Beautiful, quiet beach. Plenty of parking, beach house with restrooms and concessions. Music programs and private events. Stairs over the dunes provide commanding views of Lake Michigan. Taps at sunset with two live trumpeters.

Great dog friendly beach! We wanted to introduce our rescue dog to the lake and my husband was doing a puppet show nearby, so we chose this beach. Very clean beach (no litter), with picnic tables in a shady area away from the water. Though we didn't visit them, there are also a concession stand and restrooms.

Very clean beach and not as crowded with people. The water was clear and the sunset was beautiful. Climbing up the stairs also offered a nice view of the dunes and lake. Parking is enforced until 8 pm. Out of the 3 beaches we visited in that area, this was our favorite!

A small beach tucked away in serene beauty. For us it has become a stop over when we drive to or from Chicago to Detroit. A must visit. Has picnic tables and ample parking space(Charged at 15$/day), shower rooms and rest rooms.

This is a gorgeous beach! The parking fee is $15 dollars fornthe whole day. No pets are allowed on the sand. There is a wheelchair accessible pathway, however it is not long enough to lead you into the water. There is 174 steps to climb all the way up for breath taking views.

Weko beach is wonderful! The teens working there are friendly and always seem happy to help. The concession stand staff is especially eager to assist with kayak or paddle board rentals, and they make amazing niller cones! The dog beach is a short walk away and clean. The police officer who patrols, Ken, is knowledgeable and keeps everyone in line (no drinking on the beach!). It’s much better than Silver Beach, iykyk.

Great beach, and plenty of it. Perfect for long beach walks. You can find less crowded beach spots even in peak season if you're willing to walk a little. Tent and RV camping are good, plus rustic cabins. Beautiful sunsets with daily playing of taps outside the concession stand add a moving end to the day.

I love the long walks it provides with the perfect spots to view the sunsets. Unfortunately, some carcasses that appear on the beach. Usually, it's a dead fish but I saw a dead dear on the shore last month with a seagull. Yuck.

I love this beach! I like to go to the beach at times when others don't frequent. This is definitely my favorite beach in Berrien County. I love the view as you drive in the entrance. The first time I visited was just before the sun set and it was the best platform to see such a majestic horizon, and unobstructed ~120 degree field of view of the lake's edge meeting the vibrant sky - and all of this from inside your car, sitting in the parking lot! My lock screen to. this. day, is THAT first impression as I remember it. The views from the observation platforms atop the dunes on either side of the parking lot have fantastic perspectives as well!

Enjoyed the unseasonably warm 70 degrees in March at the beach today. The kids thought it was great walking on the icy shore and warm sand barefoot. I really appreciated the way the melting ice made all sorts of beautiful sand deposits on the shoreline. Could not have asked for a better day.

I was a little taken aback by the price of parking- $15. In the end though it was worth it! Beautifully clean beach and dunes, the beach was patrolled by police as well as parking lot, employees visibly working to make the beach clean and safe. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to go to the top of the dunes using the stairs. It was a great experience!

Beautiful beach and if your looking for a place to watch the sunset, this is it!! My husband I stopped here on our way across the country and it was so peaceful and serene, it was the off season and was a little chilly so there was really nobody else around. Beautiful clean beach, lots of smooth natural stones washed ashore.

We were in town for a wedding and rented a place close to this beach. This is a very nice clean public beach. We enjoyed a couple hours there.

Parking is a bit expensive but that's ok because the beach is beautifully kept. Very clean. A nice pavilion/concession area. Not too crowded. A very well maintained family beach. It's our new go-to for the summer!

It's a nice, long, and enjoyable sandy beach. The concession stand, gift shop and bathroom are available. The beach was not as clean as Silver beach but it is pleasant place for a family to spend the day. Restrooms were clean, and the gifts shop and concession stand were slightly overpriced. The daily parking is $15, and must be paid by card.

Great sand beach to spend the summer at. Dog friendly, but you have to walk down the beach farther. Has a store where you can buy ice cream, which to me makes this beach perfect. Just don't forget to bring a credit card to pay for parking.

Loved the view from the top of the sand dunes.

Wonderful beach for sunsets, especially for those with limited mobility! Great visibility from the parking lot, if needed, and nice benches and places to sit nearby. Restroom facilities are also a bonus. People are always friendly and respectful when Taps is playing. Yummy nearby restaurants are a bonus.

$15 to park your car... kinda steep for no extra amenities. You think with that money coming in they could build nice bathrooms instead of having portable ones. Also, no water hose to wash your feet off is a must.

This is my spot. SO much cleaner than Warren dunes - WAY LESS people - much better clientele- people also respect your bubble and stay our of your way. The bathrooms are eh.. but honestly that is a small price to pay for a much better beach experience. Also not as many tents, and canopies. We took my parents here for the day and it was SO BEAUTIFUL. We even got to watch a couple weddings and see some dogs on the beach- it was $15 per car so it is more expensive than most beach access, but it was worth it!!

Beautiful day. Lots of people in town for Labor Day weekend. Many families meeting up here for grilling and good times. Highly recommended!

👍👍 The most memorable part of this bar was the atmosphere. It was all Chicago cubs themed. It had great memorabilia that really displayed the history of the Chicago Cubs really well. As for food, the only thing that I ordered were the mushrooms and they were fantastic. The breading was nice and crunch...
