Dr. Magnuson was fantastic with our new rescue puppy. It was his first visit and she treated him with such care. He doesn't warm up quickly to people but absolutely loved her almost immediately. She talks with you in a great manner - informative and kind but not condescending. The prices were reasonable and the techs/staff were great as well. Can't ask for much more from a vet clinic. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and unfortunately our little kitty, Azazel, ended up getting sick. Dr. Schanding listened to all of our concerns and genuinely cared about Azazel's well being. He even told us to bring him in when he had no availability because of an emergency! On top of all this, every staff member we've met or talked to has been so understanding and caring. I just couldn't recommend any other vet office as they are truly #1! I absolutely love the staff and vets here. I took all three of my cats to Dr. Shanding. He was amazing with them. He treated my elderly cat with such care and was very attentive. Always giving ALL the options and what is best for the pet. Even if I move out of state I will come back to have them see my pets. There the only ones I trust with my babies

All the vets in this clinic, ALWAYS treat my dogs as if they were one of their own. They take their time with our pets and ensure our pets feel as if they are in a safe place.

When we took our new dog to have her checked out we were very happy with this clinic. The facility was clean and well organized. The personnel was friendly and professional and efficient. I will be bring her back for her future appointments

We've been with Dr. Schanding for over 10 years and now Dr. Magnuson, too. They and all the staff have been so kind, sweet and amazing with all our dogs... and have great bedside manner with hoomans, too! We appreciate how they take time to go over treatment options, alternatives, and costs, when needed. Their beautiful new clinic has one exam room with floor to ceiling windows and was a great way for our dog to be distracted and not so nervous. Love that they send lots of reminders for appointments, too. There are just so many reasons why we love the Batavia Animal Clinic!

My family loves going to Batavia Animal Clinic because all of the administrative staff, vet techs, and doctors are so caring. I have never seen my cat (Oreo) act so relaxed as she does while in the care of the clinic. The doctors take their time so that my pets feel comfortable and loved. A little over a month ago my family had to help our 14 year old pup cross the rainbow bridge and all the staff were so caring. The vet took her time to give grace and dignity to our dog as we said our see you laters. Now, we have a new puppy and cannot wait to continue vet care with the clinic. Thank you to everyone at Batavia Animal Clinic for taking such good care of my furry family members!

I absolutely love the way my dog gets so excited to see her Vet friends here. The staff they hire is so on top of it. The Drs are all so nice and make it super easy to understand any issues your animal is experiencing. I have been going for years and years with 2 puppies-dogs. I drive 35 mins to see them If that also says anything haha
