Wow,
so
rude!!!
Since
we
were
new
to
the
area,
I
was
excited
to
have
finally
chosen
a
place
to
take
my
cats
for
their
annual
checkups
and
shots
based
on
the
amazing
reviews
and
recommendations
of
this
place
on
social
media.
I
requested
12pm
and
12:30pm
appointments,
and
they
had
emailed
me
a
confirmation
for
the
12:30pm
appointment
saying
it
was
for
both
cats.
So
I
made
arrangements
for
childcare
and
planned
to
take
the
cats
at
the
scheduled
time
of
12:30.
Five
minutes
before
I
was
about
to
leave,
the
rude
receptionist
called
me
and
asked
if
I
knew
I
had
an
appointment
that
I
was
15
minutes
late
for
(at
12pm).
I
explained
the
email
confirmation
I
had
received,
but
it
didn't
matter.
She
was
upset
that
I
still
wasn't
there
for
the
appointment
I
didn't
know
about.
And
she
didn't
know
what
my
cats
were
coming
for
(despite
entering
the
info
into
the
appointment
request
a
week
or
so
ago)
and
told
me
the
doctor
might
not
be
able
to
see
both
of
them
because
I
was
"so
late"
and
(s)he
has
other
appointments.
Plus
shaming
me
for
not
having
their
records
on
hand.
Extremely
rude
to
me
when
the
mistake
was
on
their
end.
Not
worth
dealing
with
that.
I'll
be
sure
to
share
my
experience
whenever
I
see
this
place
recommended
on
social
media
so
others
aren't
fooled
by
all
the
positive
reviews
as
I
was.
Maybe
the
vets
themselves
are
great,
but
there
are
other
great
vets
out
there
too
that
will
actually
have
friendly
staff.
ETA:
To
their
credit,
they
did
reach
out
to
me
very
quickly
(post-review)
to
apologize
and
try
to
rectify
the
situation.
Adding
a
second
star
for
this.
Actions
mean
more
than
apologies
though,
so
I
hope
staff
attitudes
will
actually
start
to
improve
while
talking
to
customers.
Now
reading
other
reviews,
I
see
it
has
been
an
issue
before
as
well.
