We stayed at the Hampton Inn for an early morning flight the next morning. Overall, the rooms and hotel were nice. We spent time in the hot tub as well. The primary issue was with the shuttle service and breakfast offerings. When we arrived, the desk attendant confirmed our shuttle time of 5:35AM and said to come down a few minutes prior. We did exactly as stated, but were then told the shuttle was full and we would need to wait another half hour. We were never told this on arrival. When we were originally asked to confirm a shuttle time, I would have expected this hotel to plan accordingly and accommodate the number of guests who requested it. This was the reason we chose this hotel. Instead, many of the guests (including ourselves) had to find last minute alternative transportation. As for breakfast, this was not available until 6am. This was not communicated at any point to us. While I understand it's difficult to staff a breakfast service, they could have offered grab and go items (fruit, muffins) that require minimal involvement. Overall, the hotel and pool area were nice. Communication, shuttle service, and breakfast availability needs improvement.

I stayed at this hotel after receiving complimentary accommodation from my airline due to flight delays and cancellations on my return trip from Washington, DC to San Jose, CA. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, and the property was impeccably clean. My room was tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lobby area was inviting. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The gravy and biscuits were served cold, and the gravy was quite watery, much like the oatmeal, which was barely warm. However, considering it was complimentary, it wasn't a major issue. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and I had a very positive experience. Please note, this is a layover flight.

This is a Hampton Inn, they are pretty consistent, if you've ever stayed in one, this one is the same. Reasonable prices, decent room, plenty of space free breakfast, and a pool, come on, what more are you asking for? I've stated this location multiple times and the rooms are always very clean. The breakfast area is usually busy, but the food overall is decent( hey it's free what are you complaining about). I have never had an issue with the staff here, they are always friendly, polite, and seem to go out of their way to help. If there happens to be an issue, with something they seem willing to help. I have to add though, this time was the second time in a row staying here that the hot tub worked, but the pool which is supposed to be heated, was not and it was freezing. This location has an evening bar service in the lobby, which can be fun. It's conveniently located around a whole bunch of activities and restaurants. Oh and by the way it's near O'Hare, so you're gonna pay a parking fee, just get over it and accept it.

Best hotel near the airport. We started before our flight, and we got free late checkout till 1 pm, and after we stayed hotel lobby till 4 pm. swimming pool was clean and big, and the kids enjoyed that too.

Booked two nights here and had a great stay. Our room was very large for a hotel. My kids were like biggest hotel room we have ever been in mom. We stayed with 2 queens and a pull out. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Easy access to the airport. All in all a great stay!

Stayed here over the weekend with family! Clean rooms, great customer service and breakfast buffet was great and clean! Smiley faces and we had stayed up late at the lobby with our friends! Great time! Will be back for sure! Location was great, close to everything!

Very clean throughout the whole hotel. Simple, modern and not boring interior. Staff was pleasant and friendly in a genuine way. If you're on a lower floor the housekeeping seems to start working there in the morning and can talk loud sometimes. Breakfast could be better with just a few changes like better batter for waffles and to have the veggie omlette more often, and one more hot option that isn't meat.

The staff here went above and beyond for us. Due to a 4.5 layover, we didn’t arrive until close to 5:30 am. We were greeted so kindly and offered a later check out. In the morning they put together three breakfast grab n go bags for us, which saved the day for a hungry 7 year old :) will def be staying here again. Beds are super comfy, great rooms!

The place was clean and the beds were very cozy. It had all the essentials and more. The breakfast was delicious and thanks to the shuttle service, I was able to get to the airport with time to spare. It was a great stay.

I am just amazed with how great our stay was. After 20 hours of flying, we took the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and we checked into our hotel via the app at around 11 PM. Our room was truly clean, the air was running, and we got to shower and slip into bed within the hour. Got up for breakfast the next morning and everything again was clean, ordered, and delicious. The women making the food were so kind and sweet. I really appreciate a continental breakfast where things are looked over and the waffle machine isn’t left for hours looking like a failed science experiment. The front desk, and every staff member we encountered, were so kind and helpful. This hotel was a touch more expensive than those around it but I do not regret this at all. Totally worth the price. The fitness center and pool also look very clean and modern. Appreciate the ability to use my phone for room, fitness center, and pool entry.

This hotel and the staff were wonderful. Pros: The free airport shuttle was very helpful. Breakfast included was great! The sitting area was spatious and clean. The rooms and beds were comfy. Cons: The rooms we stayed in were a bit cramped, but not too bad for 2-3 people. My only real complaint is the bathroom door in the rooms were barn door style and had no locks. So if you're sharing a room with a curious toddler, this may lead to awkward moments if you're not careful... Overall, I'd reccomend this hotel for folks flying to/from O'hare.

Hampton Inn hotels are generally very good about service and cleanliness. This one was absolutely great. I stay in Hampton Inns often. I think this might be the best one ever though. Only problem was $20 for parking. Kayla (night clerk) so on top of things. Helpful with info and coffee 24x7. (I'm a night owl.)

Clean and comfortable. Occasional noise from airplanes flying overhead but what would you expect given the location near the airport. Airplane noise really wasn't much of hindrance to sleeping. In room fridge but no microwave. Multiple restaurants across the street but only safe crossing is at the signal light otherwise you'll have to run across the road like a headless chicken hoping not to get hit.

Excellent stay - fantastic modern room and common areas - and all at a great price! Most notably, staff went above and beyond to help my young daughter and I out when the shuttle bus to the airport left without us in the morning -- as we had arrived to the lobby early and were waiting inside the breakfast area. Extremely grateful for the top notch customer service!

my grandmother sister her husband my wife and i loved staying here for the night. We planned on staying here because we had a Mannheim steamroller concert on 12/16/2023 and it was better than driving home that night. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The pool and whirlpool were clean and well taken care of. The rooms were neat and clean and i love the layout. Breakfast was really good and check-out was quick and easy. We are planning to stay here next year when we come for the concert.

