Eric was very accommodating. He helped me out so much in making sure I was safe and comfortable. Anytime I messaged him the response Time was very quick no longer than 5 minutes. The place was emacculate very clean and warming. The price was great. The only thing I didn't like is when other people rented rooms and one guy complained that I was loud and I wasn't but over all stay was great....

Amazing and Clean place! Got back super fast with any questions I had. Super quiet and secure. Only thing I wish would have been different is that we all didn’t have to share a bathroom. Great spot for restaurants and a concert venue.

So here are the main things I look for : good location - comfy cleanliness - and customer service. This spot definitely had all 3. The location is great, we were able to find amazing tacos to eat & a nice place to dance & have cocktails all within walking distance. Loved that part. Save me money on the Uber please & thanks! Beds were comfy, Rooms are very clean. Hostess was friendly & had good referrals. Would return.

Really nice place. Super easy to get in with security codes they email you. Great location if you want to go to United center and see a ball game

Feels like home! Such a peaceful cozy, and clean space. The people are great too! The convenience of the location is an added plus. In the city, close to downtown, and free street parking!

Very responsive and helpful. I needed to change my reservation and I greatly appreciate their flexibility. I look forward to staying there some time in the future.

I stayed at Studio 424 last weekend and really enjoyed my visit. The room was immaculate. The host was welcoming and hospitable. There was even complimentary coffee and a fridge where I could put my leftover food to eat later. I will definitely be staying there my next visit. Thank you for your generosity!

Hey guys all worn out from everything there is to do in the city but had to leave this review. Absolutely loved the location and amenities in the area and nearby. Everything was super accessible for myself, I would definitely repeat the experience. I found the location neat, tidy and refreshing. Hope y’all get the chance to visit too.

Service at Studio 424 is phenomenal. My girlfriend and I were looking forward to staying here for a weekend wedding, however we had a last minute change in our scheduling. The staff at Studio 424 helped us out when we were in a tough situation. We didn’t get to stay there, but the staff went above and beyond to provide us with great service!
