Very unprofessional discriminate towards immigrants. I was shopping with my husband who happens to be an immigrant he doesn’t have a state I.D. wish we are working on getting. I’m a United States citizen. I’m a college graduate. I pay my taxes and for this store to treat me and my family like we don’t have the right to buy what we want and what we work for this is so unprofessional. It was probably just that employee or the store in general I don’t know who to blame anymore because you should hire people that treat your customer’s right. So this is the what happened, I was in line to pay our merchandise I had some liquor so I know we have to show I.D in order to buy liquor so I did, but then she looks at my husband and says you both have to show me and ID. I was like why if I’m the one who is purchasing the items. She said if you guys are here together I have to ask for both of your IDs. I was like ok so my husband show her his ID but it’s from another country so the only thing she has to see is the age limit and if the ID is up to date, but no she said we don’t accept that type of ID so you can’t by any liquor I was like we are both old enough my husband is 30 and I’m 28yrs old, our children were with us. So I felt so hopeless and I will never go back to that store again. She said it was the new STATE LAW… which I haven’t heard of. I will take this to the news and the newspaper if this isn’t taking care of.

This is food 4 less in melrose park they are not clean I was shopping for Vegetables when I noticed flys all over the Vegetables and the Employee who worked over there was Notified and kept on stacking the mangers who work there should be replaced and the #USDA need to Inspect their food.

Went in to get some Deli since I was having a lunch party for my kids and friends. The lady said it was closed all day and I could grab whatever was there. I needed more than what was out there and she just shrugged her shoulders. Very unprofessional.

This food for less has it's own self service check out station that really helps you get out in record time, I just love it there.and they're giving cash back Most of the time.🙏🏾❤️👍✌️😎

I received attention when needed. Because I'm a senior I try to ask specific questions to limit my searches and receive help from staff. My one problem is there is no place to sit. I understand most markets have Removed their seats to avoid the spread of the virus. I take PACE and try to time my shopping, but often times I have to sit and wait for the PACE return.

If you go early enough don't have to wait in line

Went for gas today sign in the window said shift change waited over 5 minutes with others in line behind me only to find out the person who was supposed to relieve her was not there yet so she was shutting it down, did not have the Courtesy to tell anyone. This was on 6/26/23 at around 11:20 a.m.

Very long line one register opened with about 20 customers. Only response was they’re cashier had to take a break. They need to hire more cashier trained associates or train the floor associates.

This Store has a lot of great food items like a standard Kroger. It just is dirty most of the time. I have noticed that it is getting better.

Food 4 Less has IBP chitterlings in the red bucket for 29.99 per 10 pound bucket. No Aunt Bessie's.

The lady at self checkout seems annoyed when ask for help today around 3:00pm. Only one register opened and a long line of customers waiting

New short lady at checkout, I was doing self check out and short lady just started to talk about oh be carful out there is getting ugly. It was just sprinkles of water. It was random but don’t like negative people please stick to your job helping self checkout customers instead of spreading fear!! Smh thanks

They have the best mgr there shes always hopping on the cash register to help out the cashier they did a great job in finding her and giving her that position. Thank you for being great at you're job meribel!!

False display of hours, went to the store to grab a few quick items at 10:45 and was told they’re closed and not accepting any more customers.

I like most of the prices in this store. Just one complaint the floors need to be clean better. The one male employee and check out was very friendly. I appreciate the fact that they offer paper towel and cleaning solution to wipe off your grocery carts.

Great store, but they really need 2 have more cashiers. When we were there today, there were only 2 registers open & we were almost back by the liquor dept. It doesn't matter what time u go, there's always tons of people but never enough cashiers, NEVER!!!!!!!! Why have so many registers, when "U NEVER OPEN MORE THAN 2 @ A TIME, NEVER "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
