This was a GREAT find! I spent 1.5 hours learning about the history of gambling in Hot Springs and the history of slot machines. It was free to see and play the machines. They are all in working order. I got some old casino chips and sometime soon may get my first old slot machine!

This is my most favorite museum in the city of Hot Springs, stepping inside makes you feel as though you’ve stepped into a time machine, Lanny and Chris have done a fantastic job of keeping the hay days of Hot Springs past alive! I am speechless every time I go in. from original slot machines, photos, postcards, books, and everything Hot Springs. If you would like to see and feel the way Hot Springs was back in the times of the Southern Club and Mobster days, this is a must see, you will not be disappointed! A big thanks to Lanny and Chris for everything you guys have done for me!

I enjoyed this much more than I’d expected! Cool to see the old machines and get to play a little. I’m not even into gambling but this such a cool little place. Not sure if it’s always free, but it was for us. Also the owner was super nice! I’d recommend for anyone who enjoys off the beaten path activities :)

This place was so much cooler than I expected! My boyfriend and I (we love to gamble) decided to stop in after seeing their sign in a strip mall on our way to the Hot Springs and were not disappointed! They had so many cool old machines and tables from the casino that was run in the Hot Springs back in the early 1900s when gambling was illegal & all the machines still actually work. The owners were really nice and talked to us about pretty much all of the different games they had there. Taking a spin on every single one of the slot machines is HIGHLY encouraged as thats how they keep them functioning!

Lanny was very informative about the gambling era and encouraged us to play the slot machines in the museum using their money. After which we were able to meet the living legend, Tony Frazier, who at the ripe old age of 82 is still enjoying to help them repair vintage slot machines.

My husband and I visited the museum, and was very pleased to see all the historic gambling tables from the Hot Springs areas clubs, such as the Southern Club. You can actually play the machines. There are other things in the museum such as a trunk with William Maurice head dress form the Knights of Pythias. We really enjoyed the saloon in the museum. They have a feud about Flynn/Doran very interesting read. Go see for yourself.

This is one of my favorite places to visit when I am in town. Lanny Beaver and Chris Hendrix are walking encyclopedia of illegal gambling in Hot Springs. I love seeing the new additions that have been added since my last visit. Slot Machine heaven, all the machines used during the illegal gambling era.

My fiancé and I visited the museum on our vacation and had a really great time learning about all the history of the slot machines and gambling. The slot machines are in working order and are free to play! No admission fee either. We got to meet the owners, and they were super nice and knowledgeable. They restore the slot machines, which are super unique and beautiful. Definitely a must visit. It’s almost like stepping into a time machine and going back to the past.

My friends and I recently visited the gamble museum at hot springs, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. This museum offers an incredible journey through the old casino, that left me both informed and inspired. The museum's exhibits are meticulously curated, and they cover a wide range of casino games and slot machine. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail in each slot machines. The artifacts were beautifully displayed, and the information provided was both educational and engaging. One highlight for me was the owner of the museum who added an element of fun and interactivity to the visit, making it enjoyable for all of us. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, show us his work shop and also answer any questions and share their passion for the exhibits.

No non-sense museum. The artifacts of an illustrious era in the history of Hot Springs can be seen here in pristine period conditions as if it never left town (well there's the Oaklawn but that's another story.) The curators are friendly and is knowledgeable about the items and their piece of story. Worth going to see these gambling machines still work. Talk about durability.

The slot machines are beautiful, with a delightful, ingenious, and always surprising array of variations on the theme. Best of all, everything works and you're encouraged to play! It keeps them in working order. The gentleman there gave us all of his attention, and introduced us to the world-class slot machine tech who is behind all of the amazing restoration. They weren't even charging admission when we were there. Just amazing. Go and spend some time there and leave them a little something to show your appreciation. It was the highlight of our day in Hot Springs.

An amazing place to see the many eras of American gambling! I love the mechanisms and math of gaming, and seeing how all these games were added onto that. So many slot machines of various time periods, as well as antique table games including Faro, which I was surprised to see. Definitely stop by if you have the chance, entry is free, and even if it wasn't, it'd be worth the price.

Really cool spot. All of the slot machines are operational and the owners very knowledgeable because they restored them! Great historic pieces in here from the casinos in HS, they also mentioned they do slot machine sales as well.
