I love the people and the coffee at this Biggby. I like to go to different coffee spots and I used to be a diehard Starbucks fan, but after my first experience at the Benton Harbor Biggby I cannot go anywhere else. Matt has the best team. Super friendly, and always remembber us regulars along with the kind of drink we get. Love you guys. Not even the st joe biggby can compare. They were not friendly at all. Keep up the good work.

I always have a great experience at Biggby in BH. The wait can be a little long but it’s not due to the lack of hustle by the employees it’s just busy at times. From the start of my order until the end is always a pleasant experience. A friendly greeting, a correct order, and a friendly goodbye are always appreciated! The crew members are excellent! Keep up the great work and positivity! :)

I'm not from the area so this was my first experience with Biggby coffee. My first perception drinking their Biggby Best black brew coffee is that it can compete with Peets coffee or Starbucks coffee and is at a lower price point. Impressive and worth a try 👍

Love benton harbor biggby. Always nice to me there. And when the owner gets on the headset to take your order he makes you crack up. He's a hoot. A serious uoseller

Biggby has locations in Michigan, where I occasionally visit. I’ve been to locations in Kalamazoo, Benton Harbor and Escanaba. The staff everywhere is friendly and efficient. I don’t really like coffee, per se, but like a little coffee with my chocolate so I order mochas. Biggby mochas taste really good.

Absolutely the worst Biggby I’ve ever been to. I got there at 12:45, looked over the menu and ordered by 12:48 (time stamp on receipt). The place was packed so I understood if it took a while longer. I didn’t expect for the place to empty out and my family and I being the only ones left. At around 1pm we get up to ask for our sandwiches and the employee who took our order goes home! She reminded the staff on duty to make our sandwiches too! The staff is chit chatting and laughing away while by 1:15pm we are STILL waiting for our sandwiches. By this time, I was furious because there was no one in the shop but us. I asked for a manager and I got directed to the shift lead who admitted to forgetting our sandwiches and said they’ll be out soon. I told her our iced drinks melted while we waited because it was supposed to be a meal not ate and drank separately and she refused to remake our drinks. I asked for compensation or manager and she said there was none and best she can do is take our name and number for 2 free drinks next time. Which was then written on blank receipt paper rather than a managers notebook or something to make it believable that you were helping me. (Time stamp of when we actually got our sandwiches was 1:27pm) What frustrates me the most is all the laughing and snickering going about when there was a WAITING customer. Great staff and a wonderful store manager, Becca. I tried a hot latte coffee flavor that I did not like. I usually like all of them!! The manager was so nice and replaced the latte for me. Becca and her staff are always so very nice and friendly. I've used both the drive thru and the walk in and the service is always excellent. Julie B.

I recently visited Biggby and wanted to share my experience. 😕 The service was not up to par, and on top of that, I encountered flies and gnats in the food. It was quite disappointing. I hope Biggby takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service and hygiene standards. I don’t recommend this place.

Not a Starbucks wanna be!! This bright, fun and friendly coffee shop is the place to go for that pick me up. With a small food selection (sandwiches made fresh), the focus is on the quality drinks made with good ingredients. Great little place with seating indoor and outdoor as well as a full service drive-thru.

I went in today with a 40$ order and they messed everything up but the tall coffee. Im so disappointed. Tried calling 7 times no answer. I go there every week. And never have i ever been more disappointed. If you dony know how to make a drink dont make it.

So the food is always good and the staff is always so nice but I do have to say that there were at least 50 Nats flying around the front cashier!!! I’ve been here twice in the last week and they are still there. It’s actually kind of concerning. I hope management gets that under control.

Biggby BH is sadly becoming the slowest location around. The drinks are always pretty good, unless it’s a rush and you get a frozen drink—you can almost always guarantee ice chunks in the bottom. The workers are ALWAYS super nice and pleasant but you can definitely spend 45+ minutes in the drive thru (if you dare stay that long) on some days.

Matt's BIGGBY's always deliver on speed, kindness, and deliciousness. His leaders are the best of the best, and Becca, the manager here is no exception. She works hard and this place is the perfect stop on my way to Chicago. Thank you!

The staff here is always rude, and now they've apparently raised their prices. $5.08 for a 20 oz iced coffee with caramel is insane. You're better off learning how to make your own iced coffee at home.
