I can't say anything about the doctor, because I haven't been treated by him, however I phoned the reception on Friday to ask for a letter stating the dates my 18month old grandson had been treated for tonsillitis as he had been admitted to hospital after having fever convulsions caused by tonsillitis and we need to give the ENT his history - On Monday mid morning I phoned again to find out if they could e-mail me the letter and was told by the secretary, sorry we need to wait cos they are busy and might only be able to help us tomorrow - The doctor might be an excellent doctor, but you might die waiting for the reception to decide if they have time to give you a one sentence statement on an A5 page on when your were treated.... or maybe she didn't bother asking the doctor....

This man is amazing. He always knows just how to fix you up, and he isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty. I recommend him to anyone, no matter your problem