Here overnight on business. Close to airport, wonderful staff - was allowed much earlier check-in, excellent breakfast with spacious area to eat. Very clean and safe. Internet connection was easy and fast. Best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in!

This hotel was fantastic from the time my guest and I arrived until the time we left. We were greeted with a welcoming smile and politeness and were treated with the same attitude throughout our stay! Our room was very clean, breakfast was great, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was overall a pleasure to stay at. When in the area and needing a place stay I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Excellent location very close to the airport. Unfortunately we had to take a taxi to the hotel due to flying into international terminal 5 and it was going to be too difficult with all of our baggage to travel to terminal 1. We were exhausted however we utilized shuttle the next morning. The room was extremely clean & beds comfortable as well as a great variety of pillow selection. Thank you Hampton Inn Rosemont for a great stay and the complimentary breakfast was good too!

Amazing! The cheapest Suite experience. My family of five was pleasantly surprised by how big our room was. All of the pros: clean environment, dark out shades that actually cover the entire window space, huge room, variety of foods at the complimentary breakfast, FREE shuttle to/from the airport, and $20/night for garage parking (which is less than half of the airport price). Cons: if I think of any, I’ll update this, but can’t think of any for now

I came here with a group of friends for a concert at Allstate Arena, and staying here was the best decision. The staff were all nice, the rooms were clean, the breakfast selection was honestly the best I've ever seen, and the pool/hot tub were also the cleanest I've ever seen at a hotel. We couldn't believe it! Everyone agreed we'd love to stay here again if we're ever back in the area. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great Hotel. Feels very pre pandemic! Everything is in stock, great full breakfast! Clean pool! It is just a pleasure to be there. We stayed few nights. Very clean! Great service and staff. I say I felt 5 star service for 2 star price. Absolutely will be back in to this place again. Truly pet friendly as well. Thank you for a great weekend!

I stayed for a real quick overnight work trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and looked nice. Breakfast was just what I needed to get the day started. I will be returning for sure. And I loved that they had puppy treats for the fur covered guests. 🐕‍🦺🦮

Just stayed here one night before catching an early morning flight to O'Hare, but a really nice hotel! Great, comfortable rooms with lots of outlets by the bed to plug in your phone/devices. Loved the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate set up in the lobby, and the little place to buy drinks/snacks. 24 hour shuttle super convenient and friendly driver.

Very nice hotel with nice clean accommodations. Beds were comfortable. The pool was huge and nice and warm. We enjoyed it very much. Staff was friendly and the hotel was at a good location. We had an accessible room at our previous Hampton hotel and would have preferred that here because the shower was a bit small. Overall we had a nice time and would definitely book here to stay again.

We stayed here for a late night layover, and were very happy with the hotel in general. The staff was friendly, the hotels was very clean and the breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts. The only reason I gave this a 4 out of 5 (and it's an important reason in my opinion), is that the sheets were not soft and we're quite rough. Neither my wife and I are snobs, but both of us mentioned the bedding. Overall, a good place to stay!

My family and I spent several weeks traveling across the country and this hotel was in our top 3 of the places we stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the cleanest hotel we had seen in a long time. The breakfast area was well stocked and very tidy. If we find ourselves back in that area we'd definitely stay again.

Amazingly tidy and artistically modern rooms. The staff is always polite and very helpful, and it was super close to the airport. The airport shuttle was perfect because we dont live here and transportation between hotel and airport was convenient. Definitely recommend this Hampton Inn for sure.

I really love this place! It's like my favorite Landmark in Rosemont and Chicago too. I love visiting inside this classy Hotel. I'm looking forward to staying here very soon and taking advantage of all of their amenities that they have. It'll be great and I can't wait to visit again soon! The Hampton Inn is awesome!!!

Great place to stay, close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb, the eggs, sausages and potatoes are cooked at the right temperature, does not dry out or harden. The indoor pool is small but clean.

My stay was pleasant! The staff was friendly! My room was clean! Esperanza was very nice when I encountered her for supplies in the hall. Breakfast was consistent. I stayed 3 nights and had absolutely ZERO issues. I'll need to be back at the end of the month and already looking to book here. Highly recommend this location! Shuttle service was excellent! Very close to O'Hare if you need to be close by.

Jackie was a great person to work with for our sports team block. Very nice, clean hotel, the staff was very attentive and super nice. Great location, good options for breakfast. I just wish they had in room microwaves so we could've heated up our delicious Giordano's pizza left overs. They do have a shared microwave in the lobby though. They have a parking garage avaliable or a normal parking lot. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay again!!

This Hampton has a parking garage in addition to the front lot, $18. Checked in, room was not made and cleaned (trash laying around). Hotel was fully booked, but luckily someone was canceling while we were talking to manager, so we got moved quickly. Shouldn't have happened, but eh people slip up. They fixed it, so really I'd only drop half a star. Glad to have hot breakfast again: the usual scrambled eggs (not beaters!), potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, juices, milk and cereal, coffee and tea, bagels and pastries, fruit and yogurt. Would stay again.

My stay here was excellent! The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast in the morning was very much appreciated, staff was very nice, they were able to meet my preferences and requests, the parking garage they have is useful, the room was nice and overall the building seemed to be in really nice shape. The ONLY thing I found odd (not even a complaint but more of a suggestion) is the bathroom door didn’t seem to have a lock on it, it was just a sliding door. Would suggest adding locks to those bathroom doors but other than that, this was a great place to stay!
