My son informed me of the most unprofessional and predatory company in Gurnee Mall. Esthetix! He was there a couple days ago where they harassed him into going in the store. At one point during the conversation with the sales staff they took his card, wouldn't' tell him how much it was, as he said no and that he didn't want it, they charged his card, and wouldn't let him refund it. This is theft and will be reported to the cops.

This company is predatory and especially preys on young sailors fresh out of bootcamp. This is disgusting behavior. They scammed a new sailor out of 3k and threatened to call the police if he didn't pay them for product he didn't even want. They do this to at least one new sailor a week! They should be shut down, charged and made to repay the sailors and anybody else who has been stolen from! DO NOT EVEN LOOK THEIR WAY!!

They don't give refunds even if it's unopened. they hide that fact because they charge you at the facial desk its away from the front desk where the sign states no refunds. I bought my mom a gift and she refused it so the next day I tried returning it but they couldn't do anything. I spent 810 on literally 7 products. All unopened. My mom said my brother gifted her two years ago but she couldn't repurchase because how costly everything was ( Over 1000 each item ) and it increased her wrinkles after not using the products. She absolutely hates the brand and screamed at me to get a refund but they didn't want to help . Yet when I was making the purchases they were still trying to get me to spend 5k I told them my budget and still recommend I spend my entire check for the specialist to give me a facial every month. I said I'd think about it and he said well we're done here let's get you checked out took my ID and card and still charged me and extra 250 once I noticed I told him hey I can't he refunded me I took a photo. I'm going to have to check my bank account in a few days to see if it cleared. But I really wanted to give anyone a warning before thinking about this place .

Omg they scammed me in $300 They told me it was $2.99 I was cool. Then I got my receipt and it said $300 I told them no I don't want it. Then so call doctor said I will give it to u 150 I said no I want my money. Then I was looking at my phone waiting for my refund the so call doctor kept on saying u want to take a picture. No they were very rude and u couldn't understand stand anything they were saying. I give them a Zero.
