The
Bistro
-
MAJOR
props
to
the
chef.
The
Shakshuka
was
on
point
and
amazing.
5/5
every
breakfast
was
fantastic.
Service
was
good.

Room
2/5
due
to
the
rock
hard
furniture.
I
am
pretty
sure
they
reserve
the
better
rooms
for
clients
who
pay
full
price
and
reserve
the
'lesser
rooms'
for
group
rated
clients.
Doesn't
make
sense
to
me
that
this
room
would
be
considered
3
star.
But
I
could
be
wrong.

This
whole
experience
would
have
been
a
5
star
review...
Except
they
messed
up
my
pre
authorization
and
booked
me
a
day
short.
The
customer
service
gal
(manager
I
believe)
was
very
short
and
a
bit
pretentious
with
me
regarding
it
when
I
asked
for
a
new
key.
When
I
checked
out
because
I
was
just
not
feeling
it
from
the
service.
They
charged
me
a
late
check
out
fee.
Even
though
my
prior
authorization
form
explicitly
said
the
following
day
was
my
actual
check
out
time.
Cordiality
should
be
universal
if
you're
working
customer
service
at
a
hotel
check
in.
Not
selective
based
on
your
clientele.
I
had
a
great
stay
overall...
But
the
final
day
customer
service
dropped
the
ball
majorly.
