I bought a cuppaccino this morning, it was so strong, terrible and the time they took to make it, like wow you would think is going to be deliciously hot. But disappointment, I had to throw it away 😞

You better sort out your card facilities because my card worked perfectly fine after I left you. I used my card at a different place 5 minutes later and there was NO problem with it and NO problem with my bank😡😡😡😡. Fortunately Rietfontein Road has enough take away places so you guys better watch out.

Terrible ,horrible service ,firstly the cashier at the drive thru tell me I should've ordered inside because my order is to big. When my order came instead of steert wise 3s I got street wise 2s . Well done

We ordered the dunked twister box yesterday for lunch. We received the order via uber eats, as I was eating the wrap I noticed the chicken was not fully cooked. We complained to uber eats where they advised us that the store manager would contact us. We have not received any feedback

Ordered via the drive thru and the lady who was taking the order was very rude. Wouldn't let me choose the pieces I prefered and how she spoke to me was also horrible. I guess the employee thinks she's doing us a favour by serving us forgetting that we are paying customers.

The Cashier there was very rude, it’s a shame cause I can’t recall her name. My boyfriend and I went to buy lunch cause I love the dunked wings, and we decided to get ice cream as well, and for some reason it was sour. We tell the the Lady, that it’s sour and boy the attitude she gave us telling us it ain’t sour we are just acting up. And I heard her telling her work mates that I am acting up because I’m dating a white man. I’ve never been so disgusted by a person that much the way she talked about us, as if I don’t understand IsiZulu. We told ourselves that never again. @Kfc East Rand Mall please check your staff member.

Service is very poor , incorrect order was given to me and I had to wait more than an hour to get my order

Not friendly,poor treatment,no regards whatsoever toward certain people...whenever they are about to close when you go buy something they will tell you it will take 20min away if just tell you to go if you accept to wait you are going to get tasteless meat made with funny oil....saw a staff stealing a box of something hide it behind burger king very disgraceful

Disappointing. I ordered 5 bucket-for-ones and received it all in boxes. Should've called it box-for-one. Also, the chicken was Luke-warm and not hot as serves by the Bedford Centre KFC. So disappointing.

Would have been better if the service was faster.

Meat is over Heat. I told her that I'm going to eat on the table But. my was placed in a tray so I was given as a take away. When I why she said she forget.

Placed an order at 18:36 till 7:30 just waiting for a simple all in one meal. Until I saw a indian couple bribe the teller to speden up the process who ordered 5 customers after mine.. Was not aware the corruption was this bad😳

I never give bad reviews until today. This KFC is horrible. We bought 2 mash and gravy about 2 weeks ago and only got 1 but paid for 2 we tried to call 10 times NO ANSWER. Tonight we bought mash and gravy again it was horrible it was like drinking milky water, no flavour nothing at all I called 3 times no answer. I would never recommend this KFC to anyone

After going through the "drive-thru" I still had to wait for my food, after sitting in the car and it taking to long, had to go in and get my food myself, so what is the point of going through the "drive-thru" and then got old chips which was soaked in oil and my wrap was old, the lettuce on there was soggy and wilted, really disappointed and would not buy from them again!!!

Just bought that new KFC slider meal. First of all, it looks nothing like your picture KFC, what a sorry excuse for a meal. I would rather eat the poster as that looks much better. No effort made what so ever, very dull and bland! This shop was just upgraded outside but food looks the same. :(
