Horrible customer service, ordered through door dash and didn’t get my drinks (5 total) when called and complained to the manager, she said that she had given her the bags and that was between us and my DoorDasher. Informed door dash driver that this was going on and she went back and they had the other bags ready. Manager outright lied! Will not be giving anymore business to them if I could leave no stars I would. When we got everything in the end most of it was wrong when prepared! Get a better attitude manager or get another job!

I purchased a dozen donuts and proceeded to eat just one. 👴🏻🍩I couldn’t even finish it. I called the store because I had already returned home and was told they don’t make old donuts, they come straight from the kitchen, and bring them back that’s all they can do. Very rude and not customer friendly. Why would I lie about old donuts? Just trying to let them know other customer wouldn’t appreciate paying money for food that doesn’t taste good. I did take them back up there for a refund and was meet with attitude. The money was returned, so just be aware.

I've had issues with this place. I go often and most of the time my order is right lately. The other day I seen a worker take the tips from tip jar and put them in her pants pocket the other morning while the only other worker was making my drink. This was an older woman and she knows better.

Went through drive throw and order a sandwich and donut, sandwich was very good went to eat my donut and I guess someone had decided to test taste it first two bites was taken out of it.

Doughnuts we hard and Stale. We bought a dozen. The jelly doughnut barely had any jelly in them. Very Disappointing

They do not treat customers right they do not treat the workers right they don’t train the workers and that hit on some of there workers and they pick on the disability work that work there they are rude disrespectful and they do not know how to train the workers I use to work here and they use to hit me and pick on me because of my disability I was only working there for a week and manager was hitting on me didn’t train me and I didn’t know how to do nothing there And the Manager was yelled at me and was hitting on me

Unfortunately, the quality of donuts has diminished greatly. Also, the selection is minimal. My usual used to be a sour cream or french cruller, both of which are never available anymore. My husband likes the cream filled long john but it is rare to find these as well. When we tell you what we miss, don't try to tell us that the others are the same. They are not. But Martins and Meijer has some of these everyday. The donuts that they have don't look fresh and appetizing and they taste old too. What happened to the variety of soft, fresh, delicious donuts that Dunkin is known for? Dunkin, as a company, should stop worrying about fancy new food and get back to their roots by making a good variety of delicious donuts.

They’re always rude when I come in. Donuts always nasty. I sipped a hair out of my latte and when I came back in there to ask for a remake, the lady who’s hair was in my drink remade it and offered no apology or anything for that matter for the inconvenience of having to drive back. Then the owners looking at me like I’m stupid. Pathetic honestly. Won’t be going back.

This is the best dunkin around. The people are very friendly and honest. This is my first stop every morning. 😊

Went to get a $3 latte from my rewards and a donut. owner over charged me then told me she only charged me the latte. She charged me $7.80. Starbucks would NEVER! Not going back it’s always something there…

Took family out for donuts after event in town, was so disappointed with donuts after getting home. They were hard and so small. Hardly any filling. Normally we enjoy Dunkin donuts, but not today. Read up on reviews for this location and not surprised to read comments on hard donuts.

The food is very good looks and taste l, Atmosphere was great representation of Dunkin and Baskin Robins, service was very nice and all employees were very kind.

Excellent coffee & donut shop regardless if breakfast or brunch entries. This is our family hub when we are on the road!

No drive thru at a Dunkin, wow. Coffee was weak like they cut the recipe in half trying to save money.

Wanted vanilla filled donuts they only had 4 and were hard. Drove an hour home only to find out not vanilla filled and the old fashioned donuts just crumbled and were hard. You could tell they were not fresh. What a waste of money..why advertise different donuts if your only going to have a certain amount and you know they won't last.

Coffee and food much better than Starbucks, but people are not prepared to discuss this hahaha

They need more ppl to help make online orders for Door dash n Uber eats they slows us down, but overall they are super nice & greet you as you come in

I paid $15.97 for two breakfast sandwiches and one medium coffee (alittle steep if you ask me) As I received my order I asked the woman if I could have a glass of water. She said yes you can pay over here and pointed to the register. This establishment just lost a customer over a free glass of water, won’t be going back

Bought two donuts today. They were NOT FRESH. Glaze was skimpy ,(or evaporating), jelly donut was probably from yesterday, sugar was not fresh. Based on other reviews, sounds like this is their modi operandi. I won't be going back. Too bad they are ruining their reputation and business to save a few pennies.

On 9/11/21 at 10:30a.m. I went to this Dunkin' Donuts for coffee. I waited at the cash register to order. It took over 20 minutes before someone came up to the register to take my order. This store prioritizes online orders and only tries to fill those orders while ignoring customers that go to the register to order. Only one employee at the store acknowledged that I had been waiting for a long period of time. 4 employees were working at the store at that time.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts early Today because I was craving a pumpkin spice latte but it’s very hot where I’m at. so I wanted I ordered a frozen coffee with three pumps of the pumpkin swirl in a medium cup. when I got it I didn’t really like how it tasted so I asked the cashier if I could get a different drink or order something else. Because I didn’t like this one out was too sweet and tasted like chocolate. I told her that I would be willing to pay because she didn’t look like she was gonna take my drink back or make me another one . she asked what I wanted and I told her the iced pumpkin spice latte medium with almond milk & whip cream. I paid almost $6 and she gave me a medium iced original latte with almond milk which is not what I wanted and had to pay for. I’m very upset because I prefer dunkin over many coffee places but the service today was horrible.

Coffee as usual still good as always. Disappointed in the donuts. Taste was off could taste oily residue. Maybe the need to change oil in the fryer. I don't know if it was my imagination but the size of donuts seemed smaller also.

Stepmom went in and got us doughnuts . I have always love this doughnut.

Would have been 5 stars but they stop making the French crullers. Bring it back dunkin

The guys that work at this establishment are pigs. All they do is flirt, even when asked not to, and it’s irritating. I come here to get coffee in the am, not have somebody continuously try to hit on me. It’s disrespectful. They also always add extra stuff into my coffee that I don’t ask for. Some kid put cinnamon on top of my vanilla latte the other day and I’m ALLERGIC. They obviously don’t know how to make the drinks. Bad customer service.
