Hubby and I had a very lovely brunch. The service was very good.

I need to say never a 07:00 on a Saturday will be the same without my double shot cappuccino, the staff have never ever been anything less than 100% on point and friendly and the service gets a full 10/10. the overall ambiance is first class possible one comment to the franchisor is not to do store inspections and audits on a Saturday , your Franchisees have a task at hand to do and you don't come first on retail high days.

Its a great local bakery, has everthing you would expect and more from freshly backed breads and variety. The coffee needs some love tho. But it is a bakery after all and its great.

Really love this place , but the ice-coffee I recieved was under mixed ( had chunks in it ) and was not good at all and lately they always get our order wrong

I love the food at this bakery and in my opinion the best bakery in the east. I visited the shop today to take my husband for a breakfast, however left very disappointed. It took the staff 10 minutes to bring a menu and they never came back for our our order. This place is extremely understaffed. I do not blame them for not coming back. I really think the owner can appoint more staff. This place is extremely busy. I really recommend not overworking your staff like this. The lady in front was handling the customers in front while making smoothies. The 2 staff members at the back was running around making the food and also serving the sitting customer while the gent was also helping and answering the phone. I really think you can afford at least one extra employee, especially on weekends and busy hours.

The best pastries and baked goods! The pies are absolutely delicious. I have found a baker for life. You won't regret stopping in.

After waking up to our house having been broken into on my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to save what little of my birthday that they could. They were kind and conscientious, and their food is absolutely divine.

It's a charming place. Denise is an amazing staff member and the owner is so attentive. The food is well prepared. However when Denise and the owner are not present. The other staff are slack and don't smile or act professionally. It's like they hate their jobs. It's unfortunate that when the owner is away most of the staff become arrogant and lazy.

I used to love this place but they stopped doing the Mutton Curry Pie and their other meet pies don't have solid chunks of meat so I stopped going. Also not so keen on the symbols on the wall to ward off evil.

Bought bread, pastries and coffee. Coffee was okay but wrong pastries were given. Pies were very dry. My mother in law lost a tooth with the buns. Place looks very nice but please improve the taste and service.

Never has Avo or Cream. We live in Benoni so we visit the Benoni Branch some times. But if we can help it we rather drive all the way to Boksburg

Not impressed. Had a piece of a very hard and burnt chocolate chip cookie, and an oat cookie that wasn’t any better. The little pies weren’t great - tried a variety. The custard slice was okay, but generally my family don’t want anything from there again.

Tell me you're a millenial without telling me. This bakery has become our hangout 🤣. "Adulting 101" I have only been there about 4 or 5 times and the staff are already familiar with me and our order. The staff are friendly, helpful and very insightful. The owner is always there and she is such a vibe love her energy ✨️ The ice coffee's are to die for, the chocolate eclares are probably my favorite thing since sliced bread. I have sampled most of the ready made delights and they are mostly a winner winner 🏆. The pies are great, however my partner says there is way too much spinach in the spinach and feta pie which makes it a bit bitter, and the jam donuts are a tad to dry. What can I say she is a difficult customer. Me, I am happy 😊 I will be ordering some sandwiches and I am excited about it 🤣 Here are too many more orders, smiles and full bellies. You guys rock 🫶🏼

Wow what disgusting service. They are “too busy” to accept an order for a sandwich. Really? Only two people waiting for coffee but they are too busy. Too busy or too lazy. Sies man.

My first experience was not pleasant at all and I didn't enjoy my cupcake and Donuts my cupcake was dry and hard the icing was terrible I only tasted butter nothing else and my Donut was just dry it was not fresh.

Very disappointing. When we arrived the lady informed us the menu has been updated, however they were unable to make what we ordered. What is the use of a menu if you know you can't serve it.

Sat down for a coffee and a croissant on Friday, coffee was a topclass cuppachino but the croissant was cold and arrived without butter or offer of jam. Very different from a previous experience. Manager on duty was friendly but almost felt unsure if butter and jam was part of the deal.

Great bread , great donuts would defiantly recommend for a Sunday morning breakfast.

At this branch, the staff are always friendly and the food and drinks are really delicious! A much more private experience. Thank you for the lovely food and excellent service!

Dear Manangement Team, I am really writing this review being upset in many ways. I bought a steak pie from your Benoni outlet. Halfway through the pie I felt a very bad pinch in my throat and rushed to a doctor only to find a piece of wire that came out of the pie. I took the pie back and to warn them but the gentleman didnt take me very serious on a mattar wrt health and safety that can actually cause death. This is not acceptable!
