Wonderful park. Clean and there's great pizza from silver beach pizza right across the field.

St. Joseph Michigan, Whirlpool Compass Fountain, oh my goodness a wonderful place to visit! If you have never been to St. Joe's then you need to pack your bags and go right now! Everything about this place is magical, your kids will love it, you will love it and your parents will love it! St. Joseph is for the very young to the very old, something for everyone! The fountain is a blast, l am 58 and l LOVE it! It is huge, and l mean huge, from dozens upon dozens of small little fountains that grow and grow to an awesom refreshing spray that amaze and delight fountain dwellers as well as onlookers all summer long! When l am in St. Joe's l never want to leave, and when l leave l can't wait to go back! The town, the people, the shops, the restaurants, the ice cream, the beach and the glorious Whirlpool Compass Fountain!

I was down there for the Fit4Fall 5k run. It's just a wonderful area. The beach, the water, and all the things to do. Of course it's best when it's summer but it made for great 5k scenery to have Lake Michigan right there.

Great place for kids to play. The 8 water towers are closed due to covid-19 but still a great experience 👍

It's An Awesome place to enjoy with the kids. The fountains spray water up from the ground to play in and run around the ground is not slippery and every 15-20min the water shuts off and the outer pillars start to shoot water towards the center very cool!

Great local park for kids to play in a "Splash Pad" type Waterpark. Very scenic with noce benches and tables for parents and family to watch. A few hundred years from silver beach and Silver Beach Pizza for fun on the beach or a few bites to eat! Would recommend for younger family with kids 3-14! Enjoy and learn a few facts about the Whirlpool corporation!

My grandson especially loves it here. It was nice to rinse the sand off in the spring, before the showers at the beach were open.

Great place for family fun. If you park in the lot close to the fountain, you are just a short walk to the beach or to downtown St Joe. $10 to park for the whole day; well worth it.

Always a good time taking the kids down here and to silver beach, and walking the pier. I was happy to see police presence stepped up during the busy season here. Makes you feel safer!!

Great place to power wash the sand off your kid(s) after the beach! PS: Purchasing a season parking pass at the kiosk covers the Elm Street parking lot next to the water compass, Lion's Park, Tiscornia, AND Kiwanis Park from April 1 - October 31. It's the best $40 I've spent!

Awesome water park right off the beach. Walk up the bluff and walk into downtown St Joseph for ice cream, fudge etc. Pizza place right next to the field and a bar upstairs. Old AM track station still active!

Our kids are 7, 5 and 3 and they lived this simple attraction. They could have played here for hours and it's free! Worth a stop when in St Joe

It is such a special feature to Silver Beach. I've never seen anything like it when the huge water fountains go off. Not only is it beautiful but very refreshing. August 5th 2022

We stop be here anytime we're in town - the kids love it and the adults do too! It's a great free way to cool down, and not really too busy the few times we've went - Especially great for kiddos too young for swimming.

Watching parents play with they're kids in this thing, was the best 45 minutes I've spent in a while. However I hate cold water. So none for me thanks.

This was our first time there, we loved it

Very cool spray park!! Just some jets, so won't entertain kids too long but great for being free. Also it's concrete, so running through all the water and a slip up means cut up knees. We enjoyed on our vacation here (also great for getting all that sand out after the beach).

A really amazing splash pad for children and adults. Large enough to let lots of kids play without being too crowded (most of the time). There are multiple levels of spray and then after the pause, the water canons. A delight to watch and to join right in. It's walking to the beach, the carousel and a place to picnic and people watch with your Silver Beach pizza.
