I had an amazing Oxygeno facial with Morgan S. today at SpaDerma! It was my first time getting this facial so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Morgan walked me through it and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the facial. It’s a 45 min treatment, so a pretty quick pick me up for smooth, glowing and flawless skin before my events this weekend. My face feels so rejuvenated and clean after the facial. Also, all of the products she used during the treatment smelled sooo good. Thank you Morgan!! Can’t wait to come back to try your other skincare services :)

I go to Amanda at SpaDerma for my dysport and I just love love love her! Other salons I’ve been to administered an insane amount of units and even then, my results were not great. Amanda managed to achieve the exact results I was looking for, at a FRACTION of the units I’ve previously been administered. This kept my cost much lower as well. They’re always running specials and have a great referral program too! So happy they’re just right up the street from me!

I just saw Toni for a hydrafacial deluxe and a dermaplane. She was extremely thorough and provided great information. She did an amazing job and I felt so clean after. I could tell she really cares. That is an amazing treatment it really Cleans, hydrates, exfoliates and extracts! Can’t wait for my next one

I had purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal. I made my appointments with Nadya who is the sweetest and most knowledgeable esthetician. She walked me through what to expect and aftercare. She was also very personable and so easy to talk to. However, I am unhappy with the customer service of the front desk when making appointment. I had forgotten my Groupon was good for 3 laser hair removal sessions. The girl at the front desk made me a 4th laser hair removal appointment without informing me that I used up all 3 of my Groupon sessions. I wish that they would have given me a courtesy reminder before making my 4th appointment to see if I would like to continue with treatment and what options or packages there were. I was surprised when I finished my treatment to find a balance due since I was under the impression that it would have been covered under the Groupon. Otherwise, I absolutely recommend Nadya! Update: Clara reached out and was very genuine in offering resolution to ensure my satisfaction. I really appreciate your time in reaching out, Clara! Thank you!

SpaDerma has completely changed my skin. I’ve been going for over 3 years now for laser hair removal, facials, and Botox. I struggle with acne and Louisa has been my skincare fairy godmother!!! If you are looking to invest in your skin and boost your confidence she is the best of the best. Not only does she treat my skin but she also recommends lifestyle changes and products so I can also improve at home. I was incredibly skeptical of getting botox! However, all stigma's aside, the age was starting to show, and certain muscles in my forehead were building up in not the best of ways. I saw Ashley at the Spa Derma West Loop location. Not only did she calm all my nerves, but also answered all of my questions. She was very thorough, gentle, and put me on a treatment plan that was perfect from day one. I'm now about to go in for my 3rd visit and couldn't be happier with the results. Ashley is a total rockstar. If you're hesitant about getting any work done, don't be, she'll make sure the outcome is exactly as you want it to be.

My hydrafacial was absolutely wonderful! I made an appointment with Nadya, and it was truly an experience that makes me want to come back. I was more than comfortable with her, and the atmosphere of the work place. Everybody was very nice and welcoming . Before starting, Nadya made sure to explain each step she was going to take and every product that was going to be applied onto my face. Very detailed & it made me relaxed.
