Out of 5 hotels we stayed on a long trip this was the best one out of all of them. New rooms, clean, and great breakfast. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms fully stocked. The hand soaps and lotions were top notch as well. The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Probably one of the best breakfasts out there for a hotel. The pool didn’t have the same seating as in the pictures, but the water was warm and the kids loved it. My only suggest would be to add liquid creamer instead of powder in the rooms for coffee. We were on the 2nd floor and there were some rowdy guys across the hallway, but thankfully we couldn’t hear them unless we were out in the hallway. You can hear people stomping up above you though so I would just suggest getting the very top floor.

Great friendly staff, extremely clean room and bathroom. Very clean pool area that stayed stocked with towels. Convenient location for our weekend at silver beach. Breakfast was as you’d expect for a hotel breakfast, you know? But not bad by any means, just average as expected. It was a great stay

I'll be honest I was hesitant staying here because of some bad reviews but we gave it a try and it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. I'm so impressed with the details. Examples: music in the pool area and the personalized greeting on the TV. Nice full hot breakfast offered every morning. Staff was super friendly. Everytime we would encounter an employee they were very nice. Always saying good morning or hello. We'll for sure be back!!

For the first time ever- our family felt unwonted . It felt like no-one cared, and it was totally preventable. I am writing this review as a awareness to the guests of Hampton Inn , this can happen to You too! We are a family of four , my husband and I , and our daughters at age 28 and 17. This summer is being very busy for all of us, so I planned us a small getaway, to catch up with each other’s. I booked the hotel through Expedia- as I usually book most of our trips,1 room with 2 queen beds . I made the reservation 9 days prior, I got the confirmation, everything was looking good. Later on the day we had to check in, I got a call from Nickol, who later I found out was the office manager , asking me if we were planning to come ( that was around 6 pm) . I told her that we were in the area, having dinner and will be there in half an hour. Half an hour later we checked in, Nickol handed me the room keys , like everything was normal. Until we entered the room- it was ONLY ONE BED! So I went back to Nickol to inform her , that there is a mistake- we reserved room for 4, not for 2 guests. The explanation was - we were given the last available room, the hotel was overbooked and she JUST HAD TO GIVE US A ROOM! WOW! She clearly saw that is four of us, let us go upstairs, and didn’t say anything about it! The hotel failed in what hotels usually do - reserve the room you paid for it- and i prepaid my reservation! At the last moment, at the peak season we had to look for another hotel to accommodate us , and it was very difficult to find. We found out that Hilton hotel , next to Hampton Inn had available room , and since we knew that this hotel is part of Hilton , we asked politely if they could cover the $60 difference for the room, for the inconvenience caused. The answer was NO - even in this situation, the hotel cannot help us- but can cancel our reservation with no fee ! Wow AGAIN ! With this experience You definitely lost our business forever, and also your friends business! I will make sure all of my friends and colleagues know not to use your services-Hampton Inn failed to provide the very basic services that hotels provide- TO RESERVE THE ROOM YOU PAID FOR AND FOLLOW UP WITH THE RESERVATION!

Moat aspects were great (excellent service at the front desk)- but the toilet could not have been cleaned given all the pee splattered upon it, and who knows what's on the mirror. If you can't trust that the toilets been cleaned, what can you trust (at over $300/night!).

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Standard breakfast. Pool area well kept and good temperature. Neighborhood is not the best, but it was a good place to stop for a night.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, located close to town but not surrounded by other businesses, so it was relatively quiet. Felt safe. No issues here. Would stay again.

Great experience. Arrived late. Front desk person went out of her way to help with elderly travelers in our party. Facility was very clean. Rooms were perfect. Breakfast was good. Again, staff were helpful at breakfast with elderly travelers in our party.

THIS IS A REPOST CONSIDERING THE COMPANY REMOVED MY WIFE ORIGINAL POST! The hotel is clean, modern and close to shopping, restaurants, beach etc. This 1 star is mainly for the customer service experience we received by Abby(Abigail), her attitude and demeanor is unprofessional and very rude and she maybe needs to work in the back where she has no interaction with guest. Upon check in she was speaking to me condescending and did not tell me my room number, she was eyeballing us like we were not guest, I am a Gold Member with Hilton and it’s shocking to me how we were treated we have stayed in Hampton Inns across the U.S and have never been mistreated this way. Abby never informed us of hotel amenities, continental breakfast hours, location of elevator etc, she only slid us our room card without verbal interaction. This was a very unpleasant experience overall, I understand this is a privately owned Hampton Inn but this service is unacceptable and this Abigail employee needs to be addressed, this poor customer service experience was unfortunate and does not equate with Hilton values. Also upon check in Hilton Honors Gold Member are suppose to receive water/snack upon check in that was not done either.

We normally stay on the opposite side of St Joseph..but this Hampton Inn was less expensive so we decided to give it a try this trip. And we are so happy we did! It was clean, extremely friendly staff, the pool was warm and clean. Small, but just big enough to let the kids take a dip and enjoy themselves. We had a 2 queen room and it was larger than a regular room. My brother and his family had a suite and it was open floor plan but HUGE! Breakfast was delicious and filling. The breakfast attendant was so kind! Always smiling and cleaning and filling. Next to the home Depot might be a little strange, but it looks like the area is slowly becoming developed. Doors are very heavy so they do slam shut..but that didn't bother us. Our only downfall was that we are diamond members and didn't receive our drinks and snack at check in. But that's ok. We'll definitely be back!

Good clean, safe, stay with friendly, personable staff that is eager to assist. I enjoyed the workout room, continental breakfast, as well as pool at a reasonable value.

The employees were very professional and supportive. We shared with them about our bad at another hotel location on Red Arrow Highway in Stevensville....this location is super amazing, and we will surely be coming back. Thank you for your services

The Hotel is fairly new so its still nice and clean . I'm never one to leave reviews , but the customer service was so horrible . Most of the house keeping were nice , but probably everyone besides Bre at the front desk were extremely rude . Especially the over night staff . Not sure of her name but she's a African american lady with the absolute worst attitude. Hampton Inn Front Desk Staff should be replaced with people with better customer service.

I have been on the road for three years and this is one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every door in the hotel slams, instead of closing slowly. You can hear everyone walking around in their rooms. The hotel is not very insulated. Other than that, it’s a newly renovated hotel, so the rooms were great.

The hotel is clean and modern. Our room had a large 3 shelf mini-fridge, fancy LG microwave, and TV with live channels and some streaming apps. Being able to sign into my Netflix account was a nice surprise. The walk-in shower with sliding glass doors was great. Coat hooks on the wall were convenient. Hot breakfast was good. A few complaints - there was a sliding barn door that covered either the tiny closet or entrance to the bathroom; I'd have preferred a bathroom door that could lock. The panel with plugs and USB ports on the bedside closest to the window didn't work at all. The thermostat on the wall allowed me to adjust the room temp. but didn't let me select a/c or heat mode - I wanted heat but the a/c kept coming on with it set at 70. I eventually turned off the a/c mode and just kept the fan on; it was in the 40s-50s during our stay so the room didn't get too cold without heat. The hotel location is a bit odd. It's located away from all the other hotels in town, behind a Home Depot; I might not have found it without my GPS app.
