Horrible. I went today and wasn’t greeted at all. Had an appointment to groom my dog at 9am, get him checked in as he’s a super shy dog I let them know so they have an idea of what to expect. I explained that I wanted just a small trim, a Scottish Terrier has a thick coat and are meant to be on the longer side. I come back to being told my dog didn’t let them trim the nails, he’s still stink and he’s shaved down to his skin. 2 girls that looked totally clueless and when I asked to speak to the manager all they did was give me a 25% coupon with no apologizes. Especially the blonde haired girl who had to roll her eyes when I told her I wasn’t paying for a full service that they didn’t do. Extremely disappointed. Extremely upset. Would give 0 zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.

Uodate: went there again and this time they did an ok job on my dog.. just choose your groomer wisely This was my first time at this place and it was clean and friendly. I had my dog groomed here also for the first time and Devon did an amazing job and they also sent me a cute after grooming pic to let me know she was ready to be picked up. I loved it!

I went to the store to buy dog food, and the price tags were confusing, so I asked the cashier (Lilly) about the price tags and if she can honor the price, and she said no. She went to get the manager, and the cashier made a snippy comment to another worker, he looked at me and laughed. The manager, Bill, was very condescending and rude. He told me, " If this is too expensive for you, you should buy another bag that is not that expensive." He didn't say it just once, he said it many times. " I can get another bag that is not expensive. If you like." It's not the first time I get talked down or felt like I been discriminated. That is not the way to talk to a customer.

was not impressed the lazy on their phone staff did not say a thing and could not find what I was looking for so I left this is the first time I was at this location and the last there are other better Pet supplies plus locations. this is the worst one I have ever been to.

We got a text coupon and saved $40! We love that they work with local butchers for their dog treats and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Prices and sales are great if you sign up for their free membership. Also, we live their pet gift boxes for the holidays!

Been taking my dog here for years. They do the best job grooming. MY Dog always looks great. Staff is so friendly there. 5 STARS

Twice I've been there in recent couple of months didn't have what I needed and employees weren't much help.

Twice they weren't able to groom my dog and we had appointments.

The store is great. There is nothing wrong with employees always courteous and friendly. Just don't enroll in their rewards program it's horrible. I'm waiting at least 10 days for my last purchase to post and when your on line it states it may take up to 24 hour to post that can live with. I sent an email to corporate and it took four days to get a response. This is not the stores fault just thought I would give a heads up on the rewards program.

Love all their items for dogs!!! I'm sure they have everything you need for cats and other pets. I can only speak for the dog merchandise. Great assortment, good prices and I especially love the choices of bones that can be bought in bulk. My dog is a picky eater and I love the assortment of dog foods they carry. I am fussy about what I feed her and I appreciate the vast choices they carry. No reason to shop elsewhere

Very helpful, polite, store was very clean. Didn't have what I needed, but told what other store might have it. I appreciate the honesty of helping me that way , most places would not send you to the competition . I will be back to get all my pets needs.

I recently shared that I had had problems at the dog wash. I always go to Lake In The Hills but this day it was closed for renovations. I sincerely apologize. I was Crystal Lake that I went to and my dog got her paw/claw caught in the grate on the floor. Since then, I have spoken to Bill and apologized to him for the review. I drive 10 miles to get to this Pet Supplies Plus and will continue to do so. They have always treated me very well. I would very much recommend this store for all your dog and cat needs. Including CBD treats for anxiety!! Thank you, Bill!!

Used their doggy wash for our senior dog. It was great. They provide everything except a brush. Easy wash bay for our dog. Will be back.

Great customer service! My dog has allergies so we had an allergy test done and have been going crazy trying to find food that is ok for her to eat. Bill was extremely helpful and courteous taking a lot of time making sure we we able to find the right food for our pup. Thank you!

This place has all my kitty needs, and thier prices are competitive. I feed my little guy Royal Canin which is always in stock here, and for a reasonable price. They also have homemade doggy and kitty treats, that any pet would love. This is absolutely my go to store for any pet related shopping.

We have been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else. This is the BEST Pet Supplies Plus in the area. The employees are wonderful, they remember my dogs and I and offer them treats and love. The owner/manager is VERY kind and I will never forget what he did for me a few Christmas' ago regarding a dog bed that wasn't on sale. Groomers are amazing and extremely graceful when I can't get my act together and I'm late. We would give this place a million stars if we could. So much more than your average pet store!

If you’re looking for an affordable, dependable, family owned Pet store: be sure to check out Pet Supplies Plus. The store itself is well laid out and organized. The lines at the register can become tiresome quickly, so if you’re in a hurry just resign yourself to the fact that there will be a short wait. I like to have everything delivered or shipped to me, so I absolutely LOVE their delivery service. If you place an order by 1PM, it’ll be delivered the same day. I typically order a large bag of Fromm Dog food for my dog & a few bags of Oxbow Rabbit Food and Hay. Their prices are roughly in line with the competition. If you find a better price, they’ll happily match it. I’ve had them price match Chewy for me multiple times. The store is stocked with anything you could need. Pet foods, treats, toys, grooming products, bowls, water bottles, and so much more. The selection is immense! My only two complaints are the lines at the register & the use of third-party delivery. When they first offered delivery, it was done by the store itself and it was flawless. Now, they use a courier. My last delivery was left at the bottom of a flight of stairs. Imagine trying to get 70LBS up stairs. I won’t lie, it really made me upset. It also could’ve been stolen. No delivery notification. I let the store know. My advice to the store: deliver your orders. The couriers couldn’t care less.

We use the LITH Pet Supplies Plus for their self-service dog wash and love it. We only wish there was one closer to the Elgin area.

The manger Bill Is great. Tells me about deals going on,on the items i buy. Also the groomer Devin my hounds love her,they go crazy when i tell them we are going to see Devin for nail cutting.she makes over them like tbey are her hounds

Pet Supplies Plus has a great dog washing room which we used for our new pup! The staff were helpful with picking a dog crate as well.

Girls are super nice here! They do a good job. I Opted not to get my dogs nails grind it because now they charge extra but he came home and his nails are split on the edges and super sharp .I wish they would’ve called and recommended that I pay extra for for the grind because he really needed it. So I recommend grind for all!!!!😁

I love the groomer staff, they are so good to our dog and super friendly to me and my family. I tried to do a Mohawk on my dog, but did a terrible job, they were great at fixing it and he looked amazing!
