What a very friendly vibe we got there. The staff very friendly and the diners were also very happy. The food was delicious.

Nando’s in South Africa is always a treat, my visit to this location was no exception. We had a chance to pop into this wonderful location after a visit to constitutional hill!. The food was fantastic, venue outstanding and the staff was friendly.

I ordered chicken to take away.. They gave me a burnt/charred 1/4 leg. Is this because you only check your food upon arrival at home? They would definitely not serve anyone that sits/eats in such RUBBISH on a plate. So better hidden in the brown packet for an innocent and hungry client to take home. Excuse my language I'm very upset 😞

I Like the set up.... Seating away from noizy crowd. Gets a bit rowdy and busy. Service is average. Table service felt more welcomed and waiter was more friendly than your order being taken. Ordered a veggie wrap and quite a long wait but the wait was worth it, food was excellent....

I love hotpot and spicy rice. This was the worst I've tasted. Forget that it wasn't hot even though I had ordered hot. It had no salt. It's only good for take aways as it is halaal.

Eat here all the time. Food is good. Atmosphere lively and good set up. The owner is the most humble person you could ever meet. If you call and order its really quick. However staff should listen to instructions, when you say extra spice, you mean EXTRA SPICE. Not spice only on the first 2 wedges. Spicy wedges should not look like the pic below. #AlmostLaughable

Do not ever order from the Nandos app. I order from them almost everyday for clients at work, every single time it comes 3-4 hours after I ordered, the app does not allow you to track the order ever, phoning the branch they are always rude and just say they don't know where the food is. Parktown and Rosebank branch have the same issues. I have been going through this with them for 6 months and this is a daily issue affecting our work, not one person has responded to my queries or complaints on the app. We will be taking our daily orders elsewhere.

Terrible service. Apparently you have to order utensils. The hotpot I ordered was tasteless, no sauce and no salt. The spicy rice clearly missed the spice mark. Could have spent my money elsewhere and gotten better for less.

How is this place allowed to operate? It poses a serious health hazard as a result of the extreme kitchen smoke that fills the entire restaurant. Their ceilings are so low that it traps all the smoke and their ventilation system is clearly insufficient. We are a family of asthmatics and had to leave mid meal and finish eating in our car. Then there's the question of service... SIMPLY DO BETTER!

Ordered fiesta fries from Uber eats and this is what I got I paid R91 for this. The package was still sealed so I know the driver didn’t eat it, very disappointed with the service and stuff it’s definitely not worth it. I wouldn’t even pay R20 for this!

Great location that's tucked away but accessible. Chicken is damn good. I would advice sitting down to eat rather than takeaway as the food is better. Friendly smiling, warm service by staff. Only thing that let me down was the peri chips, didn't seem as fresh and as thick cut compared to before. Also the chips wasn't generous.

Extremely full. My pita had large chunks of chicken fillet in it an was not nicely cut up. Had to walk around to look for condiments.

Taste is good and depending on what you order it is amazing. However they tend to lack when it comes to burgers and other items where the meat is "hidden". Unfortunately the price to content of your burger ratio(on multiple occasions) has let them down. But for a lunch with their chicken or other items I'd say definitely give it a go.

Not ordering from this place anymore. Half filled chips, stale roll tastes like 2 weeks old and no extra sauce. I normally order from them 3 to 4 times a week. No more.

The capaccino was horrible, it was like water mixed with milk and we were told to say we want the strong capaccino, never heard of this in any other places

The Manager cant speak to customers. He used the "you black people" on me. The chicken had no flavor he told me that is how they prepare it on a daily.

Friendly smiles greeted us throughout the meal. The place was clean even though it was busy. We waited a little longer than expected for our meals, but they were tasty as always.

Mother of cleanliness in the shop, wonderful service from the door. One staff member was mean but it's whatever coz working with people can be challenging.

While there electricity went down due to load shading, and immediately their generator kicked on. There was little inconvenience caused will surely revisit and recommend again and again for their good hospitality.....

First Nandos meal since lockdown. Luckily the food is just as amazing as I remember it. Unfortunately they confused the wedges with chips, so the attention to detail could clearly be better.

Really poor service the waiting staff has attitude, if you sit in she tells you to take your food off her tray. The greensalad was drenched in water and they got my order wrong.

This is for my people who love extra sauce on their chicken!! I have been to countless of Nandos', never, in my life have I ever had chicken soo saucy and juicy. This place has a fantastic ambience, excellent service, wheelchair accessible and ample parking. My favorite Nando's!

Nandos Park town disappointed me, I always use this branch for work lunch and craft, but after today, I deleted the app on my phone, firstly the app doesnt allow you to track your order. Then they deliver half if not quarter of meals you ordered. Ka leboga Nandos Park town, you just lost me as customer personally and me as production personal feed my team. Bye.
