It what you make it! I grew up in berrien homes and I loved it up until I left Michigan but if I had to I would come back

It’s horrible, the office does not care about their tenants. It’s been over 2 months and they have been holding money that they owe back for a mistake that THEY did. Instead of reaching out to fix it, they ignore you and dodge every call and visit you make to the office. But they make sure they send letters to try to charge you in anyway. I don’t recommend.
