It was my first time coming in for a diamond facial and Shannon was absolutely amazing. Being almost 7 months pregnant, she made sure I was comfortable and explained every step of the facial. Everything about this place is top-tier. They're efficient and professional. This was my first time getting anything done, and initially I went in for a consultation. When I first walked in, the ladies at the front were very kind and offered me a beverage. My provider was Laura, and I instantly felt comfortable by her presence. She was thoughtful and reassuring. Answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I was very comfortable with Laura and decided to go ahead with the treatment. I am satisfied with how my lips turned out. If you are unsure on where to go and nervous on who to trust, this is the place to go. I highly recommend coming here.

Everyone here is so nice, very knowledgeable! As a first timer to almost everything "med spa," Jeanine and all the ladies on her team really took the time to explain procedures and what I could expect. The recommendations made for me seemed very reasonable and I never felt like I was being oversold or pushed beyond my own comfort zone. I would definitely recommend, and will be making this my regular spot for a little "me maintenance!!"

Anna, my injector, was wonderful. She is very honest, calming and gentle and the lip filler procedure did not hurt at all. She is very meticulous about her work and the results were wonderful. I love the look of my lips, very natural - brought them back to the look of my younger years. She truly wants you to be comfortable and happy with your results. I am a worrier and she helped me through the days my lips were healing. If you want any injection work done, I highly recommend Anna – she is awesome. I also had a consultation with Christine who was very thorough and gave me suggestions for other procedures. She was very informative without being pushy. Loving Jem med spa! I have been seeing Rachael for my diamond glow facials and she is fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. I even bring my 13 year old daughter to Rachael for acne treatments and my daughter loves having that spa experience. I also see Anna for my lip and facial injections and she is just outstanding! Anna listens to you and makes you feel comfortable about the treatments that you are receiving. She explains all the details and makes sure she takes her time with you. Highly recommended.

Love going to JEM! Everyone one is so Friendly and personable. I see Sam for Diamond Glow facials, she always takes her time and really pays attention to detail! My skin has never looked better! I see Laura for Botox, she is very knowledgeable, which made me feel very comfortable with her when I first started getting injections. Overall I always have a great experience!

She answered all my questions I had about lip filler, and made the process extremely comfortable while easing any worries I had! I love my results! Anna at J💎M is fabulous. I went for a consultation to have fillers and decided on Botox. I was too nervous and decided to start slow. Anna was patient, kind, and never made me feel pressured. I went back after a couple of weeks and asked a lot more questions. Again, she never pressed me in any direction. I called to make a last minute appointment for lip filler, and they were able to accommodate. The office is absolutely beautiful and clean! The receptionist made me feel welcomed and was very kind. Laura Rice was my injector, and I am so happy that I got to have her do my injections. Laura was very nice, organized, calm, skilled, and answered all of my questions. She continuously asked how I was doing and if I was having a pain. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout my appointment, and this was my first time getting injections, so it meant a lot to me that she was so aware of my feelings. I am in love with my results!! I just recently got lip injections with Anna. I was extremely nervous since this was my first time. To start things off with the atmosphere was extremely clean fresh and the secretary was extremely welcoming and friendly. I was welcomed by nurse Anna. She is beyond the sweetest person I have ever met and explained everything very well, and even showed me photos of before and afters and of different types of lip injections I was able to get. After our consultation she worked her magic and perfected my lips! It’s been four days and I am beyond in love with my lips, I was not hesitant once because during the consultation she informed me of the stages I was going to go through (for my lips) everything to be expected and she was very upfront with her questions. I definitely will come back to her and will recommend her to everyone going forward. I feel very beautiful with my new lips. Thank you Anna and the amazing staff here!
