booked for a weekend,but when we got there we were told we only booked for a night and it's fully booked,cool got there the aircon was not working we tried asking for help but no one could assist us, and the room was freezing, shower water was cold so called jacuzzi was cold, ohk we slept that night, in the still water was cold, we were told to wait for 30min but still nothing happened. Breakfast was disappointing. All in all we were not happy with the service.

Staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The staff definitely made an effort to make us at home. Photos and descriptions are not accurate. The room was much smaller than the image. Had an issue that my booking was just cancelled after booking was confirmed. The place is far too expensive/overpriced for what you received. Definitely not value for money and I will definitely not return and/or recommend this location.

The place is beautiful, very lovely but one of the managers was very rude... With the past weekend experience im supposed to give 1 star but thanks to one of your staff member who certainly went extra mile and made sure we are happy on the next day (Anele) thumbs up to him. On our first night dinner not satisfying, the presantation was good but food not as it looked especially the steak, it was very hard and salty. The breakfast deserve 1 🌟. The room was satisfying, geyser water not satisfying, bed linen was not changed on our stay. Other Staff friendly though you cant see the staffs descriptions. Teach your staff not to share their differences with guests (one of housemen) its so unprofessional.

Jacuzzi was cold could not bath the evening of arrival and again same thing in the morning, had to check out without a bath. Would Have loved nice warm water with both days being cold. I would definitely, not recommend .

The service at Africa Paradise is 5 star, and everyone is very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hot jacuzzi was just amazing. Food was also very delicious with many choices. I swam almost every day in their sparkling pool next to the relaxing garden. I will definitely recommend this place and will be back soon!

Terrible, the squeezed 6 people in a room fit for 2 people! had to take a cold shower. I was just glad we booked just 1 night. never again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom counter. The room felt like a prison cell, we were literally on top of each other!

It was my son and daughter's wedding night......what a disaster! At first they couldn't get in, I had to phone so that Brendon could open up for them, maintenance had to be called in to close the blinds, the bath and toilet were dirty, they couldn't even enjoy the "jacuzzi" bath. The breakfast was tasty (the only good thing) but served without coffee or tea. From the romance pack they took home a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne, they couldn't see that the flowers were meant for them!!!! Very, very dissappointed, what should have been a good end to their wedding day turned out to be their worst nightmare!!!

Had a great time at Africa Paradise Boutique Hotel. Five star food and super expetional owners, management and staff. They made our stay very special. They are very helpful and the knowledge that they have is amazing. Beautiful clean property with relaxing Jacuzzi rooms, good AC and balcony over looking sparkling swimming pool. They served us so well that we felt like royalty. Looking forward to come back here with extended family. Best place for relaxation or celebration.

Such a horrible place! The owner is so rude to her employees and guests. The breakfast was bad, even the kids couldn't eat it. Mind you the breakfast is compulsory. Our aircon never worked no matter how many times I asked about it. The jacuzzi didn't work at all. Water was cold, the other guests were kind enough to let us use their room to shower. The owner screamed at us like a mad woman, throwing her hands in the air, such that my daughter cried while we were there for her birthday. Lastly the beds are horrible, dirty, everything is Grose and dirty in the room, bathroom with mould around the sink. Before booking the place, I went there to check what the room looks like, I specifically asked if they'd wash the carpet that was there as it was very much dirty. When checking in, it wasn't. Nothing was pleasant about stay, no courtesy. Just after our money.
