Loved this restaurant! Great vegan options, and the chef can personalize too. The drinks were incredible, all made out of fresh ingredients. My favorite part is the attention to detail! Fresh flowers on the table, drink garnish, house-made tortillas, cucumber lemon water, and interior design. The owner is also really friendly. Will definitely be back for the seasonal watermelon mint margs on the patio :)

We were visiting from Utah and happened upon this restaurant by accident. We eat at Mexican restaurants all of the time and have found some authentic, wonderful places to eat but they tend to be ubiquitous. We were SO happy with this gem and can honestly say it is the BEST Mexican food we have EVER had. We tried the Poblano Pepper Soup and the Ribeye Tacos from their limited specials menu and they were off-the hook good. The care and love that they take in the foods' preparation is nothing short of phenomenal. And the Queso Fundido was an experience unto itself. SOOOOOOOOOOOO good! I am surprised this place was not busier, but I am figuring many people have yet to discover it. We told the staff there that we'd be flying back in to town JUST to eat at this restaurant again, and we mean it! The staff was warm and friendly and you could tell they are passionate about what they do. Don't pass this restaurant up!

Such an amazing experience!! An upscale modern Mexican Restaurant in Bensenville, delicious food with fresh ingredients made by order. The homemade corn tortillas really hits the spot. The Tropical Margaritas are top notch made with fresh lime juice and the desserts are soooo good!! A must try!!

Great authentic Mexican restaurant. The steak meat is tender and seasoned to perfection. The ceviche and elotes are delicious. My wife and I had the entire restaurant to ourselves, which was an added bonus.

OUTSTANDING! Wow what a terrific meal. The service was perfect and the meal was even better. The sangria was not heavy and very tasty. We had the Grouper special and the Le Carne Asada. Both were wonderful. We will be back!

The drinks and chips/salsa were pretty good, but the carnitas were 90% skin+fat+and other questionable animal parts. Absolutely disgusting that we were served this.

Delicious, fresh food and drinks- even their water is super refreshing. I had the marlin ceviche and huevos rancheros and both were soo good. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!

Great staff and overall amazing food! I order from here at least once or twice a week. Always friendly and food is so worth the price! Kid friendly and let me tell you about the drinks the are oh so delicious!

Really enjoyed this place! Plates are a little expensive, but everything I had was delicious. Ceviche was extremely refreshing and my Cochinita Pibil was incredible. The habanero sauce and Serrano crema were an awesome compliment to the food. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

Great environment inside nice and modern, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing and good and the presentation was nice! Definitely recommend they have a good variety on the menu will be back again to try more of the menu out, I ordered the green chilaquiles

Hands 🙌🏼 down the best Mexican Restaurant I have visited so far! The service was amazing and their food simply delicious and don’t get me started on their drinks, like wow 🤩 so amazing, especially the tamarindo Margarita 🍹 I had two of those haha if I could I would be having another one right now! I Can’t wait to go back and try their Micheladas. The owner was very attentative, he came over to our table and introduced himself to my friend and I to make sure we were well taken care off. Now that’s what I called customer service. ♥️

We journeyed here on a snail mail advertisement. Well let's say it's a win for all. The cocktails and food are fresh and fantastic. The service is very accommodating. If you're in the Elmhurst/Bensenville area don't sleep on this spot.

We have visited a handful of times over a few months and Los Buenos Diaz always hits the spot!! Everything we have had has been fantastic. Monthly rotating specials include a ceviche, which are always so fresh and delicious. The pictures are two specials (cannot remember the details), both phenomenal. My favorite special was a short rib taco (not pictured) and I still think about it at least 3 months later. I would love to see it back. The handmade tortillas really pull it all together and make a great taco. Service is friendly and they have cute patio in the summer. We will continue to come back!

I really love this place. They offer a variety of plates that makes me happy. Service is great, very friendly. Atmosphere is awesome. Very nice and clean place. I tried this time the “Los Camarones” plate and it was just delicious. Since I can’t handle spicy, this was just perfect for me.

I loved the enchiladas de chile verde. They do need to work on taking payments and service. Our server was too pushy. Fries were good too! Taxed like crazy!

Heard about this local restaurant through a family dentist, and so we finally gave it a shot. Now Mexican food is one of my favorite ethnic foods, and I've eaten at all the hot spots, including in Mexico itself, and I can hands down say this was the best Mexican food I've EVER eaten. The presentation was incredible, the quality was out of this world, and the staff was so friendly, especially the owner who went out of his way to introduce himself, help the staff out, tell us about all the foods; answering all our questions. This place is a hidden gem, and I could not recommend this place more. I'll def be a regular from here on out.
