I LOVE Dr Gupta and her STAFF! The DR and her staff are the kindest most proficient dentist office I have been too. They take care of every need and go beyond your needs. I am always happy with their work and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. You can't beat Smiles on Niles for your dental care!

Dr. Gupta is by the far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is SUPER nice and attentive during the appointments. She makes me feel like a close friend every time I go. Also, all the dental hygienists are amazing. They’re so personable, professional and talented. Can’t say enough things about this place! LOVE SMILES ON NILES.

When I moved to the area I was referred to this office by a family member. I've had life long dental issues and it's been an on-going battle. Never once was I made to feel uncomfortable about my condition. Instead, I was warmly welcomed! Together we made a plan and I'm happy to report that I have checked many issues off my list. I know there is a fear "stigma" with going to the dentist. This office certainly will help take that fear away. The staff is great and I personally work with Jen for my cleanings and most often Dawn at the front desk. I'm ALWAYS greeted with a friendly welcome when I walk in the door and that continues until I leave. Dr. Gupta is outstanding and builds a great rapport with her patients. I appreciate that she made herself easily available through the Covid shut down when I had an emergency. I have always loved the cheerful, friendly atmosphere this office creates and maintains. I feel like I am their friend, not just a patient from the moment I walk through the door, whether dealing with the receptionist, any of the hygienists, or the dentist. They do a super job, as well. Recently I called after the pandemic caused me to miss cleanings for a year and a half. They had a cancellation and got me in that day, plus were so on top of my records, called me back to be sure I got my important pre-meds that I had totally forgotten about!! I LOVE these ladies!!!

The entire team at Smiles on NIles lead by Dr. Gupta (and also retired Lisa McShane) is outstanding. Professional, friendly, caring, attentive , responsive. Exceptional response after hours to an emergency I had via mobile communication. You'll experience a "vibe" every time you're there where morale is high and atmosphere goes the extra mile!

The office got me in ASAP when my front tooth broke. Dr. Gupta filled the tooth then made adjustments to my bite guard and lower tooth to help prevent another breakage. Everyone was caring and professional.

Coreen is the best hygienist ever! She’s a very caring person and wants te best for me. Of course Dr. Gupta is also amazing.
